Star management services an RV park next to me. ...

Star management services an RV park next to me. One of their trees crashed down on their chain link fence. 4 months ago. I share the fence and have been trying to get repairs made for the past 3 months. Inaction is not a strong enough word. I had to get estimates because they were too lazy. After they were submitted still nothing. I ve told them that this is hindering the sale of my house. No one answers calls. If I am lucky to talk to a person, they say they ll check on it and call me back. It never happens. This is such a simple fix(I ve done all the work), but I feel like I m dragging them through their own process.

Had some issues in the past and Katherine has always help us remedy all issues, concerns and questions. She has been a stellar park manger! I just felt it was necessary to give a complement to her. Too often we complain about things and are less likely to offer a complement. Recently, I had to work with Katherine on a few things and she s been great. She gets just as frustrated as we do when it take a bit to help us out. But she s on her game!!

This very biased and unprofessional company buys other contracts on properties not caring if its a mobile home park with people living on fixed incomes or whatever it would be..
This negitive rating is by me because of an issue of taking over a mobile home park. People been there a long time and call it home older people with health issues and people in their late 50's...now this heartless money driven company with no respect or caring for people here want to raise space rent $300 more a month and $400 a month on people on fullerton back side of property..how sad companies like this do to the working people and alot of the seniors that created orange county and was here to help it grow to be stabbed in the back by these selfish, money hungry, non caring enities. Feel free to comment on this companies financial behavior if you have any extra info as people need to see this..contact news or whoever in media you see fit..it needs to stop or be curbed. Look at negitive stars already it show their not changing..help fix the heartless don't sit back or you could become homeless...fight

My husband and I are residents at Rancho San Luis ...

My husband and I are residents at Rancho San Luis Rey Mobile Home Park, in Oceanside, CA.

We would like to compliment Sierrah Saldivar, a member of the Star Management office staff, and Jesse Espinosa, park manager, for outstanding customer service skills.

We wanted to have a storage shed installed on a cement pad in our back yard. Before the Covid-19 crisis that would have been a simple process, as we would have been able to go in to the office, submit paperwork, and check the status of the request. The Covid-19 lockdowns presented a new situation, requiring all contact to be by phone or email instead of in person.

Sierrah went out of her way to help us. With clear communication skills, in a friendly, helpful and positive way, she explained every step in the process. She followed up with phone calls and her actions helped the process to move forward.

We also appreciate the fast response and actions our park manager, Jesse Espinosa. He was quick in responding to our phone calls and emails, and we received the final approval for our projects in record time.

We appreciate the professional service we received from our Star management staff. Sierrah and Jesse did a great job!

The WORST Property Management company I have ever ...

The WORST Property Management company I have ever encountered! NO customer service. They'll promise one thing and then do the exact opposite! They DO NOT have the tenants in mind when making decisions, only $$$ MONEY $$$. They keep raising the rent and lowering the service. I'm SO disappointed. Had I known how horrible they were, I might not have purchased my home in a park they manage. My only hope is that we'll be taken over by a better group someday. Oh, and no one works there long enough to return any phone calls or emails.
