Never and never again! I bought a pc (through Amazon) for 292 Euros. It arrived, I turned it on, I did not consider it adequate and asked for a refund. I spent 9 euros to return it. On 12/21/2021 the courier reports the return to the sender (it was delivered to me on 12/14/2021 and was back to them on 21st). I contact them and they vaguely report that it hasn't arrived (answers always vague and totally inadequate). I try to contact them again, but they report that it has not arrived. I go to the courier to ask to see who signed and then on 01/25/2021 they magically discover that they have the pc returned. They issue me a refund for 184, 41 and retain 107.19 because the pc is a little dirty and to delete user data, without making any documentation of what they say. After a month in their warehouse, they ask me for the expenses because it's a little dirty. I ask what user data they need to clean, but they don't know how to answer me (because I know for sure they aren't there) Then they wonder why Italian companies fail and we buy in China. In any case, reported in the appropriate places, since to charge me 107.19 Euros they must show me why they are keeping my money. This is the winning mentality of a company!
