Basic, trail park model style accommodations. They charge us $10 per day for "amenities". You can't even use your cell phone. No signal. No up to my standards.
Came here to celebrate my partner's and I's birthday. Some of the amenities were closed due to covid, but the spa, pool, and mini golfing were open. On top of that, the office staff made sure social distancing was in place and was safe in how they operated. We came in three hours before our reservation time and they were very accommodating and was able to get us checked-in. They have a cute little movie selection where you can rent out a movie and watch it on the DVD player in the cottage. Overall, the cottage was very clean and cute !! Some of the cottages have a running water feature by them which was lovely to go to sleep and wake up to. It is also a 15 minute drive to sedona , but regardless the views surrounding the cottages were amazing. My partner and I were satisfied with our four day stay and will definitely be coming back again.
The room were comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming
Sedona Pines uses deceptive, high pressure sales tactics to sell their timeshares. They will promise you the moon, only to cancel their obligations once they have your money. My wife and I were NOTgoing to purchase a timeshare until the salesperson, Larry Zenoff, agreed to accept a timeshare we owned in Bermuda as a trade-in and partial payment for one in their Highland Resorts. Four months later, we are notified that they are not going to accept the trade-in. Now, they won't return our $10K cash and won't communicate with us. Boycott this resort!!
Clean exterior and grounds. Insides quite dated. Laundry room is not locked, granddaughters things stolen right out of the dryer. While this is a known problem all around the resort, nothing has been done to put a lock on the facility.
A nice place one bedroom kitchen bathroom front room space enough to have three four days.
This was my forth stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant on the property is great,, the food is excellent. My previous visits were 4&5 this time we were assigned unit 106 which backs against a commercial parking lot. So much for Sedona views. 106 is an older unit showing wear and in need of TLC maintenance. Cracked and buckled flooring in kitchen, very dirty grout in the bathroom and interior door lock hardware with very loose screws. Finally, I had to reverse the telephone connections to make the instrument work. All in all not sure we will return.
We,ve been return guests for ten years. And sadly this may be our last visit. Ten years ago Sedona Pines was one of the top timeshares in America. Not so today. Too bad. So Sad. It's the little things like asking for another cheese grater twice. We finally used a vegetable paler instead. And the hot shot
This place was relaxing and amazing! Will return for our summer vacations for next year.
Had a really bad sales pitch from Sapphire Resorts here. I don't appreciate being told that I was wasting a salesman's time by saying that I wanted to think about the timeshare. I also don't appreciate being called stupid by the sales manager. It makes me never want to stay at Sedona Pines.
Affordable place to stay. 3 miles from Sedona. Pool was great way to unwind. Closes at 6pm though.
It's like a tiny home. Its cute.. would stay again. If u are looking to buy into sapphire resorts talk to Lesley. Shes is amazing and very honest and not pushy..
My wife and I while on our honeymoon came to visit this place. We had in our heads from the start to NOT buy a timeshare, we really just wanted the free gifts (big Duh). Our sales guy was actually pretty cool, no pressure and he even said 20 minutes into the presentation "If this is not for you then cool, If it is for you lets continue". we of course were interested, not because we already knew we were getting gifts but because the Staff was very nice, the Area is perfect and the resort itself is very well kept up. We ended up purchasing a timeshare which to be very honest if anyone was asking for my opinion on a timeshare I will be the first to admit I would talk you out of it. After carefully researching the timeshare program and the resort plus location and points it is actually very well worth it to get a timeshare here. The Maint. fees are what sold me, I use to own a timeshare from hell years ago and my Maint. fees were over $1200 a year this alone is what killed the timeshare experience for me years ago. At this resort the fee is so low that I got excited just over that alone. The amount of points you get each year are even better then my old timeshare and to top it all off My monthly payment is even lower than my old timeshare. I am not trying to oversell this place to you but all I can say is that something About Sedona is overall just a calming relaxing feeling all in itself. This resort Is worth every minute spent with Very high energy Staff and they show you they actually care about what you say.
This place has everything you could need. Year around pool, adult spa, basketball, mini golf, activities, a local italian restaurant. The rooms are individual cottages that remind me of tiny homes. It's perfect.
Top notch hospitality, very clean units and entire establishment! Was provided with everything extra, without charge, that we requested
This is a very nice resort just on the edge of Sedona. The small but well-designed and nicely-appointed units are clean and private, and the overall facility seems to be well run. Amenities include a workout room, table tennis, miniature golf, a pool, hot tube, and a playground. A tennis court would be w nice addition. The resort is a short drive to Sedona's main area of shops, galleries, and restaurants, as well as hiking trails, amazing views, and several excellent winerys near Cottonwood.
