Beautiful as well as tasty, if you know where to go and how always crowded.
Beautiful as well as tasty, if you know where to go and how always crowded.
with the current situation of covid19 im was very happy with visiting the store was met by friendly members of staff along the way there was hand sanitiser points everywhere along the floor very clean and tidy.
I has happy to be shopping in there today huge thanks to Selfridges keep up the good work
Huge department store with just about everything you need! If you're interested in more than just shopping there is also quite a bit of history to this place that is worth reading about.
If you have a lot of money this is the place to spend them; in case you have a little money is anyway exiting to walk in and have a look of this gorgeous world.
Wonderful place to shop on Oxford street , most high end designer brands are available .. Also the food hall is amazing specially the famous salt beef sandwich :)
Amazing store, wish I'd had more time to explore it all.
Designer labels and hundreds of loaded tourists. What's not to like.
Very luxury shopping experience. Smells lovely as you walk in. Fantastic service from employees.
Wide selection of unique products that you cannot get elsewhere in London.
Selfridges is an amazing store that lives up to its historic reputation!
Luxury department store with plenty of hi-end brands
The best shopping place on Oxford St. it has the latest brands and gadgets. You can spend hours going through out the floors and brands
Excellent food, fair price and good service. This is all you can ask for when looking for a lunch place. I enjoyed very much. The taste of my sandwich was unforgettable. The meat with the chess and bacon made it perfect for my taste. I very much recommend. 50 meters from the Oxford street and inside a shopping center.
Things have changed a lot over the years for Selfridges. I cant say that its for the better. I still enjoy looking around the store and doing the Xmas shopping.
Always good. Shame about the lack of stock In the Rolex section. Place super busy. Smells of oud.
The Brass Rail Restaurant
Went specifically to try the hot salt beef sandwich with all the trimmings and it did not disappoint. Wish I d bought two. Will definitely being go back to try more from the menu and hope I can eat inside as seats are had to find.
Good place to shop for many luxury brands, for variety, you can definitely find a selection.
I would say the best items this is perfect for are the make up and beauty products, foods and technology.
Clothes shopping are okay but not all brands here will have the same floor space to have many variety, so it is worthwhile to visit specific brand store themselves.
The watches area are one of a kind, so many brand at a luxury high value. Definitely for those who are knowledgeable and appreciate what handmade items are and material used.
Top floor is relatively good area for children toys and baby friendly toys too.
Worth to check out but also note that this place can get crowded and expecting tourists to walk faster or be more aware of their surrounding is not going to happen (not for the faint-hearted or people who like crowded areas or tourist areas)
Sadly it felt like TK Maxx in a classy Street. Very disappointing
Here you can find all you need. Gucci, Louis vuitton Tod's and many others
My favourite store in central London, you can find litterally everything and everything's so classy!
Lovely place with the best coffee and great Service!!!
Raluca is amazing, always with a smile!
Very clean and tidy store.
All the usual products you would expect and meets standards of any other Selfridges store.
Worth a visit and will most likely have you need from a department store!
Poor and unfriendly service, indifferent staff,
Preponderance of design over ease of identification of products.
I buy all my clothes here, reliable and they have good stock,
The smell when you Enter is nice too
Not what it use to be.
But still a great place where everything comes together for you in one Large shopping Place.
Shocked at one worker on the first floor near the Toilets..
Very very very rude, Spanish Bloke.
Just shocking how he spoke to me and my friend, on different occasions.
Otherwise great staff and great service all around..
Big famous department store. Lovely experience. Great choice.
Plenty of premium brands, I loved the variety, the quality and the versatility of my choices, from regular products to exclusive items. Great customer service.
Selfridges is a Grade II listed retail premises on Oxford Street in London. It was designed by Daniel Burnham for Harry Gordon Selfridge, and opened in 1909. Still the headquarters of Selfridge & Co. department stores, with 540,000 square feet (50,000 m2) of selling space, the store is the second largest retail premises in the UK, half as big as the biggest department store in Europe, Harrods. It was named the world's best department store in 2010, and again in 2012.
In 1906, Harry Gordon Selfridge travelled to England on holiday with his wife, Rose. Unimpressed with the quality of existing British retailers, he noticed that the large stores in London had not adopted the latest selling ideas that were being used in the United States.
The building was designed by American architect Daniel Burnham, who was respected for his department store designs.
Great food section and the basement is full of little stores and the latest TV's and technology from USB keys to VR headsets to bullet proofing your Ferrari. Did not visit the other floors.
Not a bad word about this place. Such a great shopping experience here
Overpriced and full of the same items as other shops. Plus the member of working the lift to the restaurant was very rude to anyone not using the restaurant.
Lots of toys to choose from quick service too very happy
Very very busy!!!but really nice and pretty, also very expensive
I arrived at Kith Selfridges at 8:30 tonight and had gone there just for the Kith Treats. After standing in front of the counter for a minute or two I approached the two nearest sales representatives, who had previously chatted and ignored me. They told me that they were all out, although all topping containers were filled. I left for around 5 minutes before approaching another representative, having the feeling that the previous employees were not interested in having to clean machinery for the ice cream. He looked for the sales representative of Kith and told me that they must have gone home early, for which he had no explanation. He apologized to me sincerely and said that he d report it to the supervisor. I am very disappointed, having walked there for an hour, just to have such bad service.
Shame it was a bit of a stressful experience yesterday. Slow sale assistance and such a loud music!
Good shopping mall. Have most of the high end brands. Seems to be newly refurbished. Spacious if not during the high season with all the tourists.
It was ok not as good as previous years. Less Xmas theme.
Even it's expensive and full of people the staff was always very friendly and courteous.
Visited Grill My Cheese at the Selfridge's Foodhall, and it was delicious! We tried the rainbow grilled cheese (flavored with roasted beetroot and broccoli) and the Hot Cross Bun toastie, and both were amazing!
My favourite residence in London! Shopping and eating and even the cinema just live it
Big store as in London, nice to have a wander around
Too expensive. Won't see me back again as goods are not worth the price asked.
Great department store . . Needs a chocolate lounge . .
Overwhelming but very expensive gadgets. But cool to go through and check out.
The best department store, fantastic food offer as well.
