The week before Christmas we booked a sunset wine and appetizers cruise. We were very happy with the overall experience. The crew was friendly and helpful. Just being on a sailboat was so relaxing! The breeze was nice and the sunset was amazing. The snacks were tasty, not gourmet but fresh made and tasty.
Drinks were made to order by the mate with simple cocktails, wine , beer and bubbly too. The boat was well maintained, clean and in good working order.
We will definitely be taking another sunset cruise on out next trip!

My husband and I did the Captain s Choice Sunset Sail. Captain Joe and mate Mitchell are incredible. Great drink selection and the food was very good! Mitchell worked his butt off attending to everyone s drink needs and assisting Captain Joe. Captain Joe gave us a great overview and history of the island.

Five Stars for sure. Full transparency: we had perfect weather and perfect visibility for our snorkeling trip. That said, the service was very efficient, the boat was in great condition and the service was excellent. The staff literally could not have done more to create a positive experience for everyone on board. The snorkeling spot was amazing and we saw reef sharks, tarpon, grouper and plenty of reef fish too. Really great value for money. Will definitely do it again.

The best watersports in Key West. I say this because I have seen flocks of people crowded to do activities in other boats but this one has limited and sufficient people that can accommodate in a boat. Breakfast and lunch provided which is again amazing. The hosts kyle and Joey were absolutely entertaining people. At the same time safety is very much ensured. They have great knowledge about the neighbouring area so every cent will be made worth.

Captain Joe, Jake & Ross we re great on the Appledore, we enjoyed the trip and experience. They were informative, friendly and very attentive to all our needs. We had a great time and our expectations of the experience was met and exceeded.

Cannot speak for other services but the snorkeling trip was more like a graveyard tour.

Very disappointed. I was looking forward to my parasailing expierence along with my family. We were a group of 5 total, my brother got sick earlier from a boat ride so we were down to 4 with a 4pm appointment. There was an extremely long line and they called my sister 5 minutes before, we advised them we were on the dock. By the time we got to the front of the line the extremely rude and unprofessional women (2) at checkin told us they had already left and it was too late. They would not refund us our money, were extremely rude and finally told us our only choice was to go on the sunset tour or we d walk away with nothing. The sunset tour was $40 each when we paid $54 per person for parasailing. We came to Key West for my mom and boyfriends birthday and the parasailing was one of the main gifts to them. I would never recommend this company and I would warn anyone that is counting on this company to be reliant when you are planning anything important or special. We weren t the only ones with bad experiences, that s the reason the line was taking so long. Several people were walking away very upset and dissatisfied. If I could rate this a zero I would. If this helps anyone who comes on vacation, as we did, in making a better choice and going with another company I ll feel like we have done a good deed.

We did two activities with Sebago, and I'll rate them both here.
Snorkel boat trip: checking in was easy, despite the snarky girl running the desk in the morning. We took the morning trip, checking in at 830 and leaving at 900. Hands down, the crew was super awesome, Vaughn, Carol and Tim (Captain) . We boarded the catamaran named the Marquesas. They had ice cold water, lemonade and provided snacks (chips for a small cost). It took about an hour for us to get out to the spot we were in, had about an hour of snorkel time and then headed back. Prior to leaving, we had a safety chat and there was a more thorough instructional/safety talk about snorkelling. Beers and wine available on the return trip, all complimentary. I could only think of one way that this could have been 5 stars, and that was if they banned smoking altogether vs asking smokers to smoke in the rear of the boat.

Parasailing: went at 3p, only our family, plus a separate Mom/daughter combo. Safety talk was first and then instructions for the flyers (those parasailing). The two person crew helped ppl into their harnesses and rode up high (@350') for about 10 minutes.Theybguys we're really nice, Jared was one and then the boat Captain. All in all a shorter trip, and they even offered digital pictures to take on a SD card. (Cool!) Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a better view of things at Key West! We'll definitely be back!

We had the BEST day today. Went out on the appledore for the wreakers race. Crew was amazing and fun. Drinks and lunch. Not over booked so plenty of room to sit and move. Great price! Will go again.

Had a great experience snorkeling with my friends for the first time. The crew was very nice and helpful. The sail boat i must say was actually my favorite part. The whole experience was nice. Kind of disappointed with the coral reef though. Not what i expected. Thought it was gonna be more beautiful and more marine life but it was still fun!

If you want to parasail at Keywest, choose this company!! Did parasailing with these guys, lower price compare with other company, friendly staff, good equipment and really cool experience.

