Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa Review

Very nice but very dissapointed that smoking is allowed inside, everything smells like cigarettes! One can hardly breath or enjoy the evening.

Security had my coat for 2 days and told me I had to wait a couple more hours to get my sweeter I left at the table. Not all but a lot of the staff is in a bad mood.

Overall we had a fabulous time! Council Oak was phenomenal, they took care of one of our side dishes that was not done well. Rise Kitchen fantastic breakfast and service. We stayed overnight in east tower, fabulous rooms, casino is absolutely gorgeous. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 was Hard Rock Cafe, the food was not hot as it should have been, it took forever to get the entrees, dessert and the bill with only a 3rd of the restaurant occupied ... ambience is gone, all sports on TVs, no music .. rethink your cafe concept.. choose other eateries at Casino, skip the Hard Rock Cafe

Felt they took good precautions for COVID. Plus won a bit for first time.

I wish they had a lounge open when you have to wait for someone to finish gambling. The lounges they have are always closed in the morning.

They've done a GREAT JOB with trying to keep all the guests safe. Clean rooms. I loved it and can't wait to return. A BIG THANK YOU TO THE HARD ROCK . HOTEL AND CASINO IN TAMPA FLORIDA. BEAUTIFUL POOLS ALSO.

And had a great time at the casino. It was very very geared towards safety as far as the coronavirus is concerned. We were really surprised at how strict they were on face mask and social distancing. As usual the food was okay on the property. We stayed in the new tower and the rooms were really nice. Thanks again hard Rock for the good time.

ELVIS!!! I love the grand piano, his guitar from "Elvis and Me" and of course its super cool to see all the wardrobes. The food is amazing, esp cafe on the first floor, and the staff was super friendly. So many CoVID enforcers! I dont care for smoke so that was alot to take. The upstairs is smokefree but there is only a small room. I would like to see this place on a slower night maybe. I will totally be coming back to try the restaurant.

We won big compared to what we spent in casino. Very limited tables and slots open due to social distancing so extra hectic and fewer machines to access. More people camping on machines. The six feet rule doesn't really apply because you have people behind you, so they need to open more machines, but still a greater odd of winning. Staff is great and were holding it down for the underground.

No expense spared. Top notch fancy casino. Top notch bars. Top notch cuisine. The employees love their jobs and the customers are all high on gambling and spending money. They do allow smoking, but the ventilation is very good.

But... pricey. So not for poor people.

It was my second time there, only gambled like 60 bucks but had a great time, food at the food court wasnt half bad either

We stayed in the new east tower and the rooms are good looking. Our view if the deck under construction was not so hot, but the shower instantly made me forget about looking out of the window. Hard Rock I gave you another chance after booting my truck on my last visit, while I was trying to figure out where to park a oversized vehicle.

Always fun, 5 star resort style gaming in our back yard!

I recently wrote a review that was showing pictures and rated 1 star. I deleted it bc the Casino should not be judged by one isolated situation. It's an excellent Casino and I hope during this time they remain open. I don't gamble a lot of money but I go there for the enjoyment.

This casino is the largest plenty of space and great Customer service great private room for gambleing during this time mask is required and they take temperature. And cleaning alot pet friendly accommodate will be back.

Love it, excellent customer service dealers are very friendly and all personal are honest people. I lost my wallet and when I realized the next day I went back to the casino, some one found it and turned in. I was so relief when they told me that yes we have you're wallet and ofcourse they verified that I was the legit owner before they handed to me. Thank you Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino I have a great time.

Great that there is a parking garage so you don't have to come from AC into a hot car! Workers we encountered were all very nice and helpful with directions. It is a large complex, so wear comfortable shoes for all the walking you will do. We had lunch in the Rise Deli; tasty with attentive staff.

