Erich and his whole team were great throughout the whole home buying/lending process. We knew at every step of the way, what he needed from us and he explained what was going on with updates every few days. He worked very hard to earn our business and I have already recommended him to others, who have had the same excellent experience. There are a lot of loan officers out there, but few deliver the quality of service and follow up that Erich does!
