The entire mortgage process was very easy from start to finish with Todd Baker and his team. I felt comfortable and fully informed working with them.

Each time one of the team members said something was going to happen - it did. Every time one of the team members told me they would do something - they did. Richard, his assistant Kenda and his processor Jan were instrumental in providing us with the best rate, and the best plan we could get. Every time I called, the phone was either answered right away or my call was returned quickly. Never once did I suspect that they were avoiding me and we closed when we were supposed to. I see very good comments about the lenders, unfortunately it was not my case. Working with Roger Salazar was one of the most stressful things. His lack of professionalism and his arrogance were obstacles to be able to work with him.
If I could I would not give any star.

Charles has helped us twice now on our home, most recently with refinancing. Once the rates dropped Charles was able to save us a significant amount on our monthly payment and overall loan. We were referred to Charles and his team and will continue to use him and refer him to anyone that needs home financing.

I can say i was one of the hardest loans for John. Due to my Kansas bank not reporting correctly and he fought and fought until it was signing day. He is fantastic and doesn't put all the needs on you. He calls banks for paperwork and works harder than anyone. Had it not been for the bank we would have closed in 16 days rather than 27 and that is what gets you contracts. Put an offer in with pre qualified and john makes fast results.... He is the reason we are in our wonderful home today!!

Mr. Roger Salazar's awesomeness and amazing team helped me and my family achieving our dream of buying a house. I talked to different popular lenders who give firm assurances, big advertisements and are popular on radio shows and TV commercials assuring can do by any means, any type of home mortgage, like if you have low income, low credit score etc. But when I actual approached them the things were different despite meeting all the requirements they were not able to help me because it was not benefiting them. Then I met Mr. Salazar he did not gave me any big assurances, any false promises but actually got the things done and finished, period. Since, now everything is digital the so the whole process was so simple, smooth and seamless. You want to send the documents just click the picture and send it. Home buying is a stressing process as its an extra project out of your work and daily life, but if you have super smart team working for you life becomes easier and the happiness doubles.
