After 20 days from the delivery date provided for in the purchase contract, without having deigned to contact us to inform us of the delay, I send them an email for clarification, and they reply (after 3 days) that the delay is not attributable to them as just think "they were closed for 15 days". That is, you decide to close for 15 days and the delay is not your fault? But let's joke, have you signed a sales contract and participated in a public auction knowing that you cannot fulfill the contractual terms? But they give me an indicative delivery date.

On the other hand, they forget to tell me that a few days before they sent an email (to the wrong address, who knows where) with a summary and are waiting for confirmation from us before proceeding. Obviously, after the date indicated by them for delivery, we contact them again and we discover the existence of this email and the fact that the procedure is still blocked.

At this point, I send them another email in which I ask for clarification on their summary and ask them for a binding delivery date, which has not yet been answered after 2 days.

That's enough! I cancel the order, due to serious breach of the contractual terms by the supplier, with simultaneous reporting to CONSIP.

2 months lost.

Delays and problems can happen to anyone. Forget to communicate it to the customer, or from partial and inaccurate communications no.

Our experience with Solution Ufficio S.r.l. it was very bad.
We purchased a Wacom graphics tablet including 3 complete graphics software (as stated on the purchase receipt), but only one of them was actually included! So I paid (not cheaply) for something I didn't receive. As confirmed by Wacom Official, the seller absolutely could not have sold the product by claiming to include the 3 complete software, so we turned to the seller who was nothing short of rude and at first totally evasive, denying his responsibility and showing a arrogant attitude. Finally, without NEVER APOLOGIZING FOR WHAT HAPPENED, they proposed a return on disadvantageous conditions (returned at my expense ... and I would add at my own risk, to what I read from other users).