Ultimate Firelinks are awesome put $20 in hit for $253

Sandwich was stale and no reason for it other than lazy people. I asked for a fresh sandwich and they don't have any. I will not re visit this place for nothing

If I'm being honest, casino's great, clean, very well kept, exquisite memorabilia on the walls and in cases to look at, plenty of variety of slot games and tables... but 2 words, "Mask Nazis," would gladly kick it up to 5 stars once you drop the political agenda

A very well maintained and ginormous casino/hotel. Service was great but the rewards program isn't much benefit to tourists. I recieved rewards play the day after I flew back home and they didn't offer anything for birthdays. I highly recommend the buffet ($30 per person). They had an awesome selection and the food was better than what you would expect from a buffet.

Slot machines buttons non-functional constantly. Takes them two hours or more for someone to fix. What I am saying is factual, you cannot ignore facts. What is another fact, is this place is a rip off... they only win people that are not regulars, these people have no morals whatsoever. e

Absolutely no social distancing, and did not see any one disinfecting any machine tonight like I saw a couple weeks ago. Although i didn't lose i will be staying clear of that dirty place till this blows over....

The room was a bit overpriced for what it was. I won t be doing that again. Make sure you guys read the fine print before booking cause there s some big charges. The smokeless sections are amazing but I wish they d add more tables because they can easily be full. Some staff are very considerate and nice. Although others will give you a sour face and make you feel dumb. All in all my visits are usually amazing but I m confused at how this last visit wasn t so great. Would give two stars but I m considering my last visits as well.

Only action in town so we have to make to best of it, the food court of the past was better for the locals, now like the new Asian restaurant is more for tourists than Tampa residents . . .

It was good to get out! They are following the Covid 19 precautions very well. I didn't win big but got to play for quite a while. My hubby and I had a great time. Bartenders were outstanding!

Never see a clock or the sun, just great fun , beautifully redesigned casino. All new amenities must check out the seminal hard rock casino now. Huge updates to games amenities and hotel rooms his place is just massive get out there and go win some money today!

Was in L Bar and tables had trash and finished drinks. Slot machines had discarded beer bottles and napkins hanging around. Just wish they would have the staff to keep up with cleaning especially during cv19. I like coming here, but lack of cleaning leaves me a bit worried.

Amazing views, I'm not a big gambler, but it's fun to walk around. Haven't explored enough to make a solid review

Could not get service at the machines nobody came around to offer something to drink. Additionally I didn't see anybody cleaning any machines. On top of that the machines did not pay out at all compared to normal. I wasn't the only one who had that experience. And then to make matters even worse when I left I was charged $50 to get my car even though I have been told when I left it with the valet that it was a $20 charge. He failed to tell me all of the details I needed to know

If you are looking for table games good luck. They had about 10 tables open. (Various games) couldn t get a seat. Every table game is $25 minimum except Mississippi stud.

As a City of Tampa citizen I can say the renovation adds a certain beauty to a depressing side of town. Lucky there is easy interstate access (hey, you get to meet the city's homeless population). Other than the renovations this place hasn't really changed. The customer service is still deplorable and racist (but hey it's the south). The system is almost , always in one form or another of not working to capacity. The same people repeatedly win all of the big drawings. If you stop long enough you will realize the floor layout is more akin to the racial divide in any metropolis. The Asians have their own room. The high limit is off limits if you were BORN tanned and penny slots abound for the mere villagers. The most this place has to contribute is an increase to the gambling addiction statistics and what not to do on vacation in Florida.

My game kept glitching and making me lose the bonus round wasn't really paying out nothing . I spent a lot of money and maybe had a bonus round 2 or 3 times and the other times no money at all after spending 5 to 6 hundred dollars. I felt ripped off

Lots of machines for you to gamble on and there's a non smoking gambling area too. Bar area leaves a lot to be desired, very busy and hard to get waited on if you are female. Men get their drinks fast. I guess the bartenders think men tip better. Ha! Make sure you get your drink from the ladies that are walking around taking drink orders. Believe me, it's much faster.

