Submitted my claim for a health club reimbursement. Eventually it was denied stating I didn't submit information required; this is information that was not stated as required on the submission form. I then submitted the requested additional information only to have the claim denied because at that point it was a few days after the claims were due. Not an honest company to work with.
Horrible customer service and the fees are outrageous. $100 just to mail a check for a 401k rollover.
$100 processing fee to move my funds to a new account with another institution after moving jobs. Really? Very unprofessional.

Have a pending claim stating they need more info. Suspended my account because of said claim (even though there are funds in my account above the claim amount). Guess my needed meds will have to wait? And since they only "do business" weekdays between 8-6, you are SOOL if it's the weekend. Bad business.
Now they add a onetime pin, what is wrong with the secret question ? I do not want to give my cell number out anymore and what I am in a dead zone. Why can I not chose the security measures I want to use? Finally sometime from now after they have done everything to lock me out of my account, they will send me a message about how they have been hacked and my information has been stolen. They are not working the right problem!
I am really disappointed with this company. They make it almost impossible for you to get your money out. I do not recommend anybody doing business with them. Their customer support is horrible and useless.
