massive department store with all you would ever want. not easy to navigate and far too loud.

What can you say about Selfridges than it is beautiful clean and a lot of choices.

You can find pretty much everything branded. If you have a good taste and money to spend I would recommend it

A large high street under one roof that is an excellent place to go see/try/buy widest range of upmarket personal & home wares. It's what Harrods used to be. Upmarket and not silly....and catering for the everyday as well. Probably of less interest to our affluent Russian & Mid-East friends...

Not cheap but suggested if you're looking for something special!

Perfect place for luxury shopping!! Countless items, you can find almost anything and any brand you like.. the makeup section is completely a dream for any makeup fans out there with Huda Beauty, the ordinary, tom ford, Charlotte Tilbury and much more. Worth a visit!

Excellent store with quality products. The wine bar and coffee shops are highly recommended.

Just a wonderful must-go-to department store when in London. My wife and I have been going there since 1988. They have everything you can possibly imagine and then some. One little known fact is their rich history preserved in their archives, curated professionally. The products, service and management are first-rate.

Fancy mall. Very nice but very expensive and yet the toilets were not clean. But the christmas lights from the outside are just marvelous

High street shopping at it's best for all the ladies this is a day out shopping you won't want to miss.

I go in every now & again. Sadly its joined the vacuous Facebook generation and is becoming rather pointless

Great place to wander around when the weather is not so good and coffee place on 5th floor is great to work from for a few hours.

Iconic large long established Central London departmental store (Oxford Street).

Very well organised with their queuing. Staff all friendly and helpful joy to shop as with limited number of people allowed in you have more space

Wow! This department store is huge and beautiful. The Christmas decorations are already up. There are some very high end stores here.

One of the best store for shopping right on the oxford street. massive store with most of the well known designer brands available. Staff are very polite and attentive. best customer service staff are knowledgeable and provide good fantastic service. nice new restaurant serve tasty food and nice cocktails. Huge range of perfumes, footwear and clothing brands. Very good shopping experience.

Staff were very snooty and look down their nose at you I do not understand this kind of thing at all. I could buy and sell all of these guys but they just do not cut it at all

Great place to go shopping. Very friendly staff from information desk to work force. Little bit expensive but worth it. There food hall is amazing. Especially there restaurant that sells salted beef sandwiches with pickles. They also have sea food restaurant and sushi too.

Takes forever for someone to assist you in nearly all the stores. Experience more resembles being in an ethnic market rather than a mall with luxury brands.

I love this Mall, one of the oldest mall in London. But loads of sale items.

One of my favourite stores in London. Great for fashion, shoes, perfumes and designer homeware. Mostly though I buy food in the well stocked food hall. You will find a great range of artisan food, fresh fruit and veg and deli items. It is expensive but good for those special items.

Staff are snooty. In any other shop if staff saw you going for the escalator they would let you pass first and not try squeeze their way on before you. Not these ones though. Not been taught simple customer service skills.

An impressive large department store that houses many franchises and offers a huge range of clothing, food, cosmetics and many other items.

Big...bold...beautiful department store. Designer stores as far as the eye can see. Neat and staff in all stores helpful. VAT refund floor well organised.

A fun shopping experience, i particularly love the basement floor with wine and spirits.

Can never spend enough time in this store, especially the techie department.

I just love a girly afternoon at Selfridges. The right balance between accessible and luxurious. I always think Harrods feels too packed.
