Just a fantastic place in the heart of central London with amazing products on offer,had a brilliant time walking around the store with loads of different types of products on offer
There Beauty department is just the best and the staff are lovely too,Will definitely be visiting again

Such a shame as the store is usually great. Went to buy some shoes but thy didn't have the right size in store so ordered online. Paid for gift wrap service but that wasn't available subsequently and then shoes arrived damaged and marked and casually thrown in a box with sawdust. Just appalling. Courier booked to collect and just didn't turn up at all to add insult to injury. Communicated my issues from the beginning but zero response thus far. For a luxury store this has all been pretty shoddy.

One of my fav department stores~~~ you can buy everything in this building. This one isn t like Harrods which only sells expensive items~ I love to shop in its food hall

Felt like a high class Primark with the amount of people inside!

Not my sort of place very expensive and absolutely massive all can be had cheaper and quicker elsewhere but I'm sure some people love it.

Big store! Easy to get lost but tons of goods inside. We ate at snowflake located in the food hall and it was awesome !

Big shop sells almost everything including Fridges, but other things as well. Quite expensive though.

Prayer room, huge variety of selection, reasonable prices and good service.
but food court is overpriced.

Went to the new Champagne bar ....the service was well.....very average . I expected better from Selfridges

Love selfridges such a historic and beautiful building.Unfortunatelly some of your younger staff are too distracted hanging on their personal phones as suppose to paying attention to customers

The entrance is crowded with Arabic music and inside with Oud .

If you are seeking branded goods, you wouldn't go wrong here. I'm usually here for the technology department. The department is well laid out, even with a "spy" section but wish they carried a larger variety.

Find anything you like at price point which suits you.

I really don't like the culture when people walking in and taking photos of things and then trying to to sell overseas online. Some people gather a pile of items so that normal customers like us can't even browse...

Avoid like the plague. 20 minutes for a sandwich on an ice cold bread roll. Not a single apology.

Beautiful department store with everything you could imagine designer clothing wise

This us a must for any visit to London. But it is so packed with people. Plan on extra time to shop.

What can I say? It attracts all sorts, tourists, the wealthy and the locals (as well as wealthy locals). Although I tend to visit for the food courts downstairs and on the top floor. The ground level food court is exotic and pricey, the top level less exotic and less pricey. There is an electronics section in the basement, although you won't find the best deals here.

Good place to eat and I'd rather find a good deal somewhere else for everything else.

Saturday = super busy (no surprise, obviously!) The toilet queue was horrendous and toilets not the standard I expected. Some staff were pleasant and helpful, others acted as if answering customer queries was well beneath them. I went for a quick browse today before shopping trip planned soon, which I am now really looking forward to, but not planning to go at the weekend now!

Selfridges is always meticulously consistent in keeping you interested! Every visit you find something wonderful, even just to browse!

Amazing place to shop, beautiful store, very expensive products.

It is selfridges. It's like a slightly poorer Harrods. Food, goods, shopping, tek. next marks and Spencer. It's filled with tourists. And their children. I do not like them. Expect to find it difficult to find staff. Since it is filled. With tourists. You will be harassed by people begging, and selling religious propaganda. You will be coursed into getting into a 3 wheeled bicycle. By a man. Or a woman who never skips leg day. Don't do it. Walking is free and taxis are cheaper. And the subway is the best way you plebs. DON'T GET INTO THE BIKE

Great store, loads of quality clothing! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the Stone Island store.

As someone who lives in London, I have only been to selfridges a handful of times. It tends to be filled with deep-pocketed tourists. The building itself is beautiful and worth wandering around. The food hall is also something to check out. Staff is obviously very helpful. But it s so crowded, so you d need to be up for that.

The new toy store on 4th floor is amazing. Beats all the other department stores and even hamleys.

Of course service is great as expected

Large shop, packed, staff were extremely unhelpful. Taxfree lounge is a massive pain. No better prices than any other shop. Do yourself a favour and go to the shops themselves. Not worth it at all.

Selfridges kitchen on top floor has pretty good food, but pricey.
