Parasailing, awesome, very friendly crew. Do not pass this up!

The food was excellent, music was , the Sea's were Calm and the drinks were plenty, a bits thanks to all and if I could rate higher I would, I would do this again 100 times over

Went for a sunset cruise on the Flyer, it was a great time, wasn't crowded, had the right amount of people on board to make it enjoyable, no problem moving around, Capn Lanir and his deck crew of Jess and Jenn were great, professional, and very knowledgeable. Good food, drinks and music. Was actually bummed when it was over, Thank You Capn Lanir, Jess and Jenn . Hope to see you 3 again

Chris and Ders were great behind the bar. Nice music and fun but calm vibes.

As for the water activity park, it was a blast.
Jessica R. and Nick were super cool, very patient with when it came to helping you figure out the jet skis and definitely know how to help you have fun.

The main portion of our day was spent on the Pelican. This boat is gorgeous! Captain Bret and his mate Nick were soooo laid back you couldn t help but let every ounce of stress drift away with the warm current of the gulf. They had so much passion and respect for the ocean. Nick is very outgoing and makes everyone feel like they are vip. These guys really know what they re doing and if you have the opportunity to check them out, I highly recommend doing so.

We just finished snorkeling and they were AWESOME!!!! If you don't know how to swim, they will slowly walk you through and take care of you. The ride was beautiful and there were a lot of fishes in the area. The crew were funny, kind and did not neglect anyone. And I think, Jared, he was an Awesome dude!

A full day of fun, the Sebago team made the day memorable and enjoyable.

The best experience we could have asked for! We went on the 6hour adventure cruise! It included a light breakfast, lunch, snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, water trampoline, swimming and floating! The next time we come to Key West this is at the top of our list!
The crew was absolutely amazing! They were so personal and really seemed to love their job! Our captain, Nick was great and very knowledgeable. The crew Mya and Orla were so sweet and so helpful, they all loved talking and getting to know the guests on the boat.
Breakfast included an assortment of juices, muffins, and yogurt. Lunch was soft drinks, roast beef sandwiches, peel and eat shrimp, fried chicken, and pasta salad. Beer and wine as also included in this trip however not until after all your done with all the water sports. (Doing all the water sports is WAY worth it)
There is a larger catamaran company in Key West, Fury, we also did a Fury experience and would recommend the Sebego experience over the Fury experience each and every time! The captain and crew were a lot more personal!

Best. Trip. Ever. Without a doubt the best crew and setup around! These guys are amazing and took excellent care of us and our almost 3 year old "rockstar" son who was scared of the waves. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back to visit! Keep the Marquesa ready guys!

We had a great time! This was our second time doing a sunset cruise in Key West and the sunsets never disappoint. We had a great time and the crew were friendly and met all our needs. I d definitely book with them again on our next trip.

We went.for a catamaran pass, the place is full of charm, a Marina from which there are dives trips on the coast of key west.

Before the pandemic, we had a cruise to Panama planned out of Florida for December 2020 that obviously was cancelled. We still flew to Florida from California to celebrate the holidays and did local excursions instead and are so pleased to have found this snorkeling trip out of Key West! The catamaran was comfortable, staff super friendly and swimming in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean felt worlds away from all the COVID-19 madness. We even say a HUGE stingray swimming underneath us! Talk about exhilarating! Also, free beer and wine after snorkeling was a huge plus. Cheers, take the trip!

This was an amazing snorkeling trip. A must if in Key West.

Good tour group. Had fun, except for missing grip on my jet ski which lead to cuts on my hand, still had lots of fun.

We got the premium package that included snorkeling, parasailing, banana boat, jet ski, etc. We had the best day, it was so much fun. The only thing left to be desired was that they had three jet skis and two were not working. The line to ride the one jet ski was an hour long each time we tried to get on it, so we decided to not wait in the long lines. Also, because there was only one, people had to double up on the jet ski and only ride for ten minutes. That's not really what we wanted to experience, so I had to take a star off for this. There was plenty of fun on the water lily and the trampoline. The parasailing and banana noat were awesome and the snorkeling at the reef was really nice. The food for breakfast was a yogurt and a muffin with orange juice. Lunch was fried chicken, pasta salad, roast sandwich and two shrimp. Free beer and wine served after we were done with the motor water sports. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a fun experience.

