Crowded, hot and overpriced, pop to Harrods and avoid

Have huge stock and massive choices, Busy with lots of people, because of this reason customer service is poor

A bit confusing but so many things and it's beautiful

This is my favourite department store. Nowhere in London have I found myself more valued as a customer, than when I am shopping here.

Awful shopping experience . Customer service non existent . Nicer Dept stores in London . Selfridges is catering for tourists everybody else doesn t matter especially if you re over 50

As a tourist this was a large and interesting place to shop, very modern and much like a condensed American mall. There were plenty of options for shopping and eating, but the experience itself was not as impressive as Harrod's, or even Fortnam & Mason.

There is a VAT Tax booth on the fifth floor, bring your passport in case you make any large purchases and would like to get the VAT taxes back.

If you're looking to shop, definitely spend some time here, however if you're looking for an interesting or unique experience check out one of the other locations I mentioned.

Wish could not only visit but buy it deserves, primark is much easier on that front.

Best place to shop in London aping side harrods and sloane street

Massive selection of a wide variety of different things from clothing to electronics, accessories and more. Pretty expensive so don't expect to pickup anything for cheap here but you'll find big brand names here with some items that you may struggle to find elsewhere.

Expansive store, great for gift ideas. Overwhelmingly busy around Christmas

Over expensive stuff. Not for mango people. Only place to shopping by rich people. Have heared that mostly celebs come here to for shopping.

Great for xmas shopping and fashion. High end designer shopping.

The store is huge with a large selection but it is extremely expensive!

Packed in the Christmas rush but helpful staff made it a joy as always!

Had a lovely time browsing through the items especially the branded handbags. Price still cheaper than in my hometown.

Alto is the "Tops"
Lovely setting, bustling, lively atmosphere.
Alto manages to balance friendly, attentive service, with quick delivery of an excellent range of top quality Italian food.
Even though the terrace was closed on the evening we went, all agreed what an enjoyable time we had. Would recommend and will return.

Good shopping experience, weekend gets too busy to be looked after properly. Salt beef restaurant on the ground floor after more than only sandwiches, which is good if kids tag along

At Oxford street this is a massive landmark which can be easily spotted.
Its a multilevel department store with only leading brands .

Overlooking Oxford Street, the shopping street par excellence in all of London, you will find this huge shopping complex with a unique style whose facade refers to ancient times. Suitable for every type of clientele (with an eye for the most ambitious nabobs), this mall is a must for every tourist who wants to get lost in the multitude of products of various kinds and brands. Recommended!

Go and visit this local food outlet. Food and beverage served with quality and tasteful. Staff are friendly.

Remains an icon for the shopper. What a building and a number of m2. Incredible. Only went to the foodhall this day. Presentation of food is extrordinary. We don't see that in NL. Nive variety as well.

I can't put my finger on why i dont like this store. Just personal reference I guess. It is a big modern department store with more brand names than you can shake a stick at, all in one place. Beats Harrods hands down.
