It's worth it. Quality stuff, great staffs. Highly recommend

Came in for salt beef sandwich and was overcharged because I did not know the difference between their 100gm and 135gm who would know this in advance, not a happy customer.

Over rated, the staff looked at us as though we were theives

Wonderful shopping experience, the ultimate in decadence and luxury! Huge selection of cigars, very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Selfridges has always been an amazing store to visit with all sorts of goodies inside. Everything is fairly expensive though but it's a lovely store to visit nearer Xmas time, definitely do not go right before Xmas day though as its incredibly busy.

Great for window shopping or splashing out on exotic things. The technology section in the basement and the foodhall are a must see.

I don't like department-stores in general, but Selfridges is different as you can explore so many unusal and extraordinary products.

Overpriced and far too hot and busy. Staff look down their nose at you and try to avoid your eye when you need assistance.

As good as anywhere I have shopped, Harrods or anywhere good quality goods plenty of stock and very helpful staff .

Wonderful department store. So much variety on offer from cheap to expensive, clothes to food etc. Spread over many floors you could get lost but all the staff are friendly and willing to help in any way they can

Morning cake and coffee had, cake was very cold. Staff on the day we visit were unfriendly and unable to break out a smile. Not the kind of customer service I expected or experienced previously when we visited.

Rather disappointed, very small selection of fridges on offer here. The name is rather missleading

Great store. just wandering around is an experience ... so much to see. Great range products from day wear to aspirational !

Selfridges is one of those places that can literally turn a frown upside down. It's an amazing shopping centre with almost limitless number of brands and goods. If you need to beat the blues, this is an amazing place to go to. From Aspinal and Smythsons to Montblanc and Clarins to even the Huda Beauty area, this place has everything. And a trip to Selfridges is incomplete without a coffee or tea with cakes at Dolly's on the -1 level. An absolutely amazing place to spend a couple of hours in London.

The chocolate library was lunched with much fanfare but seems very much unloved now.

A wonderful shopping center with everything, restaurants and cafes .. There is a mosque inside it on the 4th floor

Lovely shop with a good mix of items from food to Christmas decorations. The staff were helpful giving directions of they could see you looking about. Great place to look for a designer handbag.

I love it here the bus stops outside it like 113,139 buses stop outside you walk in they have lovely clothes and the changing room is very clean.

When I need anything fancy I came here! Bought my first gentle monster sunglasses here and I love here, however, i think they moved to another place, you pay for the quality. Not everything here is expensive, but they still have class

The shop is extremely large and well worth a visit. It is however very expensive, it has a vast range of items from food, household goods, clothing, jewellery, toys. It's a good few hours to shop properly. It is a very beautiful building

Many floors to explore. Good food. Price range is between Marc & Spencer and Harrods. Clean & tidy. Friendly staff.

An institution. Can go wrong. It is enormous and you simply get lost walking over their open departments.
This visit we went to Travelex at the 4th floor. Toilets next to it. (double visit).
The new Selfridges restaurant looks amazing but the prices have gone up.
Be aware of too many people and look after your valuables. My girlfriend visitor from Indonesia had her bag open and passport and money taken. How we will never find out. Be aware.
Otherwise enjoy your visit and take time to sit down.

I have purchased a online order with selfridges, also along with my order I have bought selfridges plus which is a whole year next day delivery.

After I have found out that they have charged me twice for the selfridges plus. So that I trying to get hold of the PayPal, PayPal said selfridges has not agree with that.

Anyways, the order should be delivery the next day. But apparently it is been delayed on my parcel and being hold at the deport. Will be redelivery after the weekend.

I have been charged twice and not even get the service I have paid for. It is a joke, I will never shop with them again. I called ask to cancel they said I have been used the service, it is a joke . Cancelled my order. Bad experience it is wasting time, shopping should be pressure rather than getting a lot of hassle and trying to get hold of them when there is a problem which should not been on the first place

They've stopped selling most Sony products. The shear arrogance. They stopped selling Omega watches a few years ago.
