I had a massage by Katie E. It was, without a doubt, the best massage I ve ever experienced. The atmosphere was so relaxing and Katie was very intuitive about the areas I needed work on and the type of pressure I prefer. I will definitely be going back!

I had gel nail polish and a manicure done with Lauren. She was absolutely amazing! She was kind, thorough and gentle (I am picky because other places have hurt me in the past while doing manicures)
She also recommended I buy the Nova Lash Pillow. I have sleeping problems that make me sleep on my side/face and push my lashes down...with the lash pillow, I have a nice curve to place my cheek on, so I can sleep on my side and my lashes stay nice all night! They look amazing now, I barely have to use mascara to perk them up, and the bags under my eyes have vanished! I am so happy with my services from Bliss and I will be back again and again to have services done by Lauren!
Well named spa as the staff bring you to a state of "Bliss". From the fabulous relaxation massage with Derek to a perfect pedicure with Nicole every detail was exquisite! The receptionist welcomes you with a cup of tea as you wait in the beautifully appointed waiting area. The treatment rooms are immaculate, well-equipped, private and have fabulous ambiance including soft music, candles, and aromatherapy. The luxurious pedicure was done lying down on a comfortable massage bed and included wonderful paraffin foot wraps. The heavenly treatments were beyond compare to others I have experienced. Thank you for a "blissful" experience!

Absolutely the BEST pedicure I've ever had! I'm super paranoid about cleanliness when it come to pedicures and this place is so clean! The estheticians are so genuinely sweet, the rooms are private and relaxing, the products are high quality and the work done is perfect. I don't know if I'll go anywhere else for a pedi after this !
My massage therapist Katherine is amazing. Goes above and beyond and my hour treatment lasted 1.5 hours. Highly recommend!

Bliss is the best spa in town, hands down! Everyone there from the front desk staff to the RMTs and estheticians are so lovely and professional. They truly care about their clients and love what they do. I've had services with almost everyone there and I have always felt so pampered and relaxed. They have adapted so well to COVID times, which just goes to show how great the ownership is and how accommodating the staff is. Honestly, I could go on and on about how awesome everyone there is. If you are looking for any kind of spa services (or a gift for someone!) Bliss is the only place you need to go!

I get a gel manicure done by Kayla every couple of weeks at Bliss and she always does a great job! I've also had a massage, pedicure, and sauna. The spa is quiet, clean, and comfortable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top notch spa treatments :)

I went today to have a spray tan with Janice and I was very impressed. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive and overall my experience was great! I asked the girls about a few of their different products and they were knowledgable and helpful. Not only would I recommend this spa, I'll be going back!

I have had a great experience both times I have visited Bliss Boutique. I plan on booking in again soon. My last appointment was for a spray tan and they squeezed me in last minute. I was so happy with the results. My tan lasted weeks and faded very naturally.

I have been a customer of Bliss Spa since 2005, when they were located on Cordova Bay Road. The serenity and attention to detail is only surpassed by their attention to cleanliness. I have enjoyed most services, including spray tans and IPL and without exception the service, staff and atmosphere is top class.

Nicole and her staff are highly professional, caring, and exceptionally good at what they do. I have been coming to Bliss for 15 years and each time I visit I leave feeling pampered and extremely well taken care of. Nicole goes out of her way to accommodate my requests and I can't say enough about the high quality of service she provides. The spa is tasteful and relaxing and in a wonderful location in Cadboro Bay Village with lots of parking. I highly recommend Bliss.
First experience was great. I phoned to indicate I would be running late due to traffic, I was told it wouldn't be a problem and that they would make it work, I drove over 20mins and when I arrived I was told they couldn't take me even though they booked me 245-3, so they took the other client in early.
I have been visiting Bliss for more than 15 years. The staff are very friendly and the services are consistently great. The location is clean and their equipment sterilization is top notch which is very comforting to know.