Staff was extremely helpful and supportive. Accomodated both those with own equipment and no equipment. Very entertaining. Much better if you are a good swimmer. Kids are competitive swimmers and absolutely loved both reef and ride.

We enjoyed a terrific snorkel trip from start to finish. Crew was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and I truly appreciated the instruction they provided all guests to help ensure that we stay safe and do not damage the reef. Gorgeous reef with lots of colorful fish of all sizes. The catamaran and equipment were also all in good shape. Highly recommend. (PS: While you are snorkeling anywhere, please be sure to stay horizontal so as not to touch or kick the coral; if you need to adjust your mask or rest, just turn over onto your back.) Enjoy!

We were scheduled for a snorkeling kayaking combo tour but the weather wasn't nice enough to snorkel. So they gave us a partial refund. Breakfast and lunch both were good food. Almost too choppy for the kayaks 2 out of the 10 or 11 capsized, both right at the end, next to the catamaran . Luckily these were 2 of the last 3 kayaks to come in. (Believe these last larger waves could have been wake from a different boat.)

We had a great time on this power Adventure. The crew was very helpful and friendly. Parasailing, jet skis, snorkeling as well as kayak and paddle boarding was fun. Would totally recommend this again.

SO MUCH FUN. I got the power adventure with my military unit. It was great. I recommend this one.

Took the power adventure and by all means all expectations were exceeded. The crew was very attentive, helping you even when you didn't expect it. The food was 100 times more than I expected for a day on the water. There are so many things to do and it's worth every penny plus some.

Captain Brett, Matt, Beth, Aj and Dom were amazing!!! We had such a great time! They made our trip one to remember! The food was so yummy and the activities were so fun!!! Def 5 stars and we will be back!! It was a blast!!!!!

I did this all-day water adventure 17 yrs ago with a bunch of family and friends. This time I went back and it was just me and my fiance. Just like the first time we had a blast! The crew was amazing, everything was cleaned and sanitized, food was good and filling, the schedule to do the different activities was on point and everyone had plenty of time to do it all! I live in Miami and this made an awesome staycation for us!

Great place to buy flip flops. Good prices away from Duval street.

Great experience with excellent crew. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend Sebago. Captain Jim and the two awesome girls with him made it feel like it was a private charter with their treatment of the passengers.

We did the Watersports All Day Adventure. Capt Morgan and Crew were very friendly and pleasant. Staff is very informative on what the schedule was throughout the day. Food was plentiful and good (fried chicken, shrimp, sandwiches, lots of water and drinks on tap). The crew makes the entire experience very chill and outgoing for everyone. We hit a storm on the way back and the crew was great the entire time. Parasailing is a blast and my favorite part of the trip. Snorkeling was amazing as well. Well worth it.

Absolute awesome place for a fun time out on the water. I did their reef snorkeling trip and it was incredible. The staff are great, fun and friendly, and the prices are extremely reasonable. A 3 hour trip cost $50 and included all the gear and instruction if you needed it.

I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to going back again.

We had an absolute blast. Well worth the money. The staff was extremely accommodating while at the same time interacted with the group. We will definitely use Senago for our future trips to the keys.

Had a wonderful day with James and Jason. The trip was excellent and as I am a non-swimmer, to do snorkeling off the boat was really cool as well as the fun kayaking around the mangroves. Definitely will do it again with the great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble!!

Sunset Cruise To Put You In The Mood...

Where do I start? Let's start off with the female captain, she was amazing. They start the cruise with a safety message. The deckhands (forgot their names) were nothing short of amazing. If their manager/owner is reading this, acknowledge your staff for the wonderful and professional work ethic they possess. Staff were attentive, kind, and seemed to like their job!

The appetizers on the sunset cruise tasted great. No for real,it was really good.We had a cherry tomato, basil, olive, mozzarella kebabob with balsmaic glaze, shrimp cocktail, garlic miniture toast with a garlic hummus on top, roast beef on a garlic miniture toast, and small key lime tarts. Everything tasted great and there was more than enough food for everyone on board. We had 3rd and 4th helpings.

Alcohol is no problem on the cruise. During the sunset cruise they had Cruzan white rum, Captain Morgan, Svedka, Sangria, Tangueray, Mojito's, and also Tequilla (Can't remember the brand). Every chaser you could think of was also on board. They will keep your cup full and most importantly with a smile. I would totally recommend Sebago tours for the sunset cruise. These gals and guy were awesome tonight.

