Recruitment process here is terribly unprofessional. If you go through other reviews, you will find everyone talks about HR being inefficient and incompetent. I found that to be the exact issue with them.
After 3 rounds of interview including client round, they informed me that I have been selected and asked for joining date. As I did not receive the offer letter, I could not commit on that. Then they sent the verification forms (quite large forms) which I filled up and sent back.
After that no communication. I followed up repeatedly (it had been two weeks already by then) and after few mails HR informed that the position has been filled internally.

After going through this whole process, I came to understand why this company is rated so low in renowned sites like GlassDoor or Google or in Indeed reviews. Although I was not sure whether I should go ahead with this company or not, I am happy that I ultimately did not have to join them. They are below average.

I got the call from Recruiter for react developer position, he asked me for last working day, current salary and offer in hand (10.5lpa I was holding), then expected I told Around 12 lpa. She was okay with it and conduct the interviews cleared interviews they told me you are selected they asked for all documents I provided . After 2-3 days I called to recruiter he told me that management did not approve your offer they can offer max 7 lpa. Is there any logic in this????....if you don't hv budget then why are you conducting the interviews. May be they have time to waste but please respect for others time.....vary bad experience.

They have lack of coordination with the interviewing candidate. I had applied for the the developer post and i had also call from Hr regarding interview scheduling. But they didnt send invite for interview. They are not also replying to candidate whether they have rescheduled interview or cancelled it. I had to call them 5-6 times but due to their lack of coordination between Hr and interviewing panel i didnt recieved the invite yet.

It could not give the response of interview after taking 3 rounds.

Office is nice. Infrastructure is also great. Company works on some cool products.

I went there for interview i clear three rounds technical , Client technical and manager round all round clear and they call me for HR and discuss salary and company policies. after one day HR called me and told your profile on hold better try to any other job outside

Had bad experience while interview.Panel didnt go through resume and was taking fresher level interview and definitely was not keen on employeeing a women. Worst exeprience I had till date.Teach your employees interview Ethics.
