Amazing place brands . lovely stuff all what you wish and you need is here

A good range of shoes, I was happy to find the style I was looking for to match my evening dress

It's ok for finding something decent. Not my regular shop though.

Staff ignored us as we were in Jean's and trainers even though we were looking for a new hand bag in LV. Walked out and brought one else where

Selfridges is good as you can find good range of good products from skin care / clothes /food technology and more. The problem comes with the sale assistant where most of the time they seems annoyed. especially in the skin and make up section and food .when you ask for product information most of the time they seems annoyed and on top they don't really know what they are selling .
Sometimes when is like 10 mins before closing they won't even serve you when it shouldn't be like that when closing time it's 9.00pm especially when I ran after work from the other side of the city to make it on time and I already know what I want and they won't serve me with the excuse they shout the tills.
Another bad thing I've notice is that if you go dressed up or wearing designer branded stuff showing they will give you more attention and more care while when you are more chill back they will treath you different. I think is really bad ,people should get same service not matter who they are ,what they wear or what money they own .

For a store with high end branded goods, the shopping experience is like cattle being hurded. There is squashed space to try out the shoes or jackets etc. With so many people around, you re forever being jostled. Staff are not fully knowledgable about the products on sale.

Always has an amazing selection and is clean, tidy and stylish.

Great department store, lots of brands and friendly staff.

Pompous place staffed with snobs. They are mere employees but they behave like millionnaires richer than the customers.

Big shopping and big prices. Generally, I find that big shops that try to sell everything under one roof often end up selling sell interesting things than the individual shops themselves. When visiting the shoe section, for instance, I found lots of shoes but nothing interesting and just a bland selection of lookalike shoes from big brands. Sure there's lots on offer but not the wide selection I hoped to find. Bigger is not better.

its an ok department store, but there are way better ones, Harrods is one of my fav, it has all the exclusive things, plus homeware, appliances and more. Self doesn't do furniture anymore, and in harrods you will find ever thing you need in one place.

Nice upmarket doing place. Remember to ask about any promotion or sale going on as it may not be in display. Tax refund is fat and efficient.

Nice upmarket department store. The food court is expensive for what it is. There are Christmas related performances that are quite unusual, but entertaining.

As a shopper in London oxford street for many years service isn t as good as it used to be , but then up pops Elliot from ladies designer wear ( London store) I received 5 * service and more . Please employ more staff like Elliot . He s an asset to any business .

Guys & girls in every dept just fab. Shame staff on Mac make up dept left me feeling worthless. Mac girls in Fenwicks dept store Newcastle need to show them customer service and how its done!

Center London, very expensive brands but a place where you can find nearly everything

Well, it's Selfridges. Not much to say really. There's an ELAN on the top floor and a prayer room so that's a big bonus.

Always a fantastic visit, wish staff in the food mall were slightly happier though. In all of my visits I've yet to have someone start or join me in conversation. It's simply - scan, X amount. Bye..

Very good shopping experience except at Louis Vuitton ! Try to avoid going there as s their service is horrible

Brilliant choice. Tech section has gadgets before other stockists in London.

Everything you love all in one place, remember to take loads and loads of money!!! Or several credit cards will also do

horrible place, it's look like giant and much more expensive Ikea, every time it's full with some disoriented peoples who don't know exactly what are doing and where are going.

It is a great shop, but didn't have what I was looking for.

This is going to sound very snobbish, but I prefer Selfridges to Harrods any day!
To me it is the finest place to shop, and their wine and spirits collection is a museum of its own.
Christmas shopping here is also fun and not too stressful.

Selfridges Kitchen is awesome and offer a wide selection of food and drinks. From sushis, to gastro pub food to bubble tea.

Huge shopping centre. We especially enjoyed the technology and design department in the basement floor

The Christmas floor was definitely my favourite. There are all sorts of prices and an unbelievable amount of decorations

You should be able to get anything you need here. Bar service is fun and well done.

So busy but yet so much to see. Coming to shop on boxing day is an experience in itself but with so many brands on five floors you can spend the entire day and still need to see things.

All the stuff you could ever need. Staff are hit and miss, a lot stand around chatting to each other, particularly in the beauty hall

The shopping network sucks, but I can t place an order after buying an annual fee

The sales persons at NYX were super helpful and sweet

@Selfridges totally disgusted with the way managers treat loyal staff! Will be boycotting from now on! Not buying from a company that can't treat their staff with common decency! #boycottselfridges

Just as expected, large expensive department store. The staff in the toy department were very friendly and helpful.

Top end shopping in a very civilized environment. Nice space around you. All the big brands are there.
