we are still guests of the Occidedental Ibiza facility. It is our first experience with Settemari.
We write to congratulate the tour operator, but above all with the staff in force at western Ibiza.
Qualified staff, but above all people. We are on holiday with a 17 month old daughter, anything can happen, but every question, question, problem ... there has always been a professional answer, but above all a human one. We thank those who selected these guys, but above all we thank them ... that despite their young age they know how to give the right importance to every situation. We do not know the organization chart and neither does Mr. Settemari ... it does not matter because surely if it is a holiday that will be remembered, the credit is also to them. We do not mention names, for fear of forgetting someone ... but when we say THANK YOU it is for all of you.