Great facilities mini golf and pool. Facilities were clean and staff was helpful
Nice quiet location south of town. Cute little cabins and a nice setting.
The cabins might be small for some people, but it was perfect for us. The view in sedona is very nice, and the cabins are close to a variety of things. It was only about 20 minutes from slide rock. They have a pool, laundry, and mini golf on site as well.
Really quiet clean well-run resort ... Don't miss the huge pool and jacuzzi!
We enjoyed our visit here. The customer service was very good and attentive when we had minor issues. They cleaned our unit nicely on Thursday.
We also enjoyed going to the welcome breakfast on Monday and taking the tour of the timeshare. We were impressed with their presentation.
We would certainly recommend a stay here.
The staff are friendly and accommodating, the grounds are beautiful, the pool was large and refreshing and the miniature golf is very playable. The units are single wide manufactured structures similar to a single wide mobile home. They were clean but small and narrow, the reason for four out of five. The Italian restaurant on site is very good.
Place is quaint. We traveled all the way from MN for new years just to find out the pool was closed early. Not a big deal, but still disappointing. WiFi is pretty bad also, we just used our own hotspot. Overall however we aren't here to sit on our devices right? Very clean casitas make you feel right at home.
We stay here at least once a year and have for the last 5 years. It is very private and quiet. My rooms have always been clean and i have never had a problem when I stay there. They have a lot of amenities on site that are kept up very well. I love the mini-golf, small basketball half-court, lots of outdoor bbqs to use for dinner, a great pool, DVD check outs
Nice place to stay. Cottages are well done premanufactured homes. I would stay here again.
This is a really nice resort. Much nicer than staying on a hotel.it is like staying in an apartment.
Sedona Pines Resort is a very nice place. Clean, all Covid protocols in place. The restaurant on site Bella Vista is good. A little overpriced for what you get, but acceptable as you are a ways away from the busy downtown of Sedona proper. You can go in and have your shopping and hiking fun then come back to your individual residence and your private connected deck. We split it up eating out some nights out and cooking on our personal charcoal grill just off the deck on others. I would recommend this place and stay there again.
Great accommodations! Perfect for couples. Close to everything the area has to offer.
Great place to bring the kids. Lots of activities to keep the days full of fun.
Do not do business with this company or RCI, they are a bunch of con artists and send things to collections without ever sending a bill, the resort is a joke, accommodations are awesome if you like a podunk little room with 4 seats at a bar and medocre food... we will be paying off this loan and selling never to do business again with them... no value in this place... run as fast as you can
Very nice place. Great friendly staff and close to every thing.
If you like quaint. This is it. If you have 3 people in one house. It's ok but not great. The houses are of poor building quality. I prefer hard wood to partical board. But that's just me. Other wise they take care of you really good. Good place to take the family. No doubt. Good get away
Very nice cute rooms, good area off Rte. 89A. Only wish our pool was not closed for our entire week on one day notice for construction. The new owners of the timeshare resort are a lge. corporation so they don't care if changes are inconvenient for owners snd guests. Otherwise I would give this a 4 star rating.
Very nice resort. Rooms were super clean, restaurant meals quite delicious although pretty expensive. Perfect home base for exploring Sedona area.
Great place to stay. Awesome location and the view from our cottage was awesome also. The reason for 4 stars is no king size bed.
This resort is very nice! I love the fact that each unit is free standing so you don't hear anyone else. The pool is nice and there are several spas. The laundry room is large and complimentary and there is a spa right outside the laundry.
Such a great getaway!! Love that Laguna!
On site Restaurant was excellent too
We got a one bedroom cottage. There is everything we need and the cottage is well maintained.
Real nice condo's,close to 89a but very quiet. Stayed a week loved it.
Great place to chill with the family. Really close to Sedona and away from the hustle.
Very pretty place to stay, pool And spa were wonderful. Sadly the power was out frequently during my stay. If this werent the case they have more stars.
Small but very nice place to stay. Clean but the charge for bathing soap
The people there are super sweet and very respectful.
We love it here and come once a year. Instead of a condo, you get a little cottage with your own little porch. There are water ponds everywhere with soothing sounds of flowing water. Theres a free laundry with a hot tub attached, a lagoon hot tub, huge and beautiful, and a huge family pool and hot tub. Mini golf and a great Italian restaurant are also here. Great customer service. 15 minutes from Sedona. Excellent location.