Nice atmosphere, good food, lots of gambling variety. Tons of slot machines in every denomination, table games in several rooms. Bring lady luck with you because not many payouts observed. Gift shop expensive (as with most gift shops) and a wide variety of food for all occasions and budgets on site. A fun time if you have extra cash. Pics are of menus at food court.

Expensive like most casinos. Very smokey and cold inside. Food was good, music was nice, okay place to go with friends out of town.

It was a large casino with dining options, shops, a pool bar and lots of slots. They have a non smoking casino upstairs, which is nice too.
Payouts sucked on all the games I played so im only giving it 4 stars, I feel like the casinos in Washington state had better payouts.

Absolutely massive! Great staff, I got lost and Sheila from Casino housekeeping walked me to the main way and got me headed in the right direction. She was so sweet and helpful and she's only been there a month! Keep up the great work in staffing. I appreciate the smile free casino floor, it helps for those of us who are sensitive. Hope to be able to visit and stay one day! One recommendation: have more clear signage or maps posted for people who may have you know, parked in the Lime Lot and are trying to get to the buffet, it was a little confusing!

Hello. This, is the upgrade of upgrades. I stayed away from the Rock during the holiday season, and managed to pay a visit after work; first time for the new year. There was a ton of energy in the place this Friday evening. I mainly go for the slots and get a bite, as well. However, if you are a people person, like myself, and enjoy people-watching, Seminole is a serious attraction.

If you are into sit-down dining, you know, and spending time, there are a bunch of new restaurants, with each beckoning you to come in and sample the wares.

So, very well done, Seminole Hard Rock. I will have to make many a return trip to taste the new offerings and be part of this excitement that you have helped to create.

I loved this place, It's so alive you could spend your entire vacation inside because there is so much to do. The rooms are really nice, one thing to know is they don't have microwaves in the rooms. Their spa is absolutely beautiful. They provide you with masks and make sure masks are on correctly at all times (unless you're a smoker). The one thing that bothered me is someone who worked there told me sister to pull her mask back up while she was taking a sip of her drink, meanwhile everyone there who is smoking is allowed to have their masks off the whole time. There weren't as many slot machines as normal available to play on because of covid. But overall I definitely will come again and recommend this place

Beautiful new hotel and casino added to the older renovated hotel and casino. Four different gaming areas make it easy to get lost. The pool is fabulous! One issue was the table limits. On a Monday morning the lowest table was $15! They had one $5table on Tuesday morning and it was hard to get a seat. The only other issue was the electric in the hotel room. There were at least 12 light switches and who knows what works what?? We spent 1/2 hour the first night trying to turn off the ceiling lighting over the beds!! the bathroom light shines into the bedroom though the glass and is difficult to figure out how to shut this automatic light! But we had a wonderful stay!

Machine didn't paying I loss alot of money for friday and Saturday more than 3k I didn't get any bunos if had bunos just pay me 5 dollars even 1dollar ten cents for 6 dollar bet not acceptable.

1st time there . they were sanitizing everything all the time comforting to see. Went to the candy restaurant had shrimp Alfredo . got food poisoning. Not going give less stars for the restaurants fault. I enjoyed my short brief time playing the machines. Will go again just won't eat there again.

We always have a good time. Tina the pool bartender is awesome! She is so personable and efficient! For the most part your employees are well trained. We had the Sushi, for the second time and it is consistently good! Highly recommend it and your entire establishment! The Holiday decorations are amazing!

Mask on Mask Off, you'll get it when you go. Great place to do shrooms at, till you come down and realize how lost you are. 5 *

I love coming to The Hard Rock!! I mean who doesn't especially when winning money!! Very big and nice place. Lots of games to play and great restaurants to choose from! The food and desserts are always delicious!! When it's busy it can be a pain waiting for people to stop playing a game that you like playing. The employees are always helpful! This place is always clean! The shops are pricey but that's only because you're at The Hard Rock. Overall it's always a great experience when I come here! I can't wait to come back!

They never let you win much they take way more then they give you back and dont eat at the Asian restaurant in the food court the food is not good and over priced.
