Excellent shopping experience, get everything under one roof, very good staff!

The best store I have ever been in! A completely unique shopping experience, I have never had so much fun whist shopping.

It's Selfriifdes. What more is there to say? Plan to spend a day.

Visited the large John Lewis in Oxford street. Xmas lights very good as usual,but the shop itself no different to any other department store.

Really didn't get the theme Christmas shop tacky I used to take my son every year and it was amazing wouldn't bother.again

Why do I love Selfridges? Mmhhh is it all the luxury, the super riches Arabs that drip in gold and beautiful fabric or the fact the they had performer recite Shakespeare's bests on all floors. The latter of course. And getting a glass of veuve clique and some Prada sunglasses isn't bad either.

Some staff spoil the experience (information desk)... Some staff make the experience magical (Balenciaga)...

Old legendary retail store. Mecca for everything and anything. A must visit place in London.

Original and best department store. Many beautiful departments and quality products. My photos are of the ground floor food hall which is a small fraction of the whole and worth a visit in itself. You can easily spend a whole day there, if you can afford it!

Selfridges is not for the hard-up. Don't get me wrong. I think it's better than Harrods. And it's a lot easier to move around. It's also a lot more friendly, and the staff are really good at looking after you. Just bring a lot of cash. Or do as I do and pop in whenever you're passing and pretend. The food hall is great. Bond Street is just around the corner. Everything is close at hand. Except the chocolates. Someone moved them to the basement!! (What were you thinking guys?).

It s a good department store if you like high end goods and walking round a maze of corridors and floors, not my cup of tea especially with a husband who hates it more than I do

Went here to pick some shoes that were ordered online. The sales staff were helpful in finding the correct in store department. Once I had found it the guys were professional and courteous. Would shop here again and again. Wish other shops took care of their customers like Selfridge's does.

It is definitely the best salt beef that I ever tasted. The beef are very soft and tender. Juicy and well done. The sandwich comes in a regular size, tasty and good quality. Perfectly moist and juicy beef combined with the slightly heat and tang of mustard packed in a soft rye bread added with some special condiments, gives the foods a perfect combination of flavours in a bite.

Staff are very horrible all this place is interested in is taking your money and to hell with customer service they do not care in the slightest about any problems you incur during or after purchased I would rather now shop at Harrods and suggest all other people do this is not the Selfridges of old

Selfridges calls for a traditional visit when in London. Check it out for window shopping and getting some great snaps of those windows and other displays throughout the store. I don't really recommend buying anything there as it is over-priced. But, it is wonderful to tour the store.

Went to Hemsley and Hemsley for there GF amazing afternoon tea. It's worth making a special trip.

Magnificent store full of everything I can't afford. Every single time I am searching for a particular hair clay for men. And every single time there is a lady who is being nice and helpful.

Excellent range of products, they have all big brands from soaps, lipsticks, chocolate to Channel dresses! My favourite sections are champagne and kitchen stuff.

Staff are too in your face you can't even browse without being approached!

Shopped for Bobbi Brown products and Mac products and the executive at Bobbi brown was so kind and helpful. She guided me well through buying the right cosmetic for myself. Good store for books too. My daughter loved the book range they had n picked quiet a few.

The best department store for luxury shopping in London! You go to Harrods for scenery and Selfridges for actual shopping.

For the experiance of looking at things you can't afford, go for it.

It's always a great experience visiting Selfridge's.
