This was a fun trip. The boat was smaller and quieter than many of the other sunset cruises, which we really preferred. The staff we polite and helpful. Drink service and food was decent overall but very good for the price.
Really well organized. Had a great time with a load activities. Jet ski, paddle board, banana boat, para sailing, kayaking. All were available and we had a great time. Didn't have much of a view in snorkeling. But maybe it was my first time which was the reason. But nevertheless a worthy package and an excellent crew.
This place was absolutely outstanding if you are not sure which one to go to go to sabago.
Sebago is wonderful! We booked the ultimate day trip! The water sports were a blast and the crew was kind and hospitable! The service was remarkable! I highly recommend you spend your day with Sebago!
Rude staff!! Expect for Maya, Capitan and skinny tall guy(helps for snorkeling). Worst experience ever with rides besides snorkeling. Two guys who controls jet ski, Banana ride were mean, rude and has bad attitude towards Indian people. Didn t get to jet ski because you got to swim a distance to hop on which was tough cuz of the opposite currents. Overall not recommended.

First off.. this is the FIRST thing I tell people from out of town that they have to do when in Key West. There is nothing better than watching sunset while drinking the BEST sangria from the boat. It is truly a once in a life time experience that is so fun and unique. The crew is always in a good mood and are happy to assist in making sure guests have a great time. This is a MUST when in Key West!
Since we loved this sail so much, my husband and I wanted to share our favorite memory of Key West with 65 of our closest family and friends for our wedding rehearsal. Sebago hosted us during sunset and served drinks and appetizers for our two hour cruise. The food and drinks were both amazing and we have family and friends that still talk about the trip to this day. Courtney from Sales is AMAZING to work with & totally made everything so easy. She was so fun to chat and plan stuff with! We cannot thank Sebago, Courtney and the crew enough for this unforgettable memory!!

I did the champagne sunset cruise (beer & wine, no food), which was absolutely perfect for our needs. Very open design of catamaran, so 360 degree views. We loved the crew (Joe, Maya and Dom) and Joe was keen to sail so we actually went quite a way out which was super fun. He was a very skilled captain and the service from the crew was efficient and friendly.
There are fancier sunset cruises to do in Key West, and generally you get what you pay for. I particularly enjoyed this pure experience - the focus should be the surroundings anyway!! We missed out on the sun setting on the horizon due to cloud cover, but the great sailing conditions (and capitalization thereon) made up for that.
My only comment is that the requirement to turn up 30mins before the cruise may apply for some, but for timekeepers like us, this just led to standing in the check-in office for 15-20mins before we were let on the boat. That didn t ruin the experience, though. But something more to look at (maps, old photos, information boards??) would make this time more enjoyable for very minimal cost to the company. Just a suggestion !!

My daughter and I did the Power Adventure today and had a great time! The boat was clean, the crew was great, new jet ski is, great opportunity at this point. Definitely recommend for those who don't fear the water, don't know how to swim, or can't follow directions. One group didn't listen to jet ski directions and violated every rule of safety.

Did the all day trip with them, snorkeling, sailing, parasailing, jet skiing and other water fun. It was a great day, as relaxing or exiting as you want for the whole family. The food was good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and capable. I'd definately do it again if I ever make it back there.

Activities like Para Sailing , Snorkeling , Jet-ski, Banana boat rides , Kayaking were included. Snorkeling was the best activity and different experience for first timers like me. Staff gave proper guidance for non-swimmers like me. Had lots of fun on the deck after the activities. There was wine party and DJ too to dance. I couldn't take the Para sailing pictures as they were too expensive 150$ for a group.
I wish they reduce that price and also include pictures for other activities too.The start time of the apple cruise was 10 am and we came back around 4 pm , they gave us some forms to fill and a test(30 Questions with Instructions paper) to take , which was rather good way to create awareness and alert us to do Jet-ski activity. You have to pass the exam to go on jet-ski else you should re-write, LOL.
They give you valid hand bands in white color for initial entry and green one to indicate you passed the Jet-ski exam .
There are changing rooms nearby the dock .
Best Part is the staff were very helpful and I appreciate their team work.
Our family had a great sail on a beautiful tall ship, the Appledore 2. The boat, crew and adventurous sail were all fantastic. A must do!!

Amazing experience...We purchased the power adventure option which included breakfast, lunch, unlimited open bar or drinks, snorkeling, jet ski, banana boat, kayak, parasailing, paddle board, and a water trampoline. I have to highlight the great customer service we received from the moment we check in. Everyone we encounter from this company was great with an exceptional attitude. The food was top of the class Including a tasteful eggs pie, fruits and pound cakes. Lunch was off the hook with great seafood. I would definitely recommend this company. I can t way to come back to Key West to have fun with these guys again.
I would give more stars if I could. I'm not even off the boat yet and need to review because the trip and the staff are amazing. The crew we had is fun and funny. But the most important thing to me is that we have 2 little girls who have never snorkled before in open ocean. They were a little nervous going on but started to be ok. When Vaughn shouted to them that they were doing great it was on and those girls were snorkeling all over that reef. That they recieved encouragement meant the world to them and to me. We will definitely be back and will definitely be booking another snorkeling trip with Sebago.

