Good

Has everything, just not everything.

Has everything, just not everything.

They offer all the brands you can think of. However it s just a bit of everything. For full range of a specific brand, it would still be wise to go to it s own store.

definitely a go to for luxury shopping and the offers and service they provide is always great. The only issue is due to the human traffic it can be troublesome to manuvere in the smaller areas of the store

It's Big, it's glitzy, it's expensive. It's over priced for the quality of the products sold. It's lost that something that made it stand out from the others.

Now, the only thing that makes it stand out, that makes it is that famous Yellow Bag. It's a tourist trap for the rich from all over the world where taste and style isn't a prerequisite.

Huge shopping mall. The staff are very persistent and helpful. I was particularly amazed at the quantity of tech novelties.
I bought my Sennheiser Momentum 2.0. The decision was hard as they have many other headphones on display, all of them top-quality. The sound advisors were very kind.
Will definitely come back.

Huge store. Easy to get lost. Nice technology section downstairs but not enough in comparison to the rest of the place. Everything is incredibly expensive. I guess that is what you get from designer brands.

A large, very extravagant building with shops to match. You can get pretty much everything you could want in here. It's a luxury store so expect prices to match. It's generally rammed full of tourist who mostly seem interested in meandering aimlessly and getting in the way but you'll suffer them to get at the range of items available.

Customer service varies somewhat from enthusiastic (Tech), to hopeless (Men's shoes)

The food court gets a special mention, the salt beef is worth a look, as is the selection of other foods on offer (Sushi, seafood, healthy salads, juices, dried meats etc)

My experience's of wondering around Selfridges has been quite grand.
The place is really bling and has both really expensive items and also cheaper stuff that are for purchase. Inclueded are 2-3 cafe's and a bar. Really big really good experiences there

EU shoppers BEWARE !

Upon mailing to Selfridges you get a reply that they only deal with items bought online. They can not provide you with any email address through which you can contact the store, nor can they forward your mail to the store !!! Talk about a problem with internal communication !
Instead you are advised to call the shop or write a letter ... .

The shopping experience itself was quite ruined by the terrible cacophony of very loud music throughout the shop. It was bad enough that each section played different music, but the volume was such that it interfered with the conversation.
