The resort is top notch. My wife and my self have been there 3 times. Food is really good they have a good selection at each of the restaurant. Drinks are very good also I was able to sample some drinks that I would otherwise would not be able to back home. The staff always goes over the top to make sure that are stay there is better than the last. I would definitely recommend this resort. There is always plenty to do day or night.

This resort is wonderful and a lot of that has to do with the staff! To start- the entertainment staff (Miguel, Charlie, Ivan, Alfonso, and Mariana) are all phenomenal! They made sure every single day was a blast. The pool side servers (specifically Tania, Angeles and America) were so good to us. We never had to wait for a drink! The resort is beautiful but I will say it could use a little updating. However for the price and the service I highly recommend it!

Secrets Silversands is an amazing resort with something for everyone. The service here is fantastic, the food is very good, and the rooms are nicely appointed.

The place is beautiful, drinks are good. Just not a younger, partying crown we were looking for. very laid back.

Beautiful resort and excellent food! Only downside to this resort is the beach.. lots of seaweed will not allow you to enjoy a nice swim..

This was a beautiful property with all inclusive service. The staff was second to none and we would go back here again and again!

We re wrapping up a great week at Silversands. The property is clean and well maintained. The food, from breakfast to dinner, was amazing. But the staff, hands down, were the best part of our trip. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated and how accommodating every member of the staff has been.

Although I can t remember everyone, some standouts were Paul at Oceano, Alex at the pool bar, Mar at World Cafe, and Pepe with VIP services. I m in awe of their kindness, their willingness to tolerate rowdy groups of tourists, and their ability to go above and beyond every moment of every day.

The staff at Silversands is the reason our vacation was perfection.

The only downside was the beach - not long enough for a walk and too weedy to swim. The beverage service is great, the food was good quality, staff great as well.

Our stay has been wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, food is delicious and service is fantastic. Truly a great vacation.

Excellent service and attention !!! Amanda Exceptional at the Bar Barracuda, Enya tireless receiving you from the breakfast in the world coffee and in the seaside meal. The star is Avelino's team: Osman, Rodrigo, Raul; Martin, etc with an incredible romantic dinner experience.

We stayed at Silversands for 7 days for our honeymoon!! The hotel is a bit dated but the honeymoon suite was large and the mini bar was very well stocked!! The service at the hotel was incredible, Gustavo, Mara, Philippe and Pepe took care of everything we needed, remembered names and provided prompt service. The hotel was near the airport which was nice!! The pools were all nice and you had plenty of options to go find a quiet spot!! The spa was amazing, we went three times!!! The Italian restaurant was our favorite and the food overall was very good!!!

We were there for vacation. The service was excellent. The room location was alright. I liked that we overlooked one of the smaller pools but we could smell the sewage in the room.

Service and exceptional attention. They have room service 24 hrs. 4 excellent restaurants for dinner. Pools in all the towers and a central with service and porters in the pool. What they lack is more or better entertainment especially at night. Another negative aspect is that when you arrive at the hotel, they want to sell you a shared time from another hotel chain, being quite insistent.

Fantastic customer service, nice grounds, good food and premium alcohol. Rooms offer excellent amenities and soft beds w great linens. The only negative is that the property is a bit tired - you can see the wear and tear.

Room did not match reservation that could have been a problem with the travel agent. They were doing as much as they could to accommodate us. Grounds are we'll keep and amenities are great.

The buffete food does not have much flavor but the a la carte restaurants are very good, they are 9 pools and that is the comfort that one has to go from one place to another and the service abamblr x part of all!

This resort has exceeded my expectations. There are several restaurants and the food is amazing. There are many pools and all different activities. The staff are willing to help do whatever it takes to make your vacation seamless and have been so friendly. The beach is so pretty, with fine white sand and the free water sports allowed us to take a guided sailboat out to the reef and swim in the crystal clear water.

This hotel was paradise We stayed in the premium adult section and it was worth every penny. The facilities are fantastic and the staff are second to none. 5*

The location, View, Wait staff, and food was great!! BUT the administration was very decietful and rude through a simple dispute!!!

the room i was in had not been used in a LOOONG time. so long the drains in the plumbing trap had dried out and it had bugs coming up from the shower/sink drains. they didnt believe me so I showed them pictures. they promised to refund me 200 of the 293 dollars.. they did do that but then a month later they re-billed my credit card!!!! now fighting it. they claim they have no records.. I paid with CC, my CC company went to bat for me... To top it off in order for me to get a refund in the first place they made me sign a paper that said I would not write a negative review on trip advisor!!!! no wonder they have so many good reviews, they try to force your hand in order to get a refund when a customer has a bad experience!!! Ive seen similar things like this on other forums/blogs about this resort... nice place but BE CAREFUL. there are many other places just as nice or better nearby!

Unbeatable personal attention, food a la carte without reservation, excellent drinks and very comfortable rooms. The best I've visited in the Riviera Maya.

Some of the food was not tasty. There were ants in my room. The bathroom had no vent. The pool was cold.

This is the first all inclusive resort that we have ever stayed at. We had a great time with the entertainment crew and hanging out at the bars. The staff were all very nice and the facility was clean and decent maintained.

Secret Silversands has been great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the location is beautiful. We're 1 day into our stay and so far, it's awesome!

