Bad experience! They asked us to prepay for goods ...

Bad experience! They asked us to prepay for goods that I still have to receive after a month. They sent a small part of it (after several reminders and arrived damaged) and despite our emails we do not know when we will receive the material. On the phone the only thing they can tell you is: send an email. NEVER AGAIN'
Update 09/11/2020: The missing goods were delivered to us today.