We started with the sunset cruise. Beautiful sail and the crew ( Lanier, Sage and Nick) were friendly and professional!! The next day we were back for the power adventure. Once again the crew ( Neil, Emily and Chico) were great! We had a full day of fun! Loved it and will definitely be back!

We had booked a snorkeling trip there. Nice catamaran and the crew was totally friendly and helpful. Equipment was provided and was ok. Do not expect too much from the reef. There are already fish and coral, but snorkeling and diving is just a difference.

My spouse and I had an AMAZING time aboard Sebago Cubed! Lanier, Steve, and Beth made our experience extremely memorable and worth posting about. We purchased the all day (6 hour) Power Adventure that was filled with snorkeling, jet skiing, banana boating, a water trampoline, parasailing, etc. We started our day off with breakfast provided by Sebago along with lunch and alcohol. You cant beat a deal like this. We honestly have nothing negative to say about the company, crew, or the package purchased. We had a boat filled with amazing people who were personable and ready to have a good time. We also had some great guys as our parasailing crew. They played great music on the speed boat and made it fun for all of us!

Take my word, you will want to experience Sebago Watersports if you are ever in Miami area (like we were) or visiting the Keys directly. Its an experience you wont forget.

This company check in for Sebago water sports was located next to Sunset water sports and Fury. I politely asked the older gentleman at the check-in for Sebago if I booked with his company. That was the wrong question to ask because he started yelling at me for not knowing what company I booked and how I should know better. The woman an the Fury check-in station offered to see who I booked with but the man at Sebago cut-in demanding she not look up my reservation and told me to leave. It turns out I booked with Sunset but now I will never book with Sebago after this awful customer service experience.

Our family had a fantastic time on the Island Ting! We can't decide which part we liked the best! Our two teenage boys enjoyed everything about it. The food was perfect for the day (and plentiful). Shout-out to Captain Jim and Matt who made everyone feel comfortable. We liked it so much that we returned the next day for another Sebago snorkel trip to the Atlantic reef -- totally different and equally great! Thank you for two very memorable days!

We took a party of 12 out on the power adventure package and it was absolutely amazing. I can't speak high enough about the crew, friendly and fun. We had a couple allergies we had to account for and they were extra helpful in making sure we could have the foods without issues. Everything was a blast, snorkeling and jet skiing but by far the most fun was the parasailing. Sebago is absolutely amazing, worth every penny

These guys are great, have used them for multiple outings over the years, friendly knowledgeable staff, clean and maintained boats and equipment and an all around blast, highly recommend

Captain Tim, his crew and their boat SEBAGO made our trip to tampa incredibly beautiful.

They are super nice and super fun... we pay 59$ for sunset ride and it was absolutely worth it....

They offer unlimited drink and some snacks...

DO NOT MISS going out on the Sebago Flyer! FRIENDLY staff and GORGEOUS views make this a memory you must make while you're in Key West. Open bar and plenty of appetizers make this the perfect way to see sunset!

Amazing! If your in Key west I highly suggest taking a parasailing trip with Sebago. The crew made me feel like we had been friends for years and took amazing pictures. The views from above were amazing. I literally have not stopped talking about this, this was the highlight of my trip. Thank you!

We loved the adventure tour! So much fun packed into one day. Parasailing was excellent. The crew was friendly and helpful. The food was good. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to try out a variety of water sports!

This review is purely based on their customer service over phone. I agree with the other reviews. The customer service is poor. The girl at the front desk seem to not care at all. She does not show any enthusiasm at all and sounded a bit rude. Her name Chloe I think. So far I spoke to her and both times her responses were not satisfactory. All was looking for to give the best possible experience to my wife when we get there next week. I was not comfortable with them. So I called other guys who offer same service and much polite over phone. So just bought tickets from them for an All day adventure. Two starts because they picked up the phone.

This was a really wonderful experience for my family and friends! The staff was great! They were really helpful with our kids, which was an added bonus! I loved that the boat wasn't too crowded, even though it was no doubt sold out. The sailing was so much fun and seeing the reef was magical!

Went parasailing and had a blast, will definitely go back again.

Amazing crew and tour! My 18 yo niece and I took the all day watersports excursion. So much to do on one afternoon and so much fun. It was our first time parasailing, jet skiing and banana boating. The snorkeling spot was fine but the keys aren t realky known for great reefs. Totally worth every penny though! The lunch was incredible for a sea tour! Peel n eat shrimp, chicken, pasta salad and so much more! The parasail crew were a lot of fun. We opted for the photos and playlist!!