The sunset views on this cruise were amazing. Bring your camera and your loved one for a magical evening on the water.

P.S.-Bring cash for tips! There's an ATM in the vicinity of the boat.

We did the Appledore Star schooner sunset cruise. It was wonderful! Our group was smaller than other boats that we saw. We had around 20 people. We enjoyed the more relaxed, intimate group setting compared to the party barges we saw. Drinks and light snacks were served. The weather for our trip was perfect. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service for refund which got cancelled due to bad weather.

This was my first windsurfing experience, and I gotta say I will windsurf again when I get the chance! Very pleasant experience, the boat staff are very friendly.

My wife and I wanted a little fun on the water while on a short vacation in Key West. We ended up choosing a day out with these guys and had a great time. The crew was fun and attentive, food was good and the activities were as promised.

Check this place out! We snorkeled for the first time (2 adults and 3 children ages 7, 10, and 15) and had such a great experience. The crew was knowledgable, patient, funny, and so helpful. Perfect for families.

We went on both the reef snorkel and the dolphin sunset cruise and both were amazing! The crew were knowledgeable and friendly, the boats were clean and spacious and the drinks were flowing and delicious!! It was honestly one of the best experiences we've ever had! Highly recommend!!

Went about 2 weeks ago and it was by far a great experience! I took my boyfriend for his 1st snorkel ever and this was such a great experience for it to be his 1st snorkel trip! Side Note the crew of the Marquesa was AMAZING! so friendly and helpful very informative! Also the Captain was the greatest! When we did a head count before leaving the coral reef my phone slipped out of my hand and fell in the water her dove right in to get it! no hesitation! Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you Captain!

Went on the Island T'ing package with these guys - awesome company and they treat you very well from the moment you stepped on board until the point you get off. Boats are well stocked with ample food, water, drinks, and fun!

Taking off 1 star simply because I think the snorkeling area isn't the best. Water is choppy and can be challenging for weak swimmers. There's not much to see here compared to some other spots I've been to.

Island Ting Tour - the best tour experience I've ever had and I was pleasantly surprised by how well and how much they provided for the cost. While some on the boat were disappointed by the lack of larger marine creatures, I was very pleased with all three little ones we saw. It really is true, if you just sit and watch for a while, you will see something. I at the time I felt that I would have enjoyed more time kayaking or snorkeling, but later that night I realized it was the perfect amount of each without over doing it. The food and drinks were good and plentiful and the Captain and Nico were knowledgeable, informative, and personable with the entire group which was not huge, less than twenty, a very comfortable size. It was a perfect introduction to the Keys for me and overall a wonderful day!!! I highly recommend and an grateful that I chose it because of all the great reviews I read.

A wonderful sunset cruise! We did the captain's choice cruise. The appetizers and beverages were top shelf. The crew was amazing and couldn't have been more accommodating! We were the last sunset cruise back into the dock. I highly recommend this cruise!

Had a excellent time with capt Jim, Beth, amy, and Andrew. These guys do and fantastic job... we will always come back to hang with them.

What a great place to go to have an adventure. You can do so many different things and all of the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant.

Amazing and fun sunset cruise offered by Sebago. Located on the docks near Duval Street, the cruise left right on time and ended exactly when it was supposed too. Service on boat was tremendous, with live music from a guitarist singing classics, along with hor doeurvous and open bar. Saw great sunset, islands and boats while out.

Had an amazing time parasailing, snorkeling, and jet-skiing with a wonderful and accommodating crew. Breakfast and lunch on the ship were excellent as well. Thank you for such a fun day exploring Key West!

Full shebang, here. From Jetskis to Parasailing, snokeling to swimming - and provided food/drink to boot! Buddies and I loved the entire experience. Would go again!

This was an absolute highlight of our trip to Key West. We paid a small bit more to take this, semi-private cruise, over a party cruise and it was worth every penny. We boarded our cruise with five other guests and two of Sebago s staff. Our Captain, Captain Morgan (yes I know how hilarious that is) and his partner Sam were beyond incredible. They told us all about the island, and surrounding islands history. And they talked about Key West traditions, their favorite places to eat and overall just made you feel welcome to the island. I almost we had done this cruise our first night in town. They provided a host of beverages and spread of hearty appetizers. We were able to walk around the boat and even lounge in the nets up front. It was a dream.

By far the best activity my wife and I did in Key West, well well worth the price. We went on the power adventure tour. Captain Jim, Beth and Chico made the experience awesome. The food and Sangria were fantastic. The crew waited on everyone with great attention to detail and cared for our every need. The whole day was a blast and we will definitely do this again next time we come to Key West.

