Great resort and accommodations while being relatively close to tourist locations.
Great resort and accommodations while being relatively close to tourist locations.
Quiet not so busy as a down town location. Small cottage setting. Good service and great Italian restaurant in resort.
Beautiful cottages and the resort had lots of amenities
More like a mobile home than a cottage. I would have never booked it in a million years if I had realized. It's also a good extra few miles off the main strip, which means definitely not in easy walking distance of restaurants.
The cottages and set up fantastically for a quick escape!
We enjoyed our stay at Sedona Pine Resorts. Plenty of fun activities for the family too enjoy after enjoying the sights around Sedona. Has a good sized pool that the whole family can enjoy.
The cottage was really nice. It had enough room for three people if you had an extra friend with you. The couch opened up and became a bed so it was nice to watch tv in the living room area. They include qite a bit of utensils to cook with. An array of glasses to you use coffee mugs, plates, coffee pot, etc very nicely stock. Shower was really clean no coplaint there. There was a fitness center a decent size pool and a spa. A little dog park forr your furry companion. The front desk was very polite answered our question we had. A lovely place.
Absolutely one of the best resorts, nice staff and beautiful scenery, great lodging
The units were nice, even they were single wide trailers, but modern. Had everything in it one needed to cook. TV was older, bad picture in bedroom, the living room TV was a bit larger and newer. No premium channels. But then it was more of nature hikes, a quiet place. Older people, saw no kids. They say no reception for AT&T....I am with another Major Carrier.... No cell reception either! (Phone worked on 1X and sometimes on 3G with 1 bar!) Out of commission here! They have Wi-Fi to log in... Everybody must be doing this, since it was so slow, crawling is a better word. The location is out of town, no red rocks here.
I went to a timeshare presentation there. Before going, they guaranteed me that they would use no high-pressure sales techniques and that the presentation would be no more than 90 minutes. They reneged on both of those guarantees. They purposely tried to trick me by conflating the idea of "vacation" with "resort destination" and insisted that by making a "real estate backed" investment, plus an annual maintenance fee, plus a reduced rate for lodging, I'd be saving money on my vacations. Frankly, too many logical fallacies to count. I had to say "no" to three or four people, finally giving the excuse that I wouldn't be able make the down payment today, at which point they threatened to raise the price of membership by $7000 tomorrow, and encouraged me to make a down payment on credit. That's not only irresponsible, it's downright predatory. Anyway, after two and a half hours of a supposedly 90 minute presentation, they finally gave me my "gift" and told me that I would not be coming back.
No phone service, but they do have feee Wi-Fi. The little cottage room is great and cozy for two people. The restaurant there has great food.
Quiet individual units. Staff is helpful, especially the concierge services. The pool is huge, three hot tubs-one very large adults only. There are free laundry facilities. There are evening entertainment opportunities. Mini golf is also available. The entire resort area is very clean and clearly well managed.
Love this place! This is thee perfect getaway from the buzyness of work and home.
Room was ok, not great. A lot of headaches with RCI and this resort had so many hidden fees. I won t ever go back. Much better options
It was a good room
.
Very clean, friendly staff. Would definitely come back.
The villas are great but do not allow for more than 4 visitors.
The cottages are trailers with stucco paint on the outside. It is in fact a trailer park. No views whatsoever. Trailers are situated very close to each other, the deck is within feet of your neighbors air conditioning unit. The restaurant s food was on par with a low end fast food chain. The manager, who we only spoke to for inquiring about check-in was horribly rude. The only positive thing we can possibly say is- it was clean. We had booked for a week- we left within 2-days, the soonest we could find an AirB&B in the area. Gladly sacrificed our Hilton Grand Vacation points to get out of this place. Much happier now. Never ever ever staying in an RCI property again. And This was your gold standard?!
Very quiet. Bedroom is very small. Hardly room to walk around the bed. Having a difficult time regulating the temperature control. Too hot or too cold. Sedona is a beautiful area!!!
Cottages have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Hike by day, swim by night! The Averill House Vineyard crew had easy access to the vineyards and a comfortable place to call home. Macala at the reception desk made our time here special. Balloons in the morning and clear sky at night with a unfettered view of the constellations.
If you re staying with three or more people don t come here or better yet just don t come. First, there was a bush in front of our unit covered in swarms of bees. The bed was barely big enough for two people. It looked like it was between the size of a twin and full. The bed was either described as a king or queen but it was ridiculously small for two people and the complete opposite of its description. Also it supposedly said online that the room had a sleeper sofa. There was no pull-out bed but a shay s lounge, which is not acceptable for someone to sleep or even big enough . The cushions on the sofa were also hard. The first thing we thought when we walked in was that it was a dump and that it felt like you were in a trailer. Everything was that small. It gets even better. There was no cable or a way to watch tv but a DVD player in which you had to rent a DVD at the front desk. Really? The WiFi was also very slow and it barely worked. Above the thermostat, it read Do not put A/C below 70 degrees or the unit will freeze up and the A/C will stop working. Even if you wanted to turn it down on a hot day you had no choice. They essentially described this resort to be luxurious and comfortable. It was about the opposite of that. This place is anything but a resort. Also the owners let their cats roam around the front office area displaying their food as well. Outside the reception area also smelled like marijuana. That added real class. Whatever you do just don t come here. After walking through for about 10 minutes we checked out. This place was just unacceptable. The woman at the front desk didn t even ask what was wrong. She just said okay I ll refund your credit card . At least we were able to get a refund.
Beautiful property out of the maddening crowd -- Great staff, Great Customer service!
Love this resort, love the Casitas. Well located in Sedona.
