Service First was able to close our loan within 16 business days after the initial lender decided they would not close 3 days before we were scheduled to close. Charles and his team provided excellent customer service with great communication. If it were not for the IRS dragging their feet on paperwork processing Service First would have closed our loan even sooner. I have already personally recommended Service First to friends who I know are in the market for a new home. Thanks again for providing excellent service through what is a ridiculously grueling process.
