Just come back from Play del Carmen and we can only say good! Boys and girls always present and available. The manager Monica is that person who sees things before they happen! Since we had the late evening flight he made sure we could comfortably take a shower late x to be able to enjoy the sea until the last minute. I have just returned from a fantastic week at Sol Falco in Menorca .... a memorable holiday in a structure that has everything ... cleanliness ... order ... nice food for every taste ... top entertainment ... but my biggest thanks and appreciation goes to the legendary Giusi ... assistant on site ... curator of excursions and any information you need .... smile .. kindness ... courtesy and always an extra tip .... only she is well worth going .... We write to congratulate the tour operator, but above all with the staff in force at western Ibiza.
Qualified staff, but above all people. We are on holiday with a 17 month old daughter, anything can happen, but every question, question, problem ... there has always been a professional answer, but above all a human one. We thank those who selected these guys, but above all we thank them ... that despite their young age they know how to give the right importance to every situation. We do not know the organization chart and neither does Mr. Settemari ... it does not matter because surely if it is a holiday that will be remembered, the credit is also to them. 20.07.2018 Miss Rossana representative of the famous travel agency Settemari at the hotel sol barbados in Magaluf "Mallorca", offers us a catamaran excursion by touring the nearby beaches convincing seven people including a couple of children at a price not too little bill. Good morning. Ok Menorca Son Bou hotel Pinguinos. We chose this village of the Tour operator Settemari because 2 years ago we had a great time in Greece. And here we are, we wanted to go back to having the same fun in Menorca. Me, my husband and 17 year old son. I chose Settemari for the Seventeen service ... but according to the regulations my son cannot use because there is no number 4 of the boys so the animator is resting quietly. Small room for 3 adults (paid) ... the tables outside the bar are always dirty. Waiters only come by to remove dirty dishes. GENERAL ANIMATION ALMOST DOES NOT EXIST. I see that the animators here are making the holiday just like us guests. I only see mini club girls working. I tried to count various customer support numbers but impossible. No number works. For this reason I am now writing my review. Manager told me we are out of luck ... nice answer since the money I PAID ... Allinclusive I would give 3 stars. I think after 18 various villages visited this WORST .. I DON'T BELIEVE TO CHOOSE WEEKLY AGAIN

Just returned from minorca with just 32 hours of delay first day 8 hours at the airport and second day 7 hours at the airport. Instead the second group remained comfortable in the hotel.the whole thanks to settemari that calls this spectacular blue panorama company that are worth the more knowing that in this period in Verona with blue panorama have problems. As for the hotel it looks like a bad eating barracks maybe you eat better in naja. Only the sea is saved and the animation guys because the two responsible are incompetent and even liars like a 5 euro coin. You want an advice change destination.

I am an Italian who has lived in Germany for many years.
This year, I, my wife and my 11-year-old son, have decided again to have a week in Djerba (Tunisia), in a Hotel on the Sea.
The name of the hotel is Calimera Yati Beach.
Not bad hotel but we have noticed that the behavior of the supervisor of the Italian animation, was not very friendly both with the customers of the Hotel, and is with the only two animating boys: Matteo and Carlotta.
I have been doing animation and gastronomy for many years and I learned at the hotel school in Pinerolo, that shouting, or forbidding 20-year-olds in animation, to be able to stay in the tourist facility, even on free days with customers, or not talk to all customers and equal nationality because they only have to take care of Italian because you are an Italian travel club and a bit exaggerated.
You must not forget that in hotels it is a world totally different from the animation of the GROUP because the customer can feel discriminated against.
Then I had the opportunity with Mr. Alberto to have a chat of about 20 minutes precisely of this my point of view.
sorry for the inconvenience but I had to say it because certain things should not happen because the client ALWAYS expects a TEAM and not an arrogant one like the Sign. Alberto and two animators under the tyranny of the supervisor.

I wish you a good continuation hoping that for the two animators there are no consequences because the boys have always been educated and very present also with international clients.

We recently went to Mexico with Settemari agency ..... everything was wonderful! Beautiful and well-kept organization; wonderful excursions accompanied by "Local Guides", JuanCarlos and Elvira who spoke Italian and who brought us to know the life of the Mexicans of "today" and explained to us many wonders of the Maya ... exceptional food, both Italian and Mexican that International! Huge variety of ... everything !!! Spotless rooms ... "shared" bathrooms always clean and equipped with what you need! Attentive staff for every request .... Elsi, wonderful! Fantastic animation! I have not found anything negative. Even the local staff (Mexicans) very kind, welcoming, always attentive and active, both for restaurants, cleaning, the garden, surveillance, maintenance, bars, etc. ...... BREATHTAKING LANDSCAPES ... .. I have read now that I have written a quantity of "stupendous fantastic wonderful" .... but I don't change anything because it was like this !!! ..... Thanks to Settemari ... you gave us a dream !!!

