Sebago Water Sports Review

Second time out with Sebago, we chose the all day tour last year and opted for the sunset sail this time. Super friendly staff and great drink selection, if you dont enjoy yourself on ANY of their trips then KW is not for you, we have a blast everytime and feel like they go out of their way to make each guest feel well taken care of.

We went on the Bugeye Backcountry Sailboat Eco Tour. While the sailboat was fun, and the captain and crew were great, the snorkeling and kayak were a 1 out of 10. If you are looking to have a fun time drinking on a sailboat, go for this one. If you were looking for awesome snorkeling and kayaking, look elsewhere.

Worth every cent. But make sure you know how to swim. They have all the water sports you can think of. Food is included in the price and served on board, and it's great!

Perfect. We went out on the Bugeye Backcountry tour which included reef snorkeling and kayaking through mangroves at Man Key. John, James and Preston were great guides. I would definitely recommend this for anyone spending time in the Keys.

Sebago Watersports, particularly the parasailing, is awesome! Excellent prices, fun props and really awesome guides! I can't remember the name of man pictured (with scissors) but he was so nice! I was kind of tweaking out about the heights and possible fall from the sky and he was very reassuring. After a little boat ride (we got to see a huge Disney cruise ship), we went up for about 10 minutes. It was gorgeous! It's strange how quiet it is up so high! The ride was very smooth and after about 8 minutes they drop you down a little so you touch the water. We went back up for a few more minutes then they reeled us in. The landing was VERY smooth, it's barely a bump on the behind. We bought the SD card with our pictures and left a tip. Overall, A+!

We had a great time on the Power Adventure Tour! The trip was really well organized so that you had time to do ALL THE THINGS! The crew was amazing--fun, knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend Sebago Watersports. It was a fabulous experience and totally worth the cost.

Parasailing experience!
The guides were funny accomodating and sexy (LADIES). Music was fun and entertaining. The experience itself was relaxing and I felt safe. The pictures needed a few different zooms (try with the sail next time!). I would 100% recommend this group for parasailing.

7 of us did the half day morning snorkel trip. Crew and boat were great. Would definitely use them again.

A most do, while in Key West. Our crew ( Lanier, Beth, Jared, & Sam) were such a pleasure to be with!! They made sure we had a good time but safety came first! The food was very good and plenty of it! The only reason we gave it a 4 star was because mother nature caused us to have to cut short and not be able to do all that we wanted and the Parasailing crew had a mishap with the sail and we did not get to ride as long. When we come back to Key West we will do this again!

The BEST bang for your buck. My guests and I have enjoyed ourselves each trip. Highly recommended!

Had a great time doing Jetski, Snorkelling and Parasailing with Sebago ... helpful and friendly staff and good food made the day more memorable .

The water sports were great. We took the all day adventures, and it was so much fun. It included snorkeling ( if you are not a good swimmer, it won't be that much fun). Also the parasailing and jet ski was fun. Overall it they delivered on what they promised.

The Power Adventure tour was the highlight of our trip last week. Our group was split into two so our cataraman wad not packed. Captain Neil, Beth & Chico were so awesome. They were very knowledgeable , prepared and courteous! They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure to keep us safe. The guys that took us parasailing were super fun too!! I didn't really enjoy the quishe breakfast. Honestly, I was expecting something better especially for the price we paid. The turkey sandwiches were good but the chicken was not crispy or tasty. The six hours seemed to slip by but it was a memorable day! P.S. For your safety & everyone elses, you are not allowed to drink alcohol until you've ridden the jet skies!

Sebago and it s crew are the best in the business. We use them every time we are in the keys from snorkeling to parasailing to sunset cruises. Awesome team!

I tried to help Nick (Jet ski person). I told him that I can be the translator between him and the person from our group (who don t speak English at all). He told me you can translate shit .
Yes, the person from our group was acting dangerous on the Jet Ski. But I m not responsible for this person, and I don t think this is the right way of speaking.
Before I used to take trip with Fury (4 times). And I can say that Fury much better (bigger yachts, more professional staff, better food, better WC, etc).

My boyfriend and I went on the champagne sunset cruise, we absolutely loved it! There was unlimited sangaria, margarita, beer, wine and champagne- the crew on board had great entergy and enthusiasm! The sunset was stunning, we couldn t ask for a better evening on the water! We will be doing this again, for sure!

