Second Nature Consulting, Singapore Review

I've booked an appointment at 3pm yesterday and was early. However, I wasn't allowed in as there were still customers in the store. Initially I thought what could it be that they were so strict? As I was sitting in the bench waiting for my turn, I saw all the customers from the earlier batch coming out of the store and the sales assistants started cleaning the counter surfaces, putting things in place so that it will be sanitised for the next batch of customers.

My initial impression of OSN being non-customer friendly/ troublesome was wrong. They are doing these extra steps to keep their customers and staff safe. As a local retailer, I think they may do it at the expense of potential sales but KUDOS to them for considering safety comes first, unlike most of the retailers whom welcome customers free and easy.

When it was my turn to enter the store, I was greeted by the warm and cheerful sales assistants and the smell of coffee. I love it! But the only qualm I had was that - I hope you guys makes clothes of bigger sizes! But well, that's my problem Will be back for the lemon butter loaf! :)

Affordable fashion with great designs. However i wish you improve on the quality of fabrics and hardwear(hooks). Bought a pair of pants and quality and workmanship is below what i am used to.

Very bad shopping experience. Email clearly stated no appointments needed for in store shopping but was greeted with a 1.5-2 hours queue. After waiting for 2 hours, the salesgirl said there are still 20 people in front of me. @OSN: Please do not under-commit the waiting time. At least a call to tell us we still need to wait for another 2 hours? I arrived at 1030 (shop opening time) and waited till 1pm but bought nothing back. Please improve your management and at least disclaim it on the website or instagram page that queues (lasting for hours) is required and not state no appointments needed and make your customers disappointed.

Bright and spacious shop with warm hues, very welcoming and calming shopping experience with items laid out in an orderly fashion. Prices ranges from $59-$89 thereabouts and the quality of the material speaks for itself! Sizes span from XS to XL.

They only sell current season items so it s always a new set to browse each time. Service staff is very polite and there s a cafe area for guys to grab a seat and $5 coffee while waiting for their beloved. Toilet available too.

Do remember to book a slot beforehand!

A clothing store that serves better coffee than many cafes. Good aroma. Good chocolaty/nutty balanced flavour from this double shot with caramel aftertaste. I m guessing that they are still using beans from local roaster Cata Coffee. Coffee is only for takeaway now.

Superb concept store for woman and child. A must see. Perfect place to eat handmade pastries and drink a coffee

Lovely Zen place with coffee offerings. if you are not shopping for clothes, you can check out their coffee..simple and minimalist interior, allowing their products to shine.

Really love their designs . Have been buying their dresses and they really amazing how nicely it fits my body type. Materials are good and relaly love the designs. Cant wait to own more of them.

I really like the aesthetic of this place. The shared coffee space / clothes concept is genius. Plenty of effort is put into decorating the place - even the plates at the coffee bar are carefully curated. It goes without saying that the clothes are gorgeous and everything fits together seamlessly. An ideal spot to spend a slow afternoon.

Initially thought that it was a clothing store only, but walked in to see that there was a coffee, cakes and seats area. Nice vibe and ambience.

Paying more than $100 for one piece of clothing, I expected higher quality materials and better workmanship. Also thought that my clothes would come looking brand new but unfortunately they came looking so wrinkled as though someone had sat on them before. My clothing items also had many loose threads on them which I had to pick out myself. Colour of clothes are also not true to colour compared to the pictures on the website. Apparels definitely look better in pictures.

A quiet, comfortable space tucked away from the business of HV. Lots of sunlight, plants and great coffee

Great local clothing line for the ladies and nice cafe space for husband and boyfriends to chill.

Never sat down at their cafe, but every time i visit, their clothes and the ambience of the shop were enough to make me feel as if I were out of the hustle and bustle of the city for a break!

Most negative experience had with this boutique, inflexible and unreasonable. Quality of the goods and services does not match their claims, overrated. You can choose to enjoy a cup of coffee after your payment, but be prepared to leave within 1min or take away it, if you spent 44mins to shop. Yep, 45mins and you are out. If not, their friendly stewards will take turns to come and greet you. Oh, please remember to book appointment, they will tell you SORRY you are not allowed in if you are a passer-by.

I still love visiting this place even though I don't really fit into the clothes, because they have really awesome coffee, cookies and cakes!!

Nice place to have a drink and a cookie or tart, even if not shopping for clothes.

There is a coffee bar tucked away in this beautiful store serving good coffee and delicious treats. Love love love the aesthetics and ambiance. Great place for catch-up with friends, or just some quiet me-time.