The resort is very nice and the small cabins very comfy and nice. Staff is helpful and the restaurant nearby is better than it has any right to be! Also nicely located near town and trails. Really the only downside is it's close to the interstate so you can hear traffic noise while walking about. Also be aware of a $10/nt amenity fee that is not advertised.
Great place, close enough to Sedona about 10 min. Nice pool, hot tubs, very nice cabins bit a little over priced if not a member. Plenty of shade, nice slots w/hook-ups for RVers
Great people, small units, but enough room for two comfortably. Close to all the area attractions. Restaurant with weekend entertainment on premises. Enjoyed our time here in Sedona.
Invited by a friend (he had a timeshare there) to stay here for a week. The phone in our unit never worked, the Wednesday cleaning never occurred, towel bar was falling off of the wall, furnace filter cover was broken and had to be propped up by a suitcase and the bed was only a short double bed.
Great friendly helpful staff, an array of amenities, cozy casas and quiet Sedona atmosphere. Loving it!
It felt like a trailer park. Bathroom needed maintenance, peeling paint, rusting drawer pulls , must I go on. Didn't spend too much time in the unit other than to sleep.
It is set amongst the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Individual casitas, man made streams run throughout the park, pools, hot tops, exercise room, activities, and a 5-star restaurant--Bell Vita
First time in Sedona. Decided to stay at this resort. After an 8 hour drive we finally got there. Headed into reception and the workers were talking to a friend of theirs. We were never greeted upon walking in and waited for atleast 5 mins before the friend noticed us and said she'd better go as we were waiting. When she left we walked up to the counter, still never greeted and waited. One of the workers didn't even acknowledge us, turned to his Co worker and asked if they could check us in and walked off.
This is a small resort where you stay in a "tiny home" trailer. They're cute and cozy. The resort workers go out of their way to assist you.
Most of the Linen was stained . The hot water ran out between three and four... The housekeeper couldn't speak English , and the rooms were only cleaned once a week. If you're looking for a low-budget resort, then you will love this place.....
It is a bunch of trailers. But they have good food
Nice little personal cabins. Clean and petite. Would stay there again!
Loved everything about it. Accommodations were excellent. Restaurant was outstanding.
I really enjoyed the mini golf, pool and spa, and the casitas. The rooms were nice and cozy and they allowed you to rent a movie for a night.
Nice and clean Resort nice pool out of Sedona, the two-bedroom units are detached
Too small, unit was not level. They are outdated park models. Window blinds are worn out.
Nice, clean one bedroom units. Pools not open yet, entertainment not available yet, but overall a nice place to rest your head.
One or two bedroom Casitas furnished ready to relax & enjoy. Sedona area.
The resort and restaurant (expensive) are nice. The rooms resemble a small cottage or mobile home. The kitchen is very narrow, two people cannot walk side by side in. Any more than 2 people would feel cramped in the place. The conserge was very pushy about trying to get us to go to their meeting to join their timeshare. So much so that they even called us the day after our arrival to see if we changed our minds.
Nieghbors have a rooster that will crow at 5 am dogs will bark after that. Its a shame, this place could be restful.
Convenient location a few minutes west of Sedona. Really close to Red Rock Park as well.
Pool, spa etc. closed. Only 4 allowed in the office, so lots of waiting. Condo comfy enough.
Beautiful and comfy and pristine. It was a great choice.
Great experience. The cottage was a good size. There was a lot offered on the property as well as through the property to do for all ages. The staff was kind, courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend and go back.
Comfortable lodge. Great location. Poor to non-existent internet connection at the lodge, and no coverage by AT&T on site.
Quiet and no high pressure time share sales pitch. They will try to sell you a time share but will take no for an answer.
Very relaxing atmosphere & breathtaking surroundings.Clean cottages & hot tub was very nice. Would definetely return there.
Poor CenturyLink, they're unable to provide good Internet here.
Awesome staff and a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place.
The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were clean and inviting. The stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The amenities were plentiful and there was a quick checkout upon leaving. Couldn't find a thing to complain about. Wonderful stay!
Awesome pkace to stay if you're in Sedona for a few days. Full kitchen, great location, friendly staff... Love it.
I would like to love these villas, however the sleeping here is a terrible experience. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and small, pillows are horrible make sure you bring one if you do stay here.
Had a wonderful trip here. The cottage was clean, had everything we needed. The attached restaurant was amazing!
Our stay here was phenomenal the staff here is very friendly & helpful I definitely would come back & stay again the cottages our beautiful & clean.... can't wait to come back
It's a timeshare with rude, high pressure sales people that get angry when you say no, we should have known better.....
Adorable cottages encompassed by the gorgeous red rock views. Man made streams all about grant you with the running water sound effects.
Very beautiful resort in Sedona. Unfortunately cell reception is atrocious on the grounds but they have WiFi covering the whole resort. The benefit of having a gas grill on your porch is really nice and allows you to enjoy the porch area especially in the evening. Would stay again!
Located in a relatively secluded area of Sedona (away from all the restaurants) your mobile data signal will most likely drop. They offer mini golf, a pool/hot tub, wifi access, and their rooms are amazing. I've seen apartments that weren't as high in quality as this place's rooms are. The particular room we stayed in had 1 bed, a pull out bed in the sofa, a TV in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen with a stove top and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kitchen sink and some plate and glassware. We only stayed one night and the hotel offers a restaurant on their grounds although it seems a bit pricey, most of the places along that stretch of road in Sedona were expensive to eat at. Overall it was a lovely location, very scenic and extremely comfortable.
The guy that helped us at Sedona, Job, was very rude. Went in for the jeep tours turns out it was time share. After finding out the truth, that we only wanted the jeep tour and no time share, he started accusing us of wasting his time. Will DEFINITELY NEVER BOOK if they have people like that working there