Just returned after 2 weeks spent at SUNRISE DIAMO...

Just returned after 2 weeks spent at SUNRISE DIAMOND BEACH RESORT in Sharm El-Sheikh - Egypt.

The resort is certainly not 5 star and I wonder what the criterion by which they are assigned. Also the evaluation of the Settemari customers that I found in the catalog is not reliable (they are not one with great pretensions but I require cleaning at the base of everything).

We found a lack of hygiene in the rooms, restaurants and common areas: cleaning the inadequate room, non-existent room in the bathroom in 15 days, with dust and hair everywhere on the floor - let's not talk about what was under the bed!

To get the toilet roll, you ALWAYS need to ASK and extend the tip to the Egyptian on duty, for the "kindness" he was giving us. Other than kindness, it seems to me the minimum !!

In both restaurants, the "Italian" one and the international one, dirty glasses, sumptuously washed crockery, tables cleaned to better between one customer and another.

I think it is necessary AS MINIMUM to reach the basic standards of Western countries in terms of hygiene, otherwise we are not right !!

As for shows and other entertainment events, little or nothing. The staff of the Italian staff were all very nice, kind and helpful but the proposed activities were monothematic and not very involving.

Furthermore, during our stay, there were several jobs in progress throughout the resort, namely:

- in the water park area it was not nice to stop, since the view was on a building site!

- On the beach, there were continually workers intent on rebuilding a long series of walls

- The room above ours, was repainted by spray (including furniture) on a cloudy and windy day: we, who were there with the children because of the bad weather, ended up in a gas chamber. Without the grievances of the case, we have been asked to change room: redo luggage halfway through the holidays ?? No, really. To apologize for the inconvenience, in the evening they made us have "a fruit basket", with strawberries and bananas that were taken and thrown away.

It's okay for there to be maintenance work to do, but it would be good to inform the customer first so one adjusts accordingly. There were friends with us with the yard view room, at the mercy of continuous noise due to the work .. many times one says nothing because he doesn't want to discuss, but damn it: we're on vacation !!

To conclude, I believe that I will no longer book with Settemari, since our expectations have been disappointed in several respects and that the holiday was not so cheap.

Sorry, but I do not recommend anyone to go there or come back in the future (I left negative review even in the facility itself).

We waived the trip to Greece this summer due to family problems that arose after booking, however within 30 working days. Despite the general insurance and the secure book plus with full refund, we were charged a 10% penalty on the total of the entire travel package. Furthermore, in order to receive at least part of the deposit paid, we had to resort to the help of a lawyer who sent us the letter.
I do not recommend to all seven months.

A beautiful holiday, sea, sun, excursions, lots of fun and, for those who want it, also peace and quiet.
A heartfelt thanks goes to Simona, manager of the agency in the structure, always present, available and extremely professional in every situation. He has been able to handle problems of no small importance in an excellent way. Matteo, Top animator with the collaborators Paolo and Roberta always present but discreet, energetic and jovial.

Superb Italian food, buffet but refined. The terrace that houses the restaurant offers an enchanting scenery. The Settemari organization accompanies you since your arrival at the airport in Italy and awaits you at Skiatos, where it relieves you of all problems: suitcases, transfer to the port, boarding ... upon arrival at the marina of the Alonissos beach, the eyes they light up for the colors of the sea. Returned for two days from the Aldemar Cretan Village. The Settemari really pitiful.
We start from the assistance for booking an excursion, which If I remember correctly the name of the manager is Elisa. Appointment for payment at 19:30 at the reception, the lady with "desire to work jump me on" is presented at 19:55 call by a helpful receptionist several times in the room. He presents himself without even apologizing; with a slowness that ended at 8:25 am all the practice.
Mini Club very poor, children in full summer closed in a closet of about 5 meters without light; no initiative, no work that was in planning ... no material available if not taken by the international animation where they were "fortunately" almost all smart guys.
Except only Elia, the only really good at night shows, fun and dynamic.

Please do not call an animation agency that would require an RIanimation for most of the chosen personnel!
