Very bad shopping experience. Email clearly stated no appointments needed for in store shopping but was greeted with a 1.5-2 hours queue. After waiting for 2 hours, the salesgirl said there are still 20 people in front of me. @OSN: Please do not under-commit the waiting time. At least a call to tell us we still need to wait for another 2 hours? I arrived at 1030 (shop opening time) and waited till 1pm but bought nothing back. Please improve your management and at least disclaim it on the website or instagram page that queues (lasting for hours) is required and not state no appointments needed and make your customers disappointed.
