I had a great time hanging out there with my friends. I won and I lost but at the end of the night I had a great time so I guess you can say that I won overall

I love this place but if not careful it can get your money quickly!

They had a wide variety of games !! And shopping !! It was my first time there but its not going to be my last !! They were doing a good job keeping everyone with there mask on !! Its great for a girls night out !! Felt very safe there !!

Cool Casino with great restaurants and Events, maybe someday I'll actually win some cash but ill make do having some fun! On a side note they put into some changes since the covid stuff is going on!

Always have a blast when I go here. Large playing area, pool for the kids, nice bakery and restaurants indoors. You are allowed to smoke in most areas. Missing star because drinks aren't free like other Casinos I've been too, but hey I save a lot more money that way

My first time ever at the casino was also my last. I went there because I "won" a free $17 burger so I printed it out from my email and was pretty happy to redeem it. However they wouldn't accept the voucher. So then I spent $70 on a meal which in fact was pricey yet delicious! I then went and literally lost 200 dollars to the slick slot machines then proceeded to go home. It was an okay night but I won't ever be back again.

Excellent stay!!!!!!!!!! Super clean and updated hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Customer service was on point!!!!! Casino large with alot of games. Payout was nice. Restaurants are top grade!!!!!! Had a great time and will definitely be back.

I wish they ll provide free drinks (alcohol) but other than that is good

It wasn't a good night for me i never hit the jack pot maybe 30years ago i hit but its been a minute but i enjoyed my visit as always

I stayed at the Seminole Hard Rock with some girlfriends for my birthday. We went to Cipresso, the Italian restaurant in the casino, for dinner and we were impressed! We rented a cabana at the pool, which was an amazing deal and our server was very attentive and friendly. Our room in the east tower was lovely!

What a great place. Plenty of parking. Non smoking casino up stairs. Such a variety of slots and games. Food is great, service is great. Exchange rates are heavily increased when doing an exchange with 8 percent on an already over inflatable rate.

So much fun they did an AMAZING job keeping people safe and healthy. We were so impressed with the sanitization crew and everything! Great Job Hard Rock!

My daughter and I went to the casino wednesday night. Our temperature was taken as we entered the casino and masks are mandatory. The casino filled up with people many did not have a mask on, others had their mask pulled down and no one warned them to put the mask back on. What really upset me the most was an employee walked right up to my machine, leaned over close to me to pick up a glass. Cases of covid 19 are rising every day in Florida and I did not feel safe. The only way to be safe is stay at home and save your money..

First visit after visiting the Biloxi Hard Rock in Tampa and Im pretty disappointed. I know during the Covid I shouldn't have as high of standards but the staff screening was rude entering the building and we tried to look at the memorabilia from famous rock artist (like in Biloxi) but we were not apart of the club? This was my birthday trip with my friends. It was thier first time and I don't think they will return. I remember getting free drinks at the other casino as long as I was gambling but they may have changed due to covid.

The hotel was beautiful. Everyone was really nice and pleasant. 1st time gambling, had fun. Learned something new.

Very expensive to do anything here. Even playing penny and nickel slots there is a minimum of how much you can wager. Must see though so if you get to or around Orlando, put it on your bucket list

We LOVE the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. They have a fantastic selection of High Limit slot machines. We love the link games and they have the new Dragon Link & high limit Lightning Links games. Rooms are beautiful, YES they have room service!!! Great Selections of eateries from a casual food court to super fancy steak house. Can't wait to come back!!!

Terrible smell of nasty cigarette smoke soon as you walk in .. smoking area should be where the non smoking is. Away from the main walk in area. Very Nasty

My husband and I love the hard rock! I just wish servers would offer drinks while playing at the slots. We were there for about an hour and a half on the slots and weren't offered a drink once. Having to stop playing to get a drink puts a damper on play time!

This Casino was hands down one of the best that I've been to. The only think that I didn't like was trying to learn to play the "penny" or "dime" slots. Couldn't understand why we had to put $3 in just to play one game so I just rolled with it & had a blast.

An exciting and fun time never fails! Great entertainment and restaurants ! The new expansion is beautiful . whether you up $ or down- always walk out of there fulfilled

I was invited by the hotel with $250 free play, a complimentary $500 spa & resort credit along with dinner at the Council Oak steak house. With all of the amenities offered, it's a sure bet I'll be returning. This hotel and casino has everything in one place from shopping to great restaurants. When you're ever in the Tampa area make sure this is on your list to visit. Love how all the safety measures are in place for COVID19, it makes you feel a bit safer while there.