Mateo signed us up for the Sunset Sail and he was right absolutely no regrets. He's adorable and his salesmanship and manner were excellent As for the crew Michell, Gabby, & Steve I will be requesting them on future trips! All were very helpful, laid-back, conversational, funny, and patient. I won't lie when I first saw Steve I thought he was a little young but his experience is vast and he's perfect for this job. He actually helped convince me to go for scuba lessons! Gabby is a little sassy but she's real. I appreciate that more than a fake smile and kissing up. Michell is very sweet and helpful. I cannot wait to do this again! Thanks you guys for making this an experience I'll never forget!

Team note 1000, take you and wonderful place to dive

Took my family of 4, including two kids age 8 and 12 for the morning snorkeling trip. They had never snorkeled before and took to it quickly. The crew of the Marquesa was fun, informative, and knowledgeable. The reef is beautiful, the boat is large, and it wasn't too crowded.

We chose Sebago and glad that we did . Unlike Fury, they don't press you to sign up for a tour while walking down the street. They speak with their quality of tours.

Loved our sunset Cruise. Staff on the boat was wonderful. Friendly and seemed like they loved their jobs.

We took the morning reef snorkeling trip. We had a blast, saw several pretty fish, sea turtles, and even a shark. The crew was pretty awesome. They were knowledgeable and friendly. After the snorkeling, they were very generous with the free beer and wine.

We took the snorkeling and kayaking tour with my family. The staff was excellent. We all felt very safe and were able to social distance well from other families. The boat was very clean. I highly recommend this tour.

We are group of 4 people visit this place today for power adventures and not even single person happy with their service. When i spoke with representative while booking our trip they said we dont need to know swimming. I did all the adventures last year with other company they are really good. Please prefer to take power adventure if you know swimming, if you don t know swimming you can t perform any rides like kayak, snorkeling and Jet skiing. we are 45 people on board and they have only 3 jet skies. They would have mention while booking tickets for trip. Waste of money its not even worth.

We had Capt Steve, Beth, Tim, and one more and all were great people, and made the day a blast... I will definitely be a repeat customer and will highly recommend to friends and family. If you re looking to do an all day water adventure look no further. I would give 10 stars to this company if I could, the staff is amazing and will make sure everyone is safe and having fun at all times. Thanks again Sebago staff for an amazing time!

7-23-2019 update - I am not refunded. Owners comment is a lie. They never cooperated. I won t waste my time on this anymore. Keep 103 bucks for a bunch of trash images.

Another thing. When a customer who happened to pay over 600 dollars for an all day sport package for 4 people asks for some water on parasailing boat, rolling eyes is not a very professional answer.

On Parasailing boat, Mitchell said he will take about 100 pictures that we can purchase and if there was anything wrong, they will fix or refund. Me and my friend paid 103 bucks for two SD cards. After a month, I checked the pictures and we are like dark shadows in the sky and there are only about 30 pictures on each SD card. Called Sebago at least 8 times to fix or have my money refunded. No one returns my calls and give any answers.

My boyfriend took me on their tour and it was a blast. We snorkeled, went parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, rode a banana boat, and had delicious food. Captain Morgan was our guide, and was friendly, kept everyone hydrated, and offered sunblock to people who had forgotten theirs.

Great time on T'ing trip with Captain Tim and great crew including Sam and Nick. The nicest guys ever and the snorkeling and kayaking were great. Best-in-class service. Great guys!

I am so scared of heights, and was very nervous to pairasail! The crew was so friendly, knowledgeable, & soothing. I ended up having the best time! The view was amazing and there is honestly nothing to worry about. If you re kinda on the fence, you should really go for it! It s so worth it!

Great crew and amazing service! Highly recommend! Once you get out there you'll love the 1/2 hr extra time you get on this compared to other tours!

the boat trip was acceptable. The water is not at all clear (as the captain says), there was a lot of jellyfish, crew members dis not recognized it. We are almost all back with bites. The crew first told us that there was no jellyfish but More

Really enjoyed the snorkeling and kayak cruise. Emily, Gabby, Joe and Sweeney made the trip more enjoyable. They were all very helpful and fun. They really seemed to want everyone to have fun.We would do this trip again. Thanks for an awesome day adventure!