BOOK THIS TRIP, YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

What can I say .... for the first time last year I did similar trip with Fury ... this year I tried Sebago .

So ... if I will go again to Key West and I will plan the same adventure on catamaran, I will definitely choose Fury , catamaran is much more comfortable and bigger, WC is acceptable, place for riding jet ski much better, but the crew of Sebago was nice, except the person who was responsible for jet ski, his name I already saw in negative comments earlier, I hadn t any chance to do it during the trip, so here is a question , what did I pay for?

We decided to take the Sebago snorkeling trip after we met Drew on the beach and she recommended them. She told us she worked there but that they were locally owned and takes smaller groups out (60 people vs 120 on the bigger, commercial companies). Sebago didn't disappoint at all!

The crew, Joey, Matt, and Capt. Linier, were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable about all the sea life we saw, gave us great recommendations for restaurants, answered any and all the questions we had, and were always on top of anything we needed or wanted. They were also up for good conversation when things calmed down and they had time and great sense of humors. A great group of men!

The trip itself was great. The ride out was beautiful, the boat was clean, and there was plenty of seating for the 49 passengers that went, which I noticed is not the same for other boats. When we got to the site, the Capt and the crew made sure we were ready to go and then we were off. We saw a reef shark, some barracuda, and all kinds of fish. Then on the way back they had all you can drink beer, wine, gatorade, water, and sodas, the mixed drinks were an extra fee. It was worth every penny we paid. Speaking of, the rates were so reasonable! I loved our trip! Thank you Matt, Joey, and Captain Linier for such an awesome experience. Thank you Drew for recommending Sabego!

The best way to spend 6 hours in Key West. The crew made sure everyone are safe and were constantly serving amazing food and drinks. Even if you don't know swimming you can enjoy it. Totally recommend this!

Support, service, food and equipment were great. The promised excursion time of 3.5 hours was undercut by 40 minutes. Price okay.

Came to keywest for the week for my birthday. My birthday was sept 17th 2020 . I booked the sebago tour for sept 19th 2020 and i had a great time. I booked the all day power adventure tour which is 6 hours total (10am to 4pm) and all inclusive (jetski, snorkeling, banana boat, parasaling, etc) plus breakfast and lunch and drinks(soda & alcohol) included as well. The whole trip was amazing. It didn't feel rushed at all; there was sufficient time to enjoy any watersport of your choice. It was my first time parasaling, going on a banana boat and jetsking and I'd definitely do it again. The whole day definitely lived up to the hype on the website and i felt safe with the crew. The crew was amazing too. Very friendly and informative on watersports, safety and the dos and don't of being in the water. Shout out to Aj, Vaughn and emily who were the crew on our boat. They did an amazing job and answered all the numerous questions everyone on the boat asked. I definitely recommend sebago watersports especially if it's your first time in Keywest. You'd definitely have a blast. The parasaling and jetski crew were also exceptional.

Terrible staff!! The captain or driver ur the boat aka the mean looking chubby so with a partially white beard pulled me out of the water even though I was holding on to the rope!!! Currents were insane and we couldn't snorkle!! I demand a refund immediately!!! I'm contacting corporate if you don't cooperate soon!

Company young and very nice. The activities are great despite being a bit short in duration. Alcoholic drinks in open bar is a bit false argument because we only have access to it for one hour ... on 6h of boat. Without that, we had a great day!

We booked the Captain's Choice sunset cruise and had a perfect evening. Captain Joe and his "first mate" did a great job and our expectations were definately surpassed. I would say that a trip to Key West is not complete without a sunset cruise with Sebago Watersports!

Didn't I already give 5 stars and a good review of this?? Well I guess it's because we went twice, that's why Google is wanting me to give 2 reviews. Well, my second review is just like my first review; I highly recommend it, you'll have fun!! If you're going to Key West, book early, they sell out fast.

It was a wonderful experience with the crew. We took the whole day pass which included snorkeling, parasailing, jet ski and other fun activities. This is not to forget the complimentary food and drinks. Highly recommended. Special mention to Beth who took special care of guests from all cultures. There were 4 different cultures on the boat that day. Just to add, KeyWest seems to be 100% back to normal after Irma

Something to improve: The photos provided for the para sailing can be improved with some close up shots

Great crew and a great tour, had a good time! However the snorkeling gear is definitely not top notch. Bring your own if you have the possibility.