Fun affordable snorkeling trip, the staff was friendly. They could have done more to inform us about what we might run into in the water or what we should do if we see larger/dangerous fish. But they do a great job explaining how to use the equipment and where to go to see the best of the coral reef.

Great Great GREAT experience on this sail. Our Captain, Joe navigated is through Key West as we enjoyed a sunset sail. Nick and Anders were our bartenders and did an amazing job. I definitely recommend sailing with this crew/company for a wonderful experience.

We just finished our day trip with Sebago. The crew, boats, and activities were all absolutely top-notch. I can t believe the low reviews based off people that can t swim. You don t have to be an Olympic swimmer, but geesh not being able to swim 25 feet to a jet ski is an obvious sign that you will drown if you fall off. Get over it! The food was also excellent. We will be booking with them again next year!

Beware of the trip may be canceled statement. An hour and a half prior to tour it was canceled, which left us no time to make other choices due to everything booked. We were offered another lesser quality more packed boat ride, which is not what we planned. Make plans but have a backup due to instability.

I went on the Sebago Flyer on 8-4-2015 with my girlfriend and her two boys. We went on the 6 hour water adventure and the captain and the crew were very friendly. The only thing the 4 of us wished that the parasailing was longer ride. We will definitely recommend and do the trip again.

Great staff in all the areas. Ticketing, crew, auxiliary personnel all work hard to make you happy. The dock for the jet skis was in poor condition. The food is lacking with some items which appeared undercooked. Most packages worth the money.

Our families' first time parasailing was a fun and great experience. We would highly recommend using Sebago Watersports. Our crew was Fabio and Dante". They seemed highly skilled and a lot of fun to deal with.

Did the islinad tour with nick and james. Nick was an awesome tour guide for kayaks and super helpful on the boat.

My family of four did the "All Day Watersports", including a two hour round trip cruise to a large reef area for snorkeling, breakfast, lunch, jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, water toys, and drinks! The food was the best I've ever had for this type of booking. Everyone was friendly and worked to make our time enjoyable. What a great value!

Loved the cruise ride.. can make it better by adding live music or band.

Excellent service and ppl r really good... worth every penny u spent... our kids enjoyed a lot.... only problem is we wer ready to pay 60$ for pics in sd card, but unfortunately none of the pics wer good... I can understand that our face can t be seen in far away pics, but the ones taken while we wer starting was like taken by 5 year old.. but other than that is is ex ordinary.

In October we had the complete program with jet ski, banana boat, parasailing, snorkeling and water trampoline. There was breakfast, a snack and lunch, and after you were tired of water sports you could enjoy delicious beer. The food and drinks were great! Our highlight was definitely jet skiing and parasailing, they took really cool photos!

Sunset cruise was a great experience. They have very friendly and helpful staff. Snacks were great. Live music aaa wonderful.

I'm a Florida Resident and absolutely love it! I've been on the Power adventure 5 times and always have a really great experience. Staff is helpful, food is good I would just recommend to check the weather prior to booking. Bring aloe/sunscreen. Ask about the Sangria! I'm actually going this weekend!

This was a good experience, even though I did not get much time to spend on the Jet Ski. Also, snorkeling was a disappointment since there were no coral/fishes where we went and the visibility was not too great. I guess this is the reason why most of them do water sports at Key Largo. The food, however, tasted great (or maybe because we were hungry)

Had a great time snorkeling with these guys (and girl), really helpful, friendly crew! Nice boat ride out to the snorkeling area (about an hour), got to swim around for an hour and check out all the cool underwater life. and then the boat heads back while you relax and have a few drinks! Really fun way to spend the day or a few hours in Key West, highly recommend doing this adventure if you can find the time.

Captain Sweeney, Zach, and Bret provided us with a great snorkeling trip and sunset cruise on board Sebago "Cubed".

The booking process was easy and when we arrived we checked in quickly. When it was time to leave, we were escorted on board a beautiful catamaran. The crew provided us with our equipment and gave us instructions on how to enjoy our trip safely.

The reef we snorkeled was wonderful. The great conditions provided us the opportunity to see plenty of sea life.

Once back on board for our sunset cruise, we sat comfortably with some drinks enjoying the ride.

The crew made this a great trip. There were several passengers who completely disregarded every single rule we were given while on board, however the crew remained professional in addressing those passengers. Also, make sure you bring ID because you will be carded if you want a drink.