Loved Loved this peaceful clean place .Staff was wonderful very helpful Manager was hands in and greeted us and made sure we had what we wanted. We will come back again It was our Anniversary 33yrs
First time staying. We had (2) units for a total of 6 people. I have seen people complain about the size of the units (small) but honestly if you are living in the rooms while in Sedona you should think about vacationing elsewhere next time. We were gone from 7am until 7pm everyday so the units were for eating breakfast, dinner and sleeping. Units were well maintained and all of the staff we encountered were great. The ONLY complain I have is twofold, the pools were closed even though they were full and being maintained and the putt putt course wall full of rocks and should at least be blown off everyday to alleviate those issues. We will be back!!
Went for a 90 minute sales tour but they didn't even show us a unit.
Great staff, good location and wonderful condo style rooms.
Sedona Pines is a pretty nice resort. The rooms are individual units and are well stocked for your initial stay. They have many amenities and there's even a Whole Foods nearby where you can purchase items for your stay. Lastly there's an on-site Italian restaurant that's very good as well
Best holiday ever. It is a RESORT" RETURNING next August
Really great casitas! The "rooms" are all in separate buildings, so you don't share your walls with any neighbors. The resort has a mini golf course, swimming pool + hot tub, adult pool + hot tub, and laundry on site. They also have a small DVD and book collection which was nice on those rainy days. Each "room" had a living area, kitchen, dining table, bed and bathroom. It was great to buy groceries and just cook in the room to save the cost of going out. The location is a bit outside Sedona itself, so having a car is pretty important.
What a great get away! Sedona Pines Resort is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Don't miss the breakfast where you hear about the fun activities offered.
Nice family orientated resort. No complaints. Good facilities. Just a little far (approximately 5 miles) from town.
Nice place but unit is small a single wide trailer. Has $10 a day fee. For a 2 br it is2 single wides with a deck seperating them would not work if you have small children.
Great staff, very clean, well stocked, centrally located to all of Sedona ,very peaceful setting, very well kept up.
We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable tiny house accommodations. Very mature demographic.
Love the bungalows and the +1 set up. Wish there was full breakfast onsite and better wifi but otherwise no complaints. Helpful concierge and friendly staff. Great rates outside of points if this is your home timeshare. Close to Sedona main but apparently not close enough for delivery. Town and resort closes early so take note if arriving late and hungry.
Beautiful scenery and great accommodations. Highly recommended. We plan to return soon.
This is a nice resort. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are nice and equipped well. We enjoyed our stay here.
I love this place! Great location, very nice rooms, awesome pools, good service, and near a town!
I came here with my family for a five day stay. We have young children and this was the perfect place. Having your own stand alone suite with full kitchen was great. They also have a very fun mini-golf course, multiple pools, basketball, ping-pong and site wide Wi-Fi. The resort is only a few miles from downtown and amazing hiking. Overall was a great experience.
It's nice. The adult spa is closed when we were told it was open
Quiet, out of town enough to be extremely cozy. Beware of bad phone reception and wifi... all of the Sedona area has bad reception.
Very nice relaxing accommodations. Modest sized but nice Casitas.
An oasis in the desert with great views. The individual one bedroom cottages are well equipped for a great vacation year around.
Well maintained, pool, spas, and a laundry room.
There is an Italian restaurant on the property that serves some great food an drinks if you prefrt not to cook yourself.
I think by now you know I enjoy my stays at Sedona Pines Resort
Really enjoyed our time here. Nice 'rooms' , beautiful setting, gorgeous area. Sedona is amazing!!! We will come stay here again!!
The resort is beautiful and the rooms very cute but the internet services need some improvement. Understandably considering the area there is no cell service for Tmobile but the resort wifi needs improvement.
About as good as this kind of place gets. Tranquil, quiet, private. Amenities are excellent, including an impressive library of DVDs to borrow. Just outside city limits, so you'll need transportation to check out the rest of Sedona. Some of the accommodations are a bit run-down, but no matter... We'll still be back.
Cute cottages, good customer service. Would love to come back!
Cute "tiny homes" to stay in. Staff comes 2 x a week to clean. We traded our timeshare for this unit. We did not know about the extra $10+ per day charge. Not happy about that, but everything else was nice.
The rooms were great! It was like a tiny house where it was small but had everything we needed. They are also mostly individual units so they don't share walls. Wi-Fi reaches almost all over the place. They also have an adult only hot tub area which is great!
