This clinic just refused treatment for a father whose family with 4 small children, who are all sick with Covid. The reason Kristin at the hospital, said, is that he didn't officially establish a primary physician there. He has been refused this treatment even though he has seen doctors there and had the covid test taken there, and all of his family has been there. She said it was because there were too many requests.
The window for treatment is ticking away. They have not heard the last of this complaint, and I have not heard of any clinic changing the rules and refusing treatment. Beware

Really great place to work. Very professional. Service is good for the area. I do wish that you didn t have to wait so long to be seen for certain things but that s life. I remember once being frustrated that I had to wait to get dozens of stitches in my foot because of flu patients being seen. But hey, that s why people with the flu should stay home. honestly I think they re doing good though. Everyone is short staffed etc. also the food is very delicious and reasonably priced.

Love my doctors, but very disappointed about my insurance getting dropped!
Now I can't see any of them including my Cardiologist, Rheumatologist, Family Doctor.... I have Tricare a Military insurance

I have had nothing but troubles with this clinic. I tried to make appointments with them and was told that they were not letting people in with cold or flu symptoms. I dont have a cold or flu, something else is going on. So the lady said I could see a rRespiratory dr but I'm not having that as a problem. Then she said we could do over the phone. I said how is she going to check blood pressure now I'm getting frustrated and my voice is raising ,she threatening to hang up on me. This is not the first time I have had problems with them. I had thyroid cancer and it took 3 dr to finally get diagnosed the3rd dr was a outside dr who only worked there for a couple of year,so glad I got in with her because would probably be dead.

My experience was pleasant and quick. The clinic was very clean and staff seemed relaxed.

Calling medical records was the fix to Mychart. Thank you!

I was getting my corona test and they shoved it in the wrong nose hole

Disappointed that I had to go to their lab to do a test instead of being able to use my primary provider. Then when we get the bill for the procedure that was done, a co worker told me to ask for the discount if you pay in full. Was told they no longer offer that. Told that to my co worker and they said they would see when there next bill was due. A month later they told me they had gotten their bill and got the discount.

Very short wait time for Dr, lab & xray appointments.

I cut my finger and called to let them know that I was going to be coming in to be checked. I ended up getting four stitches and the staff was great. They were ready for me when I got there and went right back to a room. Wasn't long and I was stitched up and on my way home. Great staff that was very friendly and helpful. They really looked out for my wellbeing.

I was told my appointment was at 11:40 am for Rheumatology so I showed up at 11:30. The receptionist told me my appointment was at 11:20 and they would have to see if the Rheumatologist would still see me. The board said the doctor was running 20 min late, but I was told I would have to reschedule ( it only took me 6 months to get in here in the first place) I am very dissatisfied with this place! I will go to Amery or into the cities for healthcare before I ever come back here!!!!.