So awesome! Our group of 8 did the water sports package, which I can t recommend enough! Their breakfast and lunch were surprisingly good. The first stop was snorkeling at a great coral reef, then we went to the water sports barge where the whole catamaran was split up into four groups for parasailing. Then free rein for jet skis, kayaking, banana boat, hanging out in the sun, water trampoline, paddle boarding. The whole crew kept us safe and happy and were so willing to help with anything we needed. They were even kind and helpful to the morons we ended up with on this boat. Choose sebago!

We went for the sunset sail, Captains choice. Its ten bucks more than the other cruise, but only 20 passengers. Worth every penny. You have plenty of room, the beer is higher quality, as are the wines. Also, the mate (Rory) passes out plenty of apps. (Save room for the pretzel buns mini sliders...awesome) The captain was a good guy with plenty of local knowledge to answer any questions you might have.
As we sailed around watching the sunset, I knew I had made the right choice with Sebago.

We was with this company for 6 hours. Plenty to do on the water. Our hosts were awesome each one.

Super Tour - Island Ting - with small groups. Relaxed snorkeling in the reef and kayaking through the mangroves. Breakfast is typical snacks, launch is great food (pasta salad, tuna salad, fresh shrimp, chicken wings, bread, salad - sufficient and something for everyone). Great crew (flyer) helpful and good instructions. Drinks included (water, juices, lemonades, and several types of beer and cocktails as much as you like) - great trip, can only be recommended!

I did the morning reef snorkeling, and loved it so much I came back for the Island 'Ting all-day excursion (the return customer discount was an added incentive). The crew are some of the nicest people you will meet. The experiences themselves are great. If you're looking for excursions in Key West, I highly recommend Sebago.

Our hotel booked us the Lands End sunset sail. I told them I wanted something more romantic and less of a party boat. Well, I think with an open bar and Key West you're going to get a party boat no matter what. There were quite a few very drunk people on board I got food and drinks spilled on me. The catamaran fit everybody just fine and the views were amazing. I would say it was definitely worth doing one time but I can't see doing this again in the future. I did finally get the shrimp out of my hair though so that's a plus.

Worst experience ,staff was very rude and racist.
If you know swiming then only go for it otherwise its wastage of money.

These guys didn't take any responsiblity during water sports activity .

They also told me that we can not come to save you during emergency.

I m not one to give reviews, but we had such an amazing tie would feel bad not too! We had an all day trip with snorkeling and kayaking on the Pelican with Matt. The trip was amazing and the food was great also. It was a great adventure along with meeting new people and great conversation while we were moving. Would definitely come back!

The ALL DAY all day tour is amazing.
The best thing I did in a long time.
Includes all snorkeling, jet ski, parasailing, banana, kayak, etc. We could also see dolphins.
And the attention of Beth, Michael and Morgan spectacular.

Best sunset cruise with a Great selection of food & drinks! Not overbooked! Worth the Adventure & price!

We did the Catamaran Sunset Sekt tour. The drive was 2 hours and we had a great view of Key West and the sunset. All non-alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine, sparkling wine and sangria are included in the price. It is very pleasant that the boat is not crammed up to the roof with people, which we have seen with many other providers. We were a small group of about 20 people. The guides were very nice and funny. All in all a great experience!

The experience was excellent. James, John, etc. are very professional, especially attentive to my wife who got sick. The package that sells is a complete and accessible one includes: kayak, snorkel, parasailing, banana boat, jet skit, breakfast, lunch and drinks for those who like. I recommend Sebago Waterports company Key West and James's team.

One of the best experiences. It was the highlight of our trip. Ever since my husband and I came back, we have been raving about these guys. We have suggested numerous friends and family to book them for water activities. The crew is very friendly, helpful and they make you laugh. Food was amazing and activities were fun. For 6 hours they kept us quite busy with a few minutes to relax as well. They offer snorkeling, Parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat ride (sounds funny but it was really good), kayaking and trampoline to have fun in the middle of the ocean.
We saw coral reef as well as fish in the beautiful blue ocean. Captain Jack and his crew deserve nothing less than 5 stars.

Great experience and a super value for the money. Boat was not crowded at all. Food was fantastic. The staff cares about their guests and really loves their job. Snorkeling was beautiful, but being your own gear. The parasail guys were awesome. Somewhat contained area to jet ski in but that's probably for the best. There was plenty of time to take advantage of all the activities and it was all done safely. Doing the waivers and everything online before hand turned what would have been a 15 minute check in down to 60 seconds. Arrive well ahead of time because many people do all the waivers and things on site and hold up the check in line.