I'm a pin head and did not have Tampa in my collection. The perimeter of the casino floor is like a rock and roll museum. Loved Elvis' gold piano. Restaurant was good too

It was a beautiful casino. We visited it for my birthday. We were there for about 4 hours playing the slots. I had asked a waiter for a soda. He said he would be right back, after waiting an hour and he didn't return we finally decided to leave and go get something to eat and drink somewhere else.

This was the best place I have ever stayed. It is super fun at night the guitar shape of it lights up really cool colors and music they are all super nice there. I love the pool it was so big. For my daughter she got a birthday cake. It was amazing food. I got Steak and Crab. Amazing place you should definitely go there!

Visited here for the first time. Enjoyed ourselves a lot. Spent more than 4 hours here, won a bunch, lost a bunch. In the end we broke even.

If you get hungry while here, the Noodle Bar was fabulous. Great selection of meals, and outstanding service.

Very clean and safe with social distancing and mask requirements. The food at the poolside bar and grill was great!!

The Hard Rock Tampa is sadly a bit of a letdown. Despite just opening a $700 million dollar expansion October 2019, it smells bad. The whole building has a strong cigarette odor and the HVAC systems just don't work like they do in Las Vegas.

It was a much better experience and the rep was very nice professional and helpful in booking the reservations and of course rooms really nice sucks not having service and cleaning daily and pool closes so so early u cant enjoy grown up time

During these hard times of pandemic the staff at hard Rock do a lot of cleaning preparation for patrons. Great job. Enjoy myself there for sure.

I love the Hard Rock Casino it's a great place to relax spend $40 or more if you have it have a drink me some beautiful women look at the scenery and enjoy the night

As an elite member it's been incredibly difficult lately to redeem the free comp nights...they're mysteriously booked up right when I get the emails for the free room...this is not good since they've outsourced customer service department and was charged for a room that should've been free...they did nothing to reconcile my inconvenience..will be looking elsewhere to play..

UPDATE: the very nice woman Judy was incredibly helpful and was able to accommodate me..I hope to not have anymore issues in the near distant future

I am very disappointed with their comp. system. if you have a balance on your card they will absolutely refuse to add anymore monies to your card. and on more than one occasion some of the pit bosses were really rude when questioned. I spend a lot of money at their establishment and I expect to be treated better.

Even tho I have no luck playing is a place to release stress. And have fun while playing. You also can have drinks and listen to some badass music. I wish I could get the free plays they offer sometimes so I can visit more often. I recommend it to everyone inform town and out of town

The casino the first floor smells just cigarette. I was very disappointed because it was my first time going there and I couldn't stay because it was very hard to breathe. I left with my clothes and hair smelling cigarette. Not a good place to be, at least on my opinion.

Cigarette smoke is very thick, as soon as you walk in. The non smoking section wasn't bad though, just getting there. Cleaning/sanitizing wasn't as active as the advertisement presents.

We stayed in a smoking room 325 in the west towers....it is a regular king bed room. I would say that we had a great stay. when we walked in our room it smelled so fresh you couldn't even tell it was a smoking room. I would just suggest taking an air filter if you do smoke to help filter out the smokiness while in the room. The View was nice we could see the pools in the pool area from outside however if you want to go to the pool from the West Towers you do have to travel through the casino to get to it so I would suggest taking a cover-up because you will have to walk past the casino guests to get there if you stay on the West Tower side. The pool area was really nice there was three large pools and Cabanas that you can rent also the poolside bar was nice and they do have servers that will serve you while you're in the pool. The tub in the bathroom is very deep and Spacey and you can tell that the cleaning crew really does take their time with the cleaning the bathroom was sparkling and all of the towels were very soft and stead of stiff however they only provide you with one robe so if you're going with more than one person I would suggest you request those robes be placed in the room already otherwise when you need them they will not be there and those robes are also available for purchase which was nice we purchased two of them because they were so comfortable and also for the fact that you can control the temperature in the room however when you get there it will be cold the casino tends to be really cold as well so make sure you dress prepared. I was dressed in a tank top and long pants the whole time and was still freezing however there are shops within the casino that you can purchase clothing from. The pillows are very plush and the bed is very comfortable as well as the sheets they were very silky however the bed was only provided with three pillows so if you're one that needs to sleep with two for each person I would request the extra pillow ahead of time. The mini fridge was actually quite spacious I only wish they had a microwave we ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and they provide you with so much food you will definitely have to take a to-go plate but there will be no use because there's not a microwave in the room. The couch was also extra comfortable and the carpets are very well cleaned. we also used the in-room safe which was nice that they provide for extra safety. We ordered room service twice and each time it was only about a 45-minute wait and all of the staff that we encountered we're all nice helpful and courteous. The newly renovated Casino was also really nice they have one non-smoking casino upstairs and another one downstairs in a back corner area. there was also a lot of different shops and restaurants and places to go in look at things which was also a plus while walking around the casino. all of the playing tables had glass windows installed to help protect from covid-19 while sitting next to the other player and all of the slots were equally alternated with one on and one off to help provide for a social distancing and they have a lot of employees walking around twenty-four hours a day disinfecting all of the machines and the common areas that are touched. hand sanitizer is provided at almost every turn of every corner and before you come in the building you do walkthrough an area where they take your temperature without touching you or stopping you you just walk through and they can see if you have a temperature which is really nice also it limits the contact that you have to have with the employees. Front desk also has glass shields for protection and those employees disinfect the counter area after helping each customer. But as I said before the only complaint I had about the casino was that it was so freezing the whole time I can't emphasize enough on dressing for that temperature otherwise it'll be difficult to have a good time. the different bars were nice also. The elevators are limited to four people per elevator but we never waited more than a few seconds for one.