All the guests seemed to really enjoy the cruise, the food, and the crew....exceeded our own expectations for sure.

Our third trip was as enjoyable as the previous ones....these folks do a wonderful job.
Did an afternoon snorkel tour today (06.04.2019). Very professional and pleasant crew. Free water, soda drinks, beer. The snorkling was dissapointing. The reef semeed dead . You will see a coaple of small fishes as best. The visibility is poor. The only good thing was seeing a stingray and that is it. We did the same tour last year with the same company and the reef was full of life. In conclusion it was a waste of time and money.

We took a large group on the power adventure tour and it was awesome. I get motion sickness and got sick, but they were nice about it and I didn't miss out on that much of the fun. The snorkeling was great and the parasailing was awesome. We also got to kayak over a shipwreck, jet ski, try out paddle boarding, and hang out on the boat. Highly recommend!
We did a full packed: snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, and we loved the experience! Also, they served tasty breakfast, lunch and some bites in the afternoon before returning to the marina (and nice drinks ). The kind and professional crew & staff made us extremely happy! We recently took a sunset cruise on the Marquesa catamaran. The process was very streamlined and organized. The staff was extremely helpful directing us where to sign waivers and where to wait to board the boat. We paid for the happy hour cruise (drinks only). The crew were very friendly and came around a few times to refill our drinks. The music was a great addition - lots of Jimmy Buffet and Bob Marley - and the atmosphere was very laid back. Two hours was a perfect amount of time to watch the entire sunset. We have no regrets. Thank you to the crew for a safe cruise!
We did the 6 hour long Island Ting excursion. It was worth every penny and would do it again in a heart beat. Cody, Chris and James were great - we would come back for their hospitality alone!
My name is Amber, my girlfriends and I had visited Key West and last minute decided to check out the all day excursion. We had looked online and it was all booked, so we decided to call and double check. They ended up having a spot for three available on Sunday. The trip began with a forty five minute boat ride to the reef on the gulf. The water was aqua blue and stunning and the ride was smooth and absolutely beautiful. We were able to jet ski, snorkel, paddle board, ride on the banana boat and just swim in the water at our leisure. We were offered unlimited draft beer and lunch which was really great. One of the mates Rory did such an awesome job cooking, he made a bangin pasta salad and homemade cookies which my friends said were great. Captain Morgan was really professional and very laid back. You could tell she was passionate about her work. Lastly, our other mate Vaughn was unbelievable personable and friendly and just made all of feel so comfortable. He was so sweet with his southern flare and made all of us super at ease and excited to do all the activities. All in all it was an experience I won t forget and my best memory from Key West. I cannot wait to come back next year and hopefully the same crew is there because it was amazing. Shout out to Vaughn, Rory, Captain Morgan and everybody else that day I won t forget Sebago!

Amazing experience! my girlfriend and I had a great time during the all day excursion which included snorkeling, para-sailing, jet skiing and other water sports. Chico, Beth and Neil were a great crew, very professional and friendly.
We had the best time on the power adventure. We did some snorkeling on the reef to start and then headed to the adventure area filled with jet ski's, paddle boards, kayaks, water trampoline and parasailing boats. Parasailing was a huge hit and my family was able to do all the activities they wanted and enjoy them as much as they wanted. This leads to the next part of my review. The Captain and Crew were amazing. Unfortunately, you won't be able to enjoy Captain Lanier because we were his last trip. Someone at Sebago should really be kicking themselves in the tail over not retaining him. Friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly professional and just a fantastic Captain. As a 20 plus year HR professional, I was shocked to find out that Sebago was letting such an incredible asset slip away. Anyway, the whole crew was stellar. Nick and Matt on the parasailing boat were awesome as were both Cody and Dom. Last but not least, Emily was the bomb! She kept the food coming starting with a nice breakfast spread of quiche, muffins and fresh fruit, a lunch filled with all the fixings for a great sub sandwich, macaroni salad, chicken salad, fried chicken and really delicious peel and eat shrimp. We were pleasantly surprised to find ice cold watermelon slices when we came back from parasailing and we ended they day with a pretty delicious chocolate chip cookie served warm and gooey! There is nothing I would change about this trip and the whole family (12-47) agreed that this was the best event of the week.

