Amazing authentic department store. Huge range of things for sale. Very busy on build up to Christmas. Great watch department but be prepared to pay top prices for high end time pieces from Tag, Rolex, Longines, Hublot, Breightling ... and many more
Hilarious fun to wander around the Men's fashion departments
Great atmosphere and lovely people especially at the Nespresso corner.
It s a high end department store and feels like it. Come here for premiums brands and service but expect premium prices. You pay for what you get here.
Love shelfiges..so many different shopping experiences.
An amazing place that just has to be seen to be believed!
The best department store in the world. It is all the proof necessary that good bricks and mortar stores will survive the new age of internet shopping. Plus it has a really nice champagne bar.
This is always a great shopping destination for shopping. Brings together a great variety of products and brands
Everything you could possibly want can be found here.Huge store so leave yourself plenty of time to explore this great emporium.
High class shopping
One of my favorite places in London
A must to visit
I found this place very confusing, I struggled to find my way around this very large store, although everything was immaculately presented I was very disappointed at the lack of available fridges to purchase. Not at all what I expected.
Shocking service. I bought sandals 7 weeks ago and they broke. I called customer service to ask what is best to do. Guy explained that he cannot put me through to the store as its sales time so they will be not answering. That's already shocking as they more interested in sales but not after sales. Angry I go to the store, wasting my time and money to get there. I approach the counter showing the shoes and explaing what happened, and the "manager" tells me she cannot do anything about it as I do not have receipt. This is double shocking. First, not even such a high end stores would accept bank statement shiwing you bought the item, secondly- customer service on the phone explained me that I can go to the store with bank statament only. Then I explained to the manager she said store does not work to the roles given by Selfridges customer care line. Shocking- as Selfridges creatly do not coordinate their departments and a way behind as lowest end market if they do not accept bank statements. I will never shop eith them, so unprofesional and unreliable. Shoes broke within 7 weeks and they make me feel as it is my problem. No high end brank would ever do that.
Huge classy department store, perfect for searching for presents
Love this store, floor after floor of wonderful shopping. The Christmas store is so worth a visit, it's beautiful. There is something for everyone's budget for top end designer to yummy snacks in the food court. Staff are friendly and don't pressure sell. I have to mention the staff in Mac makeup who are truly exceptional. Spent hours in here.
Nice luxury ambient. Well trained people. Mr Harry Gordon Selfridge's spirit has not seen though. Liked it.
Great places to dream of new ways to empty your pockets. I am a huge fan of their window displays, their window dressers are Wizards of Creativity, a MAJOR highlight if it the primary reason i visit Oxford street.
Aside from.the Designer goods, Handbags being my big draw here,
Visit the technology space, good to see new trendy and novel items, picked my Sonos range here 3 years ago., I love the compendium of makeup ranges from all the Major lines. Good stock of the Nyx range (though Boots @ Bond Street may have a bigger range) and of course MAC and Huda . Interestingly there is a "Braiding Bar" on the ground floor.
The Conveninces are pretty clean too, especially on the last floor with the food court, you would expect the reverse.
Always worth a visit, there's always something you can afford and the visit is an experience on it's own.
Full service and friendly staff in all departments. Electronic sales staff helpful and never pushy.
Selfridges was one of my favourite shop to visit but, after the refurbished I'm not a fan anymore. Prefer Harrods
Wide variety across a range of price levels. Tax refund office is relatively efficient
Was immediately put off by the very loud music that hits you when you walk through the main entrance.
What more can I say but it's a cathedral-esk Mecca for fashion. A must visit just to appreciate the scale of the department store. Massive!!!
Its huge and has what you can imagine inside of it. No krispy kreme though even if it says on google maps. But the store is huuuge and has soo much to offer. Id recommend going inside but dont get too lost
Get everything you need under one roof. Classic London department store. Good way to spend an afternoon and a few GBP.
Purchase clothing or household items. Furniture or bedding. Kitchen supplies or office items. Louis Vuitton or Darjeeling tea. You've now gotten the picture.
Also serves food and wine downstairs. Plus, coffee, cake and pastries. Clean, trendy, and a must if you enjoy shopping and are in the neighborhood.
Amazing store..friendly staffwalked all way com back of store to show us to Oyster bar at frint..am disabled..staff behind bar great
Good salt beef sandwiches. I requested no gherkin but it came with a gherkin.
Superb Christmas Windows. Loved the food hall. The Christmas shop wowed and we saw Santa meeting all the children while in the book department. Watch out you will need deep pockets.
A high end department store. Seems to cover the full range of everything you could want.
Can be worth a visit just for the food hall, or for the decorations around Christmas.
Packed but still the best place to go for kids things.
Well signposted to find exactly where and what you are looking for
Every time I visit I find something new, this is a great place to spend your dolla
Great place for shopping in central London as it has all you need in one place.
Nice store with muslim prayer room available at top floor
Not as nice or massive as Harrod's, but good shopping nonetheless if you're looking for a department store.
I had an extraordinary experience at MAC. Thank you Kenya for the experience, I feel like an star for one day!!. The make up was absolutely delightful. I have received lot of compliments. I will be back.
My first visit and last. To many staff shoving stuff at you. It felt like a over priced market full of market trader's. A little more decression needed
If you are looking for luxury items, it's the place.
That place was amazing! Awesome and massive! A little out of my budget but worth the visit! The place has almost everything clothing wise.
Friendly staff, nice vibe and all round good experience
Nars Department - Some of the team members are without a doubt very professional and friendly. Would always go there and recommend it
Lots of big designer brands. Relatively good prices...
very very busy - not many directions to we were unable to find our way around the store
Overpriced unless you are looking for the higher end brand names, sadly it just doesn t have what I assume to be the opulent feel of the classic Selfridges.