The rooms are fabulous! No resort fees. I will return again!

I love it there. When I left my debit card in the atm like a dummy and someone turned it in one of the gaming attendants on the floor walked me to the security office on the other side of the casino to recover it. Her name was crystal. And I appreciate the time she took to do that cause the place is huge and I would have gotten lost for sure.

I had to much more this place is yes a very good place to go, buffet.. only this that was not the best was the Chinese portion not as authentic.. but everything else yess especially the deserts...

Great place to have fun with family or friends, avoid the lower casinos people actually smoke indoors there and it's horrible.

Visited on a Saturday night and I did not see anyone winning no excitement at all. Just wasted my time. The place reaped of cigarette smoke. Will not visit again.

I had a ton of fun. The food was great and the rooms were awesome.

Food at council oak was wonderfull, but so noisy you could not speak to people at your own table.Niah and waiter were very good. Only problem I saw was in high limit slots people playing slots with their feet, I have never seen anything like this, no security at all, you are on your own.....Jim

The online app gave me and my wife FALSE!! Information and we got the info on the online promotions. We went to player club supervisors and showed them and basically they told me " oh well" even thou we showed them what the promotion says on the app. Very disappointed after we drove 3 hours on a pre notation that we had a $50 free play.... Always a blast. I love what they have done with the place. It's come a long way. Service was exceptional as always. Very organized.

Nice getaway for a few days, hotel rooms are very nice especially the awesome shower they have.

My poor rating is only for the pool. My friends and I were at the bar and it was nearing closing time. We had not been given our check, but Angela, dressed in a blue jacket said, "it's almost closing time. Ya'll need to leave." We turned around shocked at her words and tone. One of my friends said okay. She stepped backwards and walked closer to us and said. "What did you say?" He repeated that he said okay. The cashier commented on how rudely she talked to us. I almost felt threatened.

The barber in the salon & spa Christian is the absolute best barber in the world! That's the only reason I was there. Also to pick up my free play of $100. I don't really gamble anymore. As my Granddad used to say, "Vegas was built on the backs of losers."

For such a high end hotel, the experience was awful. We spent $1200 on a single night getting the best food and the best room they had to offer. The room includes nothing. Usually when you spend a fortune on a room you get some water bottles or at least some coffee creamer and sugar. We arrived and there was coffee for one person and that was it. Nothing extra at all. I ve gotten more free things from a $80 Holiday inn. I can easily look past this stuff until a week later I m still getting charges. They charged my $300 dinner twice and when I call they said it will fall off in 5-7 days. That doesn t help when I m now overdrafted and will get fees for that extra charge. Why charge it twice? I will not be staying again. All their money went into the decor and not into quality service.

Great time I felt very safe and everyone had a mask on and the workers were polite and cleaning all slots will return. Thank you for the enjoyable time.

It is very hard to win at hard Rock. The machines try to trick you and you may "win" most of the time you spin however if you're spending 40/80 credits at a time you will only "win" five or 10 credits back. I understand the point of gambling and the odds are not in your favor. However they don't even give you a chance to play a while. This last visit we went there will be our last one and will not return. We drove 45 minutes to visit. We were there 30 minutes and spent $500. And that is only spending the minimum to second minimum amount of credits per spin It took our money so fast and we were there less time than it took us to drive there. They do not give complimentary drinks. Highly recommend saving your money or gambling it elsewhere.