We did the watersports all-day adventure for 155 dollars per person. I personally only liked the para-sale, Jet-ski, and the banana boat rides. The trampoline wasn't bouncy at all and the the snorkeling wasn't really significant.
Also, forget about using the boat bathroom because it's really disgusting. The food was just okay. There was Turkey and ham sandwich stuff plus some cold salads and fried chicken. The fried chicken didn't taste good and was cold and old. They give you drinks after all the activities are done at which point you are tired or sea sick and probably don't want to have any.
The staff were friendly and nice, although there was one guy helping with Jet ski who was very grumpy the whole time.
I think it was too long, I would only do para sale or Jet ski next time.

Went out on the Appledore V (makes me wonder what happened to I-IV?!) for a snorkeling trip. The crew was incredible! Special thanks to Steve-O and the rest of the crew, especially the mascot! My daughters and I were first time snorkelers and the crew did an incredible job of putting us all at ease through their humor and instruction. They insured that we had a first rate trip by getting us to an awesome location. Before and after the snorkeling they discussed the reef habitat and what kinds of underwater life we might and did see. They were also very knowledgeable about the environmental impact. The food was great, the crew was incredible, the mascot was much appreciated! When my kids come back again next year this will be a must do experience again. I highly appreciate the staff's professionalism and performance and Sebago will be my go to for water recreational activities.

We did the all day tour and it was really an amazing experience. All the water activities were amazing. Captain James and his crew did an awesome job the whole day. The place we snorkeled the sea was little rough that day but rest of the day was excellent. Parasailing was beautiful as you get to see different colors of the ocean. First we did the jet skies in pairs but later they allowed single person driving. The food was good.
It s a must try and it s so worth the money.

I left a pretty good tip at the end of the trip... The captain commented that I must have enjoyed the trip. I did and the crew was excellent. What I respected most about the crew was the empathy that they showed to a woman in distress with a bout of sea sickness..Class act!

Ok this sunset cruise was the best ever. The boat only had maybe 20 people and all the other boats we saw were packed. We had chicken sliders, shrimp cocktail, key lime tarts. Open bar all included in the $50 price. I highly recommend this unless you like high crowds.

We went on cubed with Jason, Jess and Jess and it was amazing! Everyone was great and made sure everyone had a good time! For parasailing we had Fabio and Dante! They were also great and fun! Then we had nick and nick to help out with the jets skis and all the other fun activities. We loved it so much that as soon as we got off the boat we set up a sunset sail that same day as well! It was a long day being on the boat from 930-6 but we also didn t mind it! It was great! The food was great and the experience was great! We loved the music as well. The sunset crew was Jason, Jess and Matt. Great honeymoon!!!

We went on a snorkel trip on Friday. My wife and two daughters had never been snorkeling before. The crew was amazing. We had a great time. Even my 7 year old! The next day we used Sebago to go parasail. Again the crew was amazing! My 7 year old, 18 year old and even my wife who is afraid of heights had a blast. The crew made us comfortable and they had the best personalities! Highly recommend this company for a key west trip!

We booked them Sunset Sail Tour on the sailboat Appledore. It was perfect. No party screaming as on the catamarans. No DJ. Only sailing. Drink something and eat appetizers that were surprisingly good. Perfect

We took the Champagne Sunset Sail and had a great time! Very great deal for the price... Didn't expect to get any food on the boat, but they did have snacks in addition to the drinks. The boat captain and other staff were extremely friendly! Highly recommend!

For my family this was an opportunity of a lifetime. One more thing marked off of our bucket list. Parasailing was truly amazing. We absolutely loved it! We will be back! We highly recommend this and ourtwo guides made our experience even more special.

We had a group of 6 do the All Day Adventure (6hrs) including snorkeling, jet skis, water trampoline, banana boat and parasailing. Captain Joe, Beth and Katie were all awesome on the boat. Nick was very helpful with the jet skis, and they guys operating the parasailing were hilarious! Also, the parasailing guys take pictures while you parasailing which you can later purchase. Overall an excellent time and definitely worth the money for an all day event! (Breakfast, lunch and drinks were included).

My friends and I took their sunset tour and it was amazing! The tour is two hours and drinks, hors'derves, and dessert are included in the price. The staff (Matt, Aliyah, Joe, and John) were great hosts. They made the whole trip so fun. Best tour I've taken in Key West!