My husband paid for my son and his girlfriend to do the parasailing yesterday. He paid $135, we dropped them off and we walked over to restraunt to eat.
The boat pulled out at 4:05 and they were back and in the restraunt with us at 4:35. I think people should be aware that the ride was was at most 10 minutes.

They said they enjoyed doing it but was not worth the money. Plus there was another couple with them on the boat.

I was extremely upset when I booked this I thought that you could lay out on the next while watching the sunset. We ve already been on one sunset cruise so this is the specific reason we booked this. When we got on the boat the nets were covered with kayaks and paddle boards from Day use only. We were told that it wasn t Coast Guard approved yet we saw another boat doing the same thing passing us bye. I feel like I was slighted because this company was lazy and didn t want to remove the items from the day trip. On top of that the drinks were OK, the music was boring, and overall I wanted to swim back to shore out of pure boredom. I wrote the company and they have yet to respond two days later.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with our parasailing trip. The staff was very nice but from when we left the dock to going up in the air to back to dock was about 25 minutes, maybe even a little less. When we signed up for the excursion, it was said to be a 90 minute trip. Being the only ones to sign up for that time frame, we thought maybe they would give us a little more of their time then just a 5-7 minutes up in the air. Wouldn t come back not worth the money or the 25 minutes of our time.

We did the power adventure. The trip was fun, awesome crew and the food was very good.

We booked the Cube Catamaran Sail sunset cruise. Capt. & crew were awesome, drinks were unlimited as long as you behaved. The horsdevoures were surprisingly delicious and well-thought-out. A limited passenger sunset cruise that is well worth the money!

Did sunset Cruise on Appledore II. Best time spent in key West. Captain and crew we're amazing. Drinks were great and included. So was food which was surprisingly good. Really! Lots of fun and rather romantic. Just do it.

Jim (capt), and mates Megan, and Beth provided a great experience. Great service with a smile from three very friendly individuals. The reef we saw (Dry Rocks) was very nice (they threw some bread in, so even the non-snorklers got to see a little action), and we had a great time anchored off of Key West. Nick is a little on the surly side, but he is responsible for keeping the idiots on jet skis safe, so... Jim WILL try his hardest to throw you off of the banana, so hold on! We went in October during low season, so we had a relatively small number of passengers, which was nice. Snorkel, jet ski, and beer (in that order) - what's not to like? I'll go back!

We went on 2 snorkeling trips during our trip to Key West. One with Sebago and one with a competitor. There was no competition, Sebago was the best. Very professional and safe. I never thought safety would be an issue until I went on a snorkeling trip with the other company and trust me when I say that not all of the companies practice safety protocol. If youre looking for a fun and safe excursion while visiting Key West go with Sebago, you won't regret it.

AMAZING TRIP! the crew was incredible, so friendly. we had my 9 month old daughter with us and they were so friendly and helpful, and all even remembered her name! saw some dolphins on our trip as well. would definitely recommend

Went on a snorkel/kayak trip and it was great. Food was good. Good selection of beer & wine, and best of all, the crew was outstanding! Would definitely recommend Sebago.

Did the all day catamaran tour with jet skis, parasailing, banana boat and snorkeling with a great crew. Was tons of fun and food and drinks were provided all day. Highly recommended. Crew was James, Dylan and Nick. I d recommend them and will definitely do this next time I m back.

We booked a sunset cruise with a party member in a wheelchair. They accommodated our party graciously and professionally. Worth every penny we spent. Will book again.

SO SO GOOD! Nico and Sarah were so kind and took time to get to know my mom and I. They served us with each spare moment they had and knew everyone's names.The boat was awesome, and the food was wonderful! (Which on boats like these this isn't always the case) The captain knew the best places to go for snorkeling, and was enjoyable to listen to! The crew actually had fun with us and were great people! (We've been on boats with lots of customers and the crew didn't know us at all) Loved it so much! We will use them again when in Key West!

Decided last minute to go with Sebago instead of another company and boy are we glad we did! Sarah, Joe, and Sweeney were fantastic! Breakfast, Lunch, and snacks were all homemade. They guys on the Parasailing boat were also a lot of fun. And everyone on the Barge were also fantastic! Everything was very affordable, had plenty of time to explore, jet ski, use the banana boat, snorkel, or just sit and relax in the sun. We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone we know heading south! Thank you for the amazing day!
