Wonderful shopping and dining experience. The salt beef sandwich in the food court area is worth a visit among many other things.

Much better than harrods that has long since dispensed with the iconic service now found here in selfridges, crimbo decorative throughout the store is always a delight to see, you ain't been on a shopping trip to London unless you visit here
mall for most designer and variety of product to choose from.
High end quality, Amazing window displays but you need to pay what you get.
Had to find the toilets as directions on signs aren't brilliant. Staff lovely though :)
Amazing place to shop, eat, drink... The food section is particularly good around Christmas for stocking fillers with a few options to also eat in the store.
Nice place, karim from gucci a very nice guy..a gentleman
Always an exciting shopping experience. Everything is overpriced of course but that goes with the name.
Selfridges are a classic. The foodhall is excellent and really good value for money the rest is eyewateringly expensive. But I guess it is not for me.
What can I say. Harrods is overated in comparison to Self ridges. Do head up to the 4th floor to enjoy the comfort of the seating area and free water and sparking water.
Temple of luxury and unabashed consumerism. Fun to look at, and great shopping if you can afford it.
Food court and chocolate section is only worthwhile location to visit here. Staff is beyond pushy; I suspect they would tackle you if you gave them the time of day. Avoid the perfume and make up area at all costs. It s like a shark feeding frenzy. Not quite as pricey as Harrods however the staff made it intolerable.
I always love going into Selfridges, there is so much to look at and so much on offer here. I always find the staff very friendly and polite and they are always willing to help. Customers are always smiling in this store and I love the atmosphere. The staff always dress well too.
I especially like the lower ground floor because they have a very interesting book shop, and a modern technology department. I always find something interesting in the technology department and they sell Apple products also, including the latest iPhones.
Overall the products are rather expensive in Selfridges, but the quality seems to be very high. I would not be worried about spending money sometimes on the good quality products this store offers. It is a very colourful store and it seems to cater for every taste. I love their window displays too.
Done a delivery. Loadingbay staff all on top of there game. A1
Just about everything you could possible want to purchase from a department store under one roof.
Like the area. Very close to Bond Street Station.
Love the shoes selections and food court.
Ps. Please make more restrooms/toilets.
The lines outside of lady s toilet is ridiculous and really inconvenient when you are in hurry.
Yesterday when I was there, there were literally 20 people waiting in the line out side of hallway of toilet.
The best department store in London. Visit this instead of Harrods.
The layout changed, too crowded. Guess they may need to set up a China Hall soon.
The service in Selfridge is amazing, the lady on the Dior counter today put together a beautiful array of Dior goodies as a present for my Mum and as you can see it was wrapped beautifully and professionally. This is a special present and it looks fantastic. Thank you.
Shopping shopping and more shopping with exceptional customer service, helpful staff and very good range of products!
Not that I care about the shopping, but it's a great building to walk around and people watch!
A great retail experience frequently re- inventing itself.
This place is one stop shopping!! Good food too. I found everything from magazines to readers.
What can I say it is selfridges, well worth a visit for the experience alone and try the food Hall
It's OK, only went because old bond street Gucci was a waste of time.
Always visit the food hall on the way past here. Lots of variety and if you're lucky you can get a reduced bargain
Don't get tea. Most expensive peace of cake in London. Only worth half it's price. Eat at one of the many other places in the area for better value.
So much to see every different type of product for you to purchase
Perfume Section Stinks, Very strong and smells of the worst Oud Perfume, (I've smelt better). Toilets have the worst design EVER! Couldn't find the hand dryer till someone told me they're under the mirrors, REALLY? HOW CAN SOMEONE SEE THAT?! Before that I had to wonder into the stock room for the toilet (door was left open) and take a few paper towels (People started wondering in there following me to get paper towels - They didn't know where the hand dryers were either)
All expensive stores at one place. Large, comfortable and ordered. Good for a quick view and update on fashion.
Saint London was the best store, need air conditioning tho xx
It's a nice store, always find something what I like!! But Beware of some malaysian and china peoples thieves, With credits cards fraud. They using a fake or a fake copy credit card from stolen people's. To buying things from this store and sell it to other people with 15% discount. (Always asking them for the ID to match their card!!)) Selfridges boss keeps an eye on those people's.
One of my favorite shopping places in London. I could spend days here
Price is expensive compere to the different store with the same products.
Not what I thought it was. I am new to London, and thought ooh- selfriges! Excited to shop there. My first purchasing experience was after the holiday when they were having sales. The pants I chose were out of my size. The sales person suggested I try online. I purchased two pairs (at full price- which I thought was weird) and figured there must have been an error in the price so I wrote to customer service. The reply that I received was sorry, our prices online are not the same as in store- so no adjustments will be made, but please write back if you have further questions . I did write back! 3 times! And no further reply. My note basically said, all of the other stores I shop at here have a policy of having the same price online and in store, and that this was my first experience shopping here and that I was very displeased.
I cannot believe that a store would ignore 3 separate attempts to have a discussion about this issue or use such antiquated pricing policies.
Not getting all of my shopping business! Go to Peter Miller where the service and the attitude are much better!
Still my favourite store in London. The new layout especially on the ground floor is fantastic. You get to shop your best high-end brand and chill for a meal and a glass of bubbly. A girls best dream day!
Great place to wander around and get an idea of what's happening in the trend world
as usual perfect shopping place ,luxury easy to spend money..never stop visiting every day
I think that you got To be rich To buy but it's a big history mall you must visit anyway.
We had a great experience when visited the store on Oxford street. The live music really put you in the christmasey mood and to top it up there was great sales so we found pressies in good prices it made our trip very memorable-our favourite store in London.
Definitely the best department store in London and my favourite as I have been shopping here for many years. It also now has brand new luxury cinema.....
Best shop in the world with a welcoming, fun, and modern environment
Superlative service. Had an item repaired under guarantee. They lost the item which was worth thousands. Could not have done more to resolve the problem.
Great store, apsolutely massive, an incredibe experience, everything you expect and want it to be.
I came her for lolas bakery who do amazing hot chocolate and also for snowflake gelato which was also lovely
Great window shopping for the wife, too expensive for my pocket
Couldn't find the perfect dress for me. They don't have elegant and sexy at the same time. Very disappointed
kind and friendly staff as soon as you step in, asking what your needs are and pointing you in the right direction.
I start liking right from entering in because nice fragrance. All in all 2nd best shopping centre in London.