The customer service at Secrets Silversands is amazing! Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help. We visited this place for our honeymoon and were blown away by the kindness shown to us. Food was really good, and drinks were great. There is so many different restaurants to choose from at this place (not including the 24 hour room service) Mexican, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, and of course fresh Seafood. The staff is honestly what made this place so great. The resort is Adults Only and I believe it attracts an older crowd as opposed to other resorts in the area BUT that didn't stop my wife and I from relaxing and having an amazing time. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to get away and relax.

Would've given 5 star if rooms were just a little more touched up. The bathrooms were great. Swimouts aren't really swimouts, so don't upgrade if you need to. Otherwise it's peaceful and entertainment is top rated. Something different everyday/night.

The outdoor hot tub was not working. The management knew about it over two weeks prior to our arrival and never fixed it.

Spent 10 days here... Was happy with the modesty and keep up in and around the resort!! Friendly staff... Great food!!

My company sends some of the employees on vacation every year to Mexico and we have jumped around the last few years looking for the right place. We stayed here last year and the resort was very nice, friendly service, good food, and the price was right. We are actually going here again this month. We liked enough to stay here again. You are greeted with a glass of champagne and a cool towel while they prepare your room. They supply top shelf liquor and great salt water pools. We have been to quite a few and it's hard to find one with quality food, but they have managed to do that as well. If your looking for a great place to go that is for adults only, this is it. The swim up rooms are a great touch as well. We will see you in 3 weeks. Thanks for great service!

Love vacationing at Secrets Resorts, the service is outstanding, lots of good restaurant varieties on site and top shelf liquor to make for a perfect all inclusive experience. Silversands has a cool modern feel, good pool, lots of activities to keep you occupied day and night.

Service is amazing here. Food is outstanding and it's just a lot of fun. Always something going on. Very clean and the workers work soon extremely hard to make it perfect. The staff is so very kind and extremely polite. Love it here. Been here two years in a row and planning on continuing our tradition.

If you're looking for amazing luxury, amenities, and relaxation this is the resort to go to! The staff are absolutely incredible and caring. Not just because they have to be, but because they are very genuine people all around. Multiple pools, spas, and the ocean for fun in the sun. Very well taken care of by all the staff. Food is incredible. I highly recommend finding Mariana if you're looking for a great party! Thank you to everyone at Silversands! We truly feel like royalty! I WILL be returning in the future!

Five fantastic days this resort was amazing,food was good pools we're great the entertainment was awesome but especially the staff was incredible from Monica and all the servers at the pool you couldn't get much better I know I am missing some of the staff but let's just say let me give a special shout out to our favorite entertainment director Anna she was fun and amazing and there were six of us and she remembered our name's everyday,so I highly recommend silversands you will not be disappointed,thank you all,the staff made my wife's birthday a blast. In particular I recommend. The Restaurant of Mediterranean cuisine RATATUILLE, Magnificent food Your young Chef, Ramiro an artist, The waiter Mario and Captain Daniel. Excellent
Do not stop visiting it

The staff are so gracious and absolutely spoil you. The restaurants are first class as are the rooms. You'll not want for anything at this resort, they cater to your every need. The Toczek families are definitely making this trip again. The activities and entertainment keep you from getting bored, there's something for everyone!

An absolutely stunning hotel. All staff go above & beyond to ensure your stay is fantastic. The Japanese restaurant Himitsu has to be experienced at least once during your stay. We could not fault this hotel.

Fabulous. Staff is outstanding...from the time you hit the front door. Friendly, attentive, helpful....it's as of they're on holiday too. You won't run out of pool...you can swim overlooking the ocean or party in the big pool. Food has been sensational.

Although resort looks nice, it was very low key, very few people there, not a happy Cancun atmosphere. Nice and friendly staff, food was ok, nothing you can call great , drinks - terrible, they only use mixes and bad alcohol , you can ask for double, triple and the only thing you taste is artificial color from mixes.Stick with beer if you go there. Clean room. Beach terrible, full of sargassum , smells like rotten fish. This problem has been happening for couple years now and no one tells you, because they don t want to loose customers. Very sad! Stayed 4 days there to be at the pool :(

This place is the best. The staff is very accommodating and extra friendly. We loved our stay here

Clean facilities throughout the resort; friendly and courteous staff; free app to call home with using in room wifi; hotel has in house tour agents to book excursions and transportation to local venues; there are shows, bands, games and all kinds of events planned each day and evening... you choose what you want to do (or not do!); 7 pools, 7 shops and 8 restaurants all ON SITE and each with it's own cuisine; you literally never have to go off the resort; 2 cons - 1) restaurants require long slacks (can't wear dress shorts) and 2)the store doesn't stock AA or AAA batteries . Overall.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this resort! Shout out to my wife for planning this trip for our 35 wedding anniversary and to Pat at All About Travel for recommending it

Beautiful place and they are very friendly in customer service.

We are very happy to have been guests at silversand. All very enjoyable people. The staff was most inviting and helpful. I spoke Spanish and English and my husband no Spanish and were all great in communication with him. Lewis at front desk was the Best welcome committee for us. To the day we left greated us to the goodbye. Excellent restaurant staff morning and day and dinner were excellent. Our room staff great service. Let's not forget pool staff and our server Katrina such a joy and happiness everyday. I wish I could remember everyone by name they need to be recongnized personally. Thank you and will be back.
