Amazing place to discover different types of make up and accessories! The Louis Vuitton shop looked amazing!

Nice store but went here for stone island cloths for my 14 year old son. what a disappointment. if your a size L XL XXL or XXXL your in luck. no size small or med available. the staff couldn't even tell me when there next delivery was going to be. staff didn't even offer a reserve and collect service. They all seem to blame the ordering system. isn't systems programmed by humans and orders placed by managers!! very disappointing. saw many lads my son's age also commenting about no size small or medium available.
same scenario with STONE ISLAND FLAG SHIP STORE BREWER STREET LONDON.

Nice department store including a lot of luxury brands like Luis Vuitton, Givenchy. A variety of high end beauty brand like Charlotte Tilbury, Suqqu and Christian Louboutin can also be found here. The whole building structure and segment area distribution are clear and easy to follow.

At the top my best cafe for cake and drinks I really recommended the kids section was really good with a lot of toys

Great shopping wow! But what a terrible cappuccino. Truly terrible! Suggest to change this fast as it does not meet the standard of what I believe you stand for.

A different class. The security guards even hold the doors open for you on the way out.

We spent 4 hours and it felt like 10min. It has everything that you need when weather outside is not so good and you are down for some serious shopping. Loved it! Would definitely visit again in summer.

Very nice department store for real shopping versus "sightseeing" ... was at H@rrods the other day where it was so crowded and flooded with super luxury goods and furniture which may not be practical/meaningful at all for "normal" tourists.



The tax refund service is truly unparalleled, compared to dept stores in Tokyo (known to be very efficient) and Paris (well....) The waiting lounge and electronic queuing system gave truly amazing experience. It also gives customer the comfort that it is fair and efficient. First class hardware. Service at the refund counter was also superb. The only "complaint" that we could have is that they should be serving light soft drinks in the waiting lounge!

Too full and not a realistic shopping location for most tourists. Avoid on a weekend!

Always fun to wander around, I had a gift voucher to spend so wasn t just window shopping for once!

Of course you can often bug things cheaper elsewhere, but Selfridges has many things you won t find elsewhere (or at least not off-line anyway), and actually there is often a reasonably good deal to be had.

No decaf coffee in the Elan coffee shop. The waitress seemed shocked that we might want it. Sorry but I'd prefer Harvey Nick's 5 floor coffee shop every time.

Famous and very well organized department stores. Quality products from all over the world. Chaotic the refreshment point where finding a seat at peak times is a serious problem. Product prices a bit above average but proportionate to the type of restaurant.

Extremely bad at warranty especially for the online purchases.

Massive department store on multiple levels. Mostly higher end goods at higher end prices but something for everyone none the less. Definitely worth a browse if you're in the Oxford Street area!

From shopping collection to food available at the food hall everything is well maintained. Quality service

High street retailing at it's best therefore expect to pay much higher.

I have visited Selfridges on many occasions when up in London. Its is an old school department store with many different departments. The staff are well presented and most are pleasant and helpful. The store is huge, and would literally take hours to get around. Selfridges does have a charm of days gone by and simpler times. Its very popular with tourists as its famous the world over. A nice place to.visit.

Not the cachet it used to have. Also needs to have air conditioning upgraded.

One of the best department stores I've ever been to! Great location, can't miss it! Amazing selection and if you're searching for something specific: it's almost always easy to find. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Everything is well taken care of. It is very crowded though. I lost my friends a few times, because one or the other became distracted by the shiny and pretty things. All in all, a very good experience!

Operating within its own world comprising multiple franchised outlets offering top end labels at prices most people can only look at.

Avoid Khiels they pounce on you as soon as you start browsing obviously on commission. This store has the worse staff with regards to knowledgeable staff and customer service. Christmas is coming so more in experienced staff avoid in December. Their training department needs to start focussing on their own staff training as it is appalling that they allow staff serving on the floor when they don't even know that their is a restaurant on the top floor. I live behind this store and have just watched the deterioration of customer service over the year, but the past 6 months it has been the worse ever. Please bring the service back to what it was, 5* prices 1 star service!!!!

Went to return an item that was past the 30 day refund policy time frame and the manager of the department in question gave a full refund without a moment's thought. And apologized for any inconvenience
