First time visiting this hotel and I have to say I left with a good impression. The room looked brand new or renovated. The food cort looked old but I'm assuming they will also renovate. If you find this hotel for a reasonable price go for it.

The room was gorgeous as was the property. But housekeeping did not do a great job preparing the room prior to.our check in. The check-in process was painless. When we did need things tbe staff was quick and attentive.

Went here with my daughter and her best friend, he is in a wheelchair. The valet parking was great, we got to enjoy some frozen yogurt before going to see our movies. They are doing some construction but they made sure to leave a wide enough walk space.

Great Location. Off the strip but 3 min drive from where most of the action on the strip is. Shuttle goes to and from the Caesar. Not pleased with the "no ball shorts" rule at the pool but that's a consensus around Vegas. Seems like more of a cultural thing but I digress. Convenient food locations many options in and around the hotel. Great view from the Ghost bar. A lot to do in the hotel. Phenomenal experience with the reservation staff. ASK FOR ELLA when making reservations. She was amazing in setting me up as well as who I travelled with.

It is clean and very friendly the music is too loud in the casino and restaurants, it just blares out of the speakers. There aren't a lot of smokers but the ones that do ruin it for the majority that aren't. Very friendly staff in all departments

This is more of a 3 star hotel. Adjust your expectations. I would have given it a better rating if they claimed to be a 3 star and if I wanted to stay at a 3 star. I wanted to stay a 4-4.5 star hotel for vacation. I was expecting way more. I would've booked something better initially if I knew how the hotel functioned. Better COVID procedures etc. Oh and, this is a party place. A lot of young adults. Sooo not for family, business or travel vacation.

Pricey and machines do not pay out. Recommend not to lay a finger on any candy or mini bar item or you will have to fight to tell them what you actually had. Roulette there is really bad because you must play 20 dollars a hand to hit anything. Drinks are 35 dollars for a round of 2 basic cocktails.

It's a trap off the strip for older guys trying to get laid by a hot sexy thang.

Have fun with it if you are a pai gow player and like to come up with 50 bucks and walk away.

Casino looks great! Lots of work has been done to make it very nice. We loved the buffet and thought it a better value than the Wynn. Nice food court, and apparently more remodeling to come. Lovin' it!

Palms has been through major reconstruction lately to update its look. Their new A.Y.C.E. buffet is fantastic. Way better than their old buffet. Much better offerings and much better quality to the food. Right outside the buffet at the bar is a shark divided into 3 sections on display. You have to come and see it for yourself. Great place for locals since it's not right on the strip.

Friendly staff and great movie theatre. You can buy your own tickets at the kiosk. Bartender was very nice. Other than the construction between the parking garage and casino, which was minimal and closed off by a walkway, the place was welcoming and easy to find where your going. Great food court as well.

Was in town for business and stayed here. This place had one of the best rates available and was within way commute of our office. Everything was simple and easy from making the initial reservation to checking in and out. Rooms were well kept and modern and having the USB ports made charging very easy especially since I had only brought my cable and not the plug. Was not able to game or use the fitness center (closes by 8 PM) but there were plenty of dining options not only within the facility but nearby as well. Ate at Mabel's which is a BBQ restaurant and the food was very good. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The Palms is under construction but we had a great time otherwise. We were here for dinner and a concert. On busy nights they only allow overnight guests to use valet so heads up there. Dinner at Lucky Penny was fine, they were really busy and the bar seemed understaffed. The Pearl is an awesome concert venue, not a bad seat in the house!

The room is very clean it has all the amenities needed for a stay in Las Vegas. There are plenty of places to eat within the hotel. It's nice and quiet and off the strip if that is what you are looking for.

The room was nice and it was clean. Unfortunately, we noticed a faint sewage-like smell on the second night outside our room (floor 18) that proceeded to get a bit worse throughout our stay. Having said that, the room service staff was outstanding and very friendly. Lots of places on-site to eat for any budget. Excellent casino layout!

This place is disgusting as well as their service. We stayed on the 10th floor in room 10310 and Our room had BED BUGS!!!! After waiting 10 minutes for a call back from the manager, we couldn't take being in the room any longer so we went downstairs to the desk to speak to someone. The manager was just standing there on his phone. The Security guard and Head of security were laughing behind us as we explained the situation to the front desk manager. Throughout the entire incident not one person was caring or offered a solution. Snide and degrading remarks throughout the entire conversation. DO NOT LET THEIR PICTURES FOOL YOU. Yes the room looks nice but you risk getting bed bugs. We have bites on our legs, arms, back, chest, and even OUR FACES!!!!!! Rude staff thinks more of their name brand than their service. The manager blamed my "temperament" on the fact that I'm from New York and not the fact that they gave us a bed bug ridden room. We ended up sleeping in our rental car in a parking lot on the strip which was significantly more accommodating than this hotel. Disgusting!

I travel to Vegas at least 2x/year and have stayed at many different hotels; this was a first at the Palms and I was very disappointed. First we purchased our tickets online and when we got there they conveniently tried to charge us an extra $40 for discounted rates on drinks (2 for 1), room Internet access etc...but this was completely frustrating and a deceptive tactic because nowhere was it obvious that you were going to be charged this after you already booked the room. Then the guy checking us in asked if we had ever stayed at other hotels in Vegas like this is something they all do -- yes I've stayed many of the main hotels on the strip and never once had someone tried to do this. The main lobby was under construction too so that was a downer, but I don't fault them for that. I did eat at the buffet and it was below average. The one shining star of staying here was the room...probably one of the most comfortable and quiet stays I've had in Vegas.

I would stay again. Beautiful and smells amazing when you first walk in. Highly suggest the lucky penny. Open 24 hours and close enough to the strip. Plenty of dining options in the facilities all palms towers are connected.

My wife and I stayed at The Palms Place for a vacation for four days total we stayed in a studio room it was a great view on the 53rd floor with a great/amazing view of the Las Vegas city even of the strip we went there on August 9 to august 13 of 2015 it was a great stay there but the fridge in the room was a very small fridge i think so they can try to make you eat out more and if you eat in the buffet in the casino eat only the breakfeast cause its way cheaper and the dinner is more expensive and they need more stores in that hotel instead of just two stores because other hotels in Las Vegas had alot more stores and the bed and the bed covers and the pillows was so soft and very comfortable but the hotel there is very nice and very friendly so i do recommend it thank you.

My husband and I hit up the Bistro Buffet with our 4 teenagers. At $15 per person, it was not only an incredible value, but the food was delicious! The staff was very friendly, and our server was on top of her game. Drinks were always full, she anticipated our needs before we asked, including getting a new place setting for one of the kids, and offering coffee to both my husband & myself when she saw us eyeing the desserts. Highly recommend to locals and tourists alike.

Nice place, though it's somewhat inconvenient having to deal with the shuttle to get to the strip. That said, the rooms at the Palms Place tower are very nice mini suites and the place is reasonably priced. The casino is relatively small when compared to the behemoths on the strip like Caesar's or MGM. All in all, I'd consider staying here again.
