Love working here! I have worked with Richard Woodward for the past 7+ years and I am constantly amazed with the way Richard does business. We both have the same philosophy of customer service. We understand the mortgage loan process can be scary the first time through, as well as the second or third time, and we try our level best to make sure everyone understand the process. We communicate every step of the way, so the borrower and the real estate agents never have to wonder where they are in the process. We try to answer phone calls and emails quickly so that you are not left hanging with questions. We actually miss our borrowers once they close on their loan, and look forward to hearing from them when they are ready to move again.
