Probably the best department store in the entire UK. The shoe gallery is super crowded but other than that and the main floor shopping isn t terrible.

A special shout out to Valentina from Saint Laurent who created a wonderful experience when I was buying my first bag from the brand. The dark green colour was a great choice . The tax refund application experience was such a nice "chore" to do. Shopping in London is so pleasant.

Hermes Salesman is so snuggish...Never been a Hermes store like this. They literally lied about the inventory.

Glamorous and glittery for Christmas. Wide range of quality products set out in a store which is a pleasure to visit..

You can walk around but nothing to buy because prices are simply too high and beyond reason

Customer service at its best!

Been using selfridges for 15 years for clothes shopping. Awesome one stop convenient shop for clothes. Customer service is great and enforce an exchange and refund policy on concessions. They have a decentish tea place on lower ground but loads of food places on the doorstop too. The only bad thing I've experienced here are their tailors (2/3 years ago). They destroyed a suit of mine.

One of my favourite shops. Easy to get lost in, but the Wonder Room and the men's department are outstanding

I gave it 5 stars because it is probably the most amazing store in London, next to Harrods, and Harrods was so stuffed full of tourists, that we couldn't hardly move.

Impressive store. Unfortunately, the Oxford Street entrance is straight through the fragrance section. Ideally placed if you would either like to trigger a migraine or an asthma attack.
Well worth a visit to take in the enormity of it but if you are looking for items that aren't exclusive to Selfridge's, look elsewhere.

A shopping destination that everyone can match the value of the pound in their bank account. In essence, good for the rich and aspiring to be rich.

Most people here giving 5 stars haven't actually bought anything from Selfridges... It may look 5 stars, but the service is not.

We decided to go there for an afternoon tea, but seeing the menu end up having a la carte and no regrets! Tasty , juicy and perfectly done! Friendly and welcomg staff! Highly recommend

We love Selfridges. Fantastic store to look around. Spent a lot of time looking at the watches. Would be lovely to be able to afford one. The shop was busy, but not too crowded. A must see when you're in London

Tried to return an unwanted sale item in men's and encountered terrible attitude of a blond female manager on a power trip. Had to scream in a frenzy to get a gift card as she was trying to make me exchange for another item. Store policy order not, customer is a customer and an unhappy one posts these bad reviews. Not exactly worth it is it you silly nasty woman!?

One of oldest shopping mall in Central London. Recommended visit for Tourists visiting London.

Massive store and is a experience, fantastic shopping opportunity.

Crowded with tourits. I had the feeling that this was more a shop in shop system, as the employees knew only what they sold in their own "small" area. For a one-time look ok, but I would not come again. There are betters shops in London, selling the same.

This has to be my favourite store of all times. I purchased a Gucci perfume and got loads of free samples.

Amazing World Renown store with pretty much everything that you could imagine. Highly recommended! Also, a great place to buy your Nespresso capsules.

You can get anything here. Usually has a sale on. Can be busy with people at all times of the day.

The best place for shopping, excellent service, the best quality of everything
