I've booked an appointment at 3pm yesterday and was early. However, I wasn't allowed in as there were still customers in the store. Initially I thought what could it be that they were so strict? As I was sitting in the bench waiting for my turn, I saw all the customers from the earlier batch coming out of the store and the sales assistants started cleaning the counter surfaces, putting things in place so that it will be sanitised for the next batch of customers.

My initial impression of OSN being non-customer friendly/ troublesome was wrong. They are doing these extra steps to keep their customers and staff safe. As a local retailer, I think they may do it at the expense of potential sales but KUDOS to them for considering safety comes first, unlike most of the retailers whom welcome customers free and easy.

When it was my turn to enter the store, I was greeted by the warm and cheerful sales assistants and the smell of coffee. I love it! But the only qualm I had was that - I hope you guys makes clothes of bigger sizes! But well, that's my problem Will be back for the lemon butter loaf! :)