It will be nice if those round cash center kiosk are all available since they're atleast 6 feet apart this time of reopening. Most of the kiosk are close. The line was too long just to change ur ticket or money.

What a great time. Stayed in the new East Tower. Room was very clean and spacious. Spent 2 nights here and never left the facility. Plenty of things to do other than gambling from good food to live music. Of course, winning $300 contributed to a really fun weekend

We've been here a few times and totally enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of slots to keep you busy! Parking is easy and quick. The staff are excellent and attentive. Good restaurants also! Make it a day trip , weekend getaway or vacation. This place has it all!!!

My wife and I went to the spa and got massages. Everything is remodeled and they have the best staff.

Their rooms in the east tower are really awesome and checking in was easy. 5 stars there. However, the downfall to this hotel was the Casino smoke. It wreaks of nasty cigarette smoke.

Bar service was horrible. Was with a large group of people that wanted to get drunk there. Everybody sobered up waiting for drinks. apparently you have to leave your mask on at all times. Even if you're sitting at a table. Even if you're sitting at a machine. The only exception is if you're smoking.

This experience I use to consider an eventful, fun time. From the renovations to the front desk player club,your attendance the level of customer service has plummeted. I've observe the decrease in happy players to more shaking heads in disbelief of how the shortage of play in machines. If you want some leisure pleasure minus gaming come enjoy hopefully your greeted with good customer service. But I rather vacation and head to Vegas .
Be more courteous bring back the fun in your gaming renovate the experience not just the place. Not happy camper. My partner and I both agree. P.S. and turn music up during weeknights it's like a after party for funeral .

Beautiful Rooms. But Very Thin Walls! Very Smoky in the Smoking Sections of the Casino. The Slots were a little Expensive. The Food at the Rise Kitchen Cafe was Great!! And The Valet Staff were Wonderful...

Staff is great, food is excellent and rooms very comfortable. Pool is relaxing. Displays from various bands all around and good rock music is piped throughout. Can actually hear the music over all the slot noise. I feel this casino gets customer service and customers come first.

Beverage service very scarse. I was there for over 2 hours and did not get to ask even for water. It seems the service is getting worse every time I go. Will need to start bringing my own water when I visit.

Very exciting to play the slot machines. The environment at the Casino is superb. Getting entertained was quite thrilling.

Friendly customer service but it was way to crowded and the games hardly pay out compared to the other casinos. Good food. Temperature checks at the door but not regularly sanitizing. The games. All in all save your money for better casinos that actually give you the chance to break even

After the renovations this is probably the closest thing to a Vegas type casino you will get without going to Atlantic city, or Vegas itself. Food, entertainment and bars are so good that you will find yourself going even if you don't plan to gamble. If you do plan to gamble the state of the art machines, tables (with TVs) and new poker room make you never want to leave.

I haven't headed over to Hollywood since it renovated, but based on the Tampa location I'm sure it's only better.

Just hope FL legalizes sports betting because that's the only thing that's missing.

Spent a good day at Hard Rock casino. Masks were worn, social distancing was in effect. The gaming was fun, left ahead for the day. Had a delicious late lunch, there restaurants are very good. All in all enjoyed a fun day.

Covid 19 has the place in a uproar. All machines aren't open. The machines have been real tight since covid 19. However i still love it there....

Went to Jabao. Had the Jabao fried rice (house fried rice- chicken,shrimp,pork, & beef).
Everything was fresh: cooked to order and delicious!! The chicken was breast meat. I was a little put back on the price but once I tasted it, I totally agreed that it was well worth every penny.
We waited in line 5 minutes for a spot at a shared table that was covid friendly.
I enjoyed myself.

Oh i heard someone mentioning that the pork belly was excellent!

The night was fun enjoy hanging out with my sister but the slots sucked couldn't get on the games we like to. Play and the one's we did play just wiped us out of cash.

They were trying there best to social distance and make adults wear there maskes but people didnt care you'll. Be careful its not the staff its the public making this pandemic worse. If your going to be out people should obey the rules of being out in the public. Sadly i got into a arguement with a couple who wanted to squezze on the elevator with us which was pass the 4 person limit according to hard rock rules. We spoke with a manager but they were no help with the over crowding. Back to drawing board hard rock if you want our money then you should attempt to fix this problem.

The best place to relax, play slot machines, black jack, pocker, it's huge, it works 24 hours, it has a smoking and non-smoking room, buffet, in short! this place lifts me up!

Still A LOT of people, but the Hard Rock is doing their part. Beautiful place