Called them totally on the fly and ended up going out on one of the best cruise experiences we had in Key West-saw a very impressive section of Reef- I really appreciate the fact that in spite of climate change being an ever present factor on our planet that the crew was doing the best they could to help people to understand taking care of the coral and especially not touching it or harming it in anyway

Great staff - all very friendly and helpful. Quick to give great info on the area. We weren't able to see much snorkeling at the reef due to the cloudy conditions after Hurricane Irma and with some impact from Tropical Storm Nate, but that's out of their control. We had a great time swimming around and my son loved jumping off the boat into the ocean. Saw a bunch of dolphins close up on the way back in to shore, so that made up for the lack of viability at the reef. Would definitely book another excursion with them on a return trip to Key West.

I can t recommend Sebago enough! I honestly chose them over other tour companies because the lunch sounded better but the experience they provide is incredible. Not only was the lunch delicious but from start to finish they were friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining, and made it their mission to make sure we all had fun.
As far as the advantages of Sebago over other companies... smaller group sizes, better pricing, less touristy feeling, and so much less cookie cutter. 100% recommend!
On our first night in Key West, we were walking along the waterfront and noticed people boarding a Sebago catamaran. We asked a crewmember about the cruise and were told this was a sunset cruise. We promptly signed up and were totally satisfied with the cruise. The catamaran started from the Key West seaport area on engines then later switched to sails. The 2-hour cruise sailed along the seaport area past Mallory Square and Ft. Taylor. Turning around it passed close to Sunset Key and back towards the Key West Seaport. You can enjoy the sunset from open water out near Sunset Key (if clouds and weather permits). The complimentary drinks and snacks were served soon after leaving the dock. We enjoyed both. We can't say enough about the friendly and courteous crew. Nate, Tim, and Jonathan made everyone on board feel welcome and were always available if we had a question or needed help.
Sebago's sunset cruise is on our list when we return to Key West.

Displeased by the mechanical staff. We went there because of the reviews but we were wrong. Expected them to be hospitable. The girl named Gabbie was apparently nice but did not care when asked thrice about fins of our size. Ultimately a guy gave us the requisite sizes.
Did the six hour power adventure amazing value! PWCs, parasailing, banana boat rides ,water trampoline, kayaking, light breakfast, serious lunch, and drinks for 150-170pp! Usually a third of any of these would cost that..... crew on all activities were awesome! If you have an available day in KEY WEST, spend it on this adventure! Thank you SEBAGO!

We did the champagne sunset cruise, it was great fun, we didn't get a good sunset but in the end we didn't care, we had a fun time and a great sailing and would be back again (actually we booked their power adventure tour and constantly checking weather to see if things will improve as it looks it will probably be cancelled)

We had our first parasail in keywest and it was wonderful! The crew members were so nice and patient. The flying was little bit scary at first but later amazing and relaxing. We love that experience so much!
Have used these folks for years when traveling . Had to return home early and tried to cancel 24 hours in advance. Used my travel agent as well and they declined the refund. It ended up pouring that evening, so I am not even sure if it went out. I will NEVER use them again. They were Rude and Dismissive over the request, shame on them during a time when they really need the customers in Key West. NEVER AGAIN

Whew.....where do I start. This place set us on an amazing life time journey. We started out the week at the other places tours but they were PACKED on them and it was ok but just too many people for us. They were cool but we ended the week with Sebago because of the reviews on Tripadvisor. So we did the Bugeye Backcountry eco tour. Our Captain who was an awesome young lady. I believe her name was Katie and the mates where John and Chris. We went out on the Appledore star. We had only a few people on this trip it was so much more personable. The day before trip with the other company and it had 70 PEOPLE.......we had 6 on the Appledore so can you imagine the difference. We kayaked around the whole mangrove. One thing to remember with 70 people you get 1/3 the time doing things because it takes to much time to get them all ready. So we had triple the amount of time on the reef and on the kayaks. The food was great and the crew was awesome. but I will let the pics tell you what kind of time we had. Also since there were only a few of us we tipped like a BOSS. Cant forget the crew they made the adventure everything it was. Cant put a price on John the young guy will be going places helped out so much future Captain obviously. Chris was awesome also but it appeared on this trip it was John's turn to do stuff so cant take anything away from her.
Great sunset sail. There are multiple boats to see the sunset. We have done the schooners, the smaller catamaran holds 36, has great snacks and alcohol. By far a better experience The crew on 4/27 was spectacular. Thank you

We did the evening cruise. It's ok. Even though they raise a sail it really isn't used as a motor is used all the time. Free wine, soda and such during the whole cruise. Nice but once is enough. So for a short reasonable cruise it's ok. $39.00

Starting from customer service, the many activities, the boat ride alone was Amazing!! We had family of 5 , kids ages 8,9,10, 44,49 ! After the hard rain,We all enjoyed ourselves out on the water.
1st timers for the parasailing and the two guys Cody and the one taking photos were so easy going and on point about the fun experience we are going to have.
Every crew member we came in contact with are helpful and easy going never rude or disrespectful in teaching us the how to's of working equipment etc.
We are definitely returning in Hope's of bringing our big familia to experience next summer!
