An amazing department store - you name it it's got it. The food section - fish monger, butchers, fruit and veg us particularly good.

Multiple champagne bars and placez to eat.

The windows displays are always impressive and there are a wide range of interesting outlets here.

You can buy a dress and jewels for the Oscar's, jeans for the pub and a sandwich.

They don't mind which and they are always friendly.

It's well worth a visit .

Yeah well call me a cheap hillbilly from the provances but it's worth going just to gape and laugh at the absurd prices. The architecture is very nice but by heck yours eyes will water at the cost of the items on sale. Like I said I'm cheap, but get thee to Primark!

Nice

Staff in store are fantastic, atmosphere in store is great. Highly recommend to go visit.
But no matter what happened, TRY NOT TO GET THEM TO DELIVER YOUR GOODS. The aftercare is a nightmare.
My wife and I brought some items in store, asked for it to be delivered to us, we paid the pick a date delivery, so we picked 5th March.
On 5th March, we waited the whole day with nothing, so we called their customer service team and found out that the items did not go on the delivery van (So what's the point of paying a PICK A DATE?), therefore we had to pick another date. We picked 14th March
Due to wife being pregnant, I dun want her to stay in a new flat for too long, so on the morning of 14th March, I called the customer service team again and try to get a ETA for the delivery, I was thrown around like a basketball for about 30min, then the staff asked me to hold, no music, no sound, then all the sudden, it got hang up. Called them again, had to explain the whole situation for another 5 times until I got to the department. The person said he will call back in 20min, but I have been waiting for almost an hour now with no call back at all. All sum up is: GREAT IN STORE, RUBBISH AFTERCARE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEN YOU ARE USLESS TO THEM.

Superior department store near Bond Street tube. It's not really me, being a middle aged chap, but it is well organised, warm and smart. I tend mainly to go there for her Guerlaine L'heure Bleue.
Good point, it's nearly Christmas!

Amazing place! Very well decirated, it's not super crowded and it's really nice to have a walk. Everything is super expensive, though, but quality and first brands. I bought a pair of gloves and the lady who talked to me was really friendly and helpful. They also has a Tax Refund service on the 4th floor if necessary. Toys department is amazing. I'd say it's even better than Harrod's

I like the store and a lot of the brands, but the staff here are pretty useless. Selfridges is basically a lesser version of Harrods, but with similar price tags. It's always very busy but they have a massive selection of stuff.
- If you need to go on a shopping spree, it's a fairly decent place to do so!

Fantastic place with an amazing history. It also smells great because the perfume department is located at the bottom, which is why I can say I was dragged by the nose. In addition to everything, it's really worth learning the history of this store.

Stop by Bobbi Brown and service by Michelle was so good. I was afraid at first because I have been going to Bobbi Brown on a couple of occasions in John Lewis to get a colour match and they totally ignored me. So sad because I wanted to spend some cash with them.

Shopping as it was meant to be, a true sensory experience. Selfridges is high end so if you're looking for bargains it's not the place to be. It's also more of a personal experience than Harrods which feels more crowded and market like.

I tried to validate the higher prices on widely available products, but quickly found all the staff were genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Many of their products don't have price tags which forces you to interact with them. Don't be fooled, you're gonna need money to burn.

Best department store in town. Beats, in my view, Harrods & Harvey Nicks. Great ground floor of goodies, bags, cosmetics, confectionary, Food Hall, stationery, beauty treatments (Brow, Hair, Cowshed) accessories and everything a girl could want. Upper floors are a cornucopia of clothes, designers, shoes, lingerie and all from the best, latest, fashionable labels. Basement is an Aladdin s cave of good stuff, tech, books, ceramics, gifts, luggage, household wares etc etc.
Car parking is accessed from behind with plenty if spaces, expensive but well worth direct access into the store.

Shoppers paradise! The place itself is amazing including the food hall. They have regular events, including design and art displays. They have a beautiful brasserie and a roof top restaurant. They have good ethical standards and modern approach, as an example they dont sell fur or foie-grass.

Selfridges is always packed and very boring. The constant perfume that they spray everywhere will make your eyes water. It has nothing special to offer and didn't even seem to be well assorted.

The best department store in London, however it seems that it has far too many concessions, ie renting out space for brands to sell their wares.
Food Hall is my favourite part, excellent food from all around the world.

The type of place you want to dress up to visit. It s more than retail it s an experience. The best of the best. Design details every milli meter of this space. Beautiful staff to compliment the beautiful displays. I simply enjoy walking around filling my creative well. Selfridges has it all and more.

They say you can buy anything you could possibly need in Selfridge's and considering how large it is, I can't imagine that's not true. One can spend hours and hours wandering around, but be sure to bring a heavy purse or a few high limit credit cards.

The best high end mall in London. It has many entrances and is quite spacious inside with high ceilings compared to the Harrod's for example. They have a great tech space in the basement.
