The most gorgeous shop in London. You can literally buy anything in this fabulous store.
Food hall is yummilicious Chocolates galore, all kinds of restaurants and everything else for your desire.

Enjoyed the experience of walking around the shop. Beautiful food hall with the opportunity to sample certain foods. Excellent decorations for Christmas

Amazing, they also have all this kickstarter products. I adore this store.

Great for visit little disappointing no Selfridge's products

Worst shop layout & merchandise I've seen in a long time. I wasn't tempted to buy a single thing. Heaven knows how they stay viable. The food court is their only redeeming feature.
Their Manchester store is WAY better.

A must for any person who appreciates finer things they can t afford!!

Quintessential high-end British department store. Expect everything here to be expensive and you won't be disappointed. The staff are attentive and polite. The food hall is a must and even just strolling around can be a good way to pass the time. They have everything high end you could ever ask for. Most things can be found online much cheaper though but for exclusive labels all in one place Selfridges is hard to beat

It is a very interesting shop with amazing food and done in a nice order but it is a bit pricey

Popped in to see the Christmas department. Looks like a lot of decorations from last year, some new but not to our taste. The animatronics were fun to see and hear.
The server in the chocolate shop was very friendly and helpful, as was the lady behind the bakery counter. Very good service and products available.

One of the oldest stores in London, it makes the difference at Oxford Street.

The store was as wonderful as I expected but the lack of toilet facilities for ladies was shocking. Having to queue as if you were at a Football Stadium in such an historic Store left a lot to be desired. Written by an overseas visitor to London.

Nice Champagne bar for a well earned rest.
Staff all very nice, plenty of toilets and places to eat.

Best Department store in London with a great selection of young designers clothing and a lot of beautiful homeware pieces and accessories.

Same as any other department store.. Many high end brands with some affordable stuff.

Big layout and offers tax free for tourists on the top floor.

Excellent department store, with a lot to offer. Can sometimes seem overcrowded, but you will find most things and more.

My best overall shopping centre with all brands name

One of my favourite department stores to visit when I'm in London. They have high end and mid range brands, to suit every budget.

Brought some craft gins online as a Christmas present. They tasted heavily contaminated with some kind of detergent. Tried to return them with a cover letter explaining the situation but after much waiting simply received an automated email stating the return period had elapsed.

Visited the food hall.. nicer selection of specialist food in Waitrose

Good place for designer clothes and great variety of goods but expensive and crowded.

Went there to get some food on the go for me and my wife, intent was to get some good Indian food back to Zurich. Was I able to achieve that was evidenent from the big smile my wife had when she tried the chicken biryani I had got for her from Selfirdeges and I had a baby chicken for my 4 year old son from the person corner and he also enjoyed little bites of it. Overall this place is value for money and I will always go back there for food on the go or a quick bite.

What is there to say about Selfridges? Located close to Bond Street tube station, it is London's second oldest department store behind Harrods Selfridges. It's a luxurious mall catering for everyone's retail shopping needs whether it's tech, fashion and even homeware. It is not a place to find a bargain, but if you've got cash to spend around and want to treat yourself to a touch of retail therapy, then there aren't many places better than Selfridges. Visit at Christmas time when it is transformed into an amazing light spectacle.

Great shopping experience, the store now offers a prayer room which is appreciated.

This is Selfridges. So lots of luxury though it does need some updating and more ramps for those in wheelchairs or with baby pushchairs as there are lots of stairs.
Very good bonus for the Muslims is the quiet room which doubles up as a prayer room, but it is very busy, but where else is willing to provide somewhere to pray on Oxford Street?

Shout out to Assem from the Buly counter for attending to my every whim and fancy. I would have preferred purchasing from the Paris store but I was happy to do it at Selfridges because this staff is just simply irreplaceable.

Impeccable service from the nice, polite and very patient gentleman Mr Assem who had to fill in for his less than savoury co-workers who took too long for their break time.

Everything under one roof... And even the roof is fancy!
(Could do with less fragrance being pumped through the vents, though )

Havnt been to selfridges in london in many years. Its long halls full of expensive designer brands can leave you wondering who has the money to but all this. Well there seems to be plenty of people who do. Place was packed with shoppers buying expensive items of clothing the restaurant looked very busym the decor and place itself is worth a visit but make sure you have a decent bank balance of you want to come out with one of those little yelliw selfridges bags

I needed a new suit. Suit shopping isn t my forte. A really nice guy helped me, we chose a suit and got it adjusted too. Amazing

Famous and impressive, but not where i would choose to do my shopping while in London

Cool shopping centre, with most of the important brands anyone you desire. On the pricey side!

One of the best department stores in London. An amazing range of goods. Go downstairs to the food market and to view the amazing wine shop. Up stairs high end clothes and an amazi g Christmas shop during December.

Awful service in The Aubaine restaurant!!!

Food is bland and manager was really rude. Not even able to speak clear English and wants to advise it s a 5 * star place not fast food so if the service is slow I should understand

I have one word for the customer service at Selfridges; Discriminatory! I was in Selfridges mid August with my Mrs and we were out to shop for some Fragrances. Not only were we ignored but it seems that we were looked down on by the staff. More
