Great pub in a perfect location for the rugby in the RDS or the Aviva stadium, the atmosphere is perfect for watching a game with plenty of big tvs around the walls. The selection of beers and spirits is quite impressive to be fair and the food is really good. The only problem I have is the heat in the middle section can be a furnace at times and rather uncomfortable. The beer garden is a nice place to hang out as well, just up past the kitchen.

I've been there a few times and always ordered the Lamb Shank as it was truly delicious. I recommand this place

Friendly bar with very attentive staff. They also have a whiskey bar as well as a patio in the back.

A beautiful and traditional Irish pub, fantastic service with wonderful food. Great atmosphere. It was our first visit to Dublin and this pub set the strandard.

Great pub for a pint of Guinness and a Shepherd's Pie. Service can be a bit slow during peak times but staff are friendly.

Pleasantly surprised by this "bar", its a restaurant in disguise, huge place and amazing food.

Nice pub with a good selection of beer on tap. Staff is very friendly and will help you find the best drink for you. Can get crowded on a Friday but even then you normally don't have to wait too long at the bar. Smoking area is available at the back of the pub.

We checked menu on their website and liked the look of the breakfast menu.
One friend wanted an omelette, another wanted French Toast.
When we got there we were told breakfast menu was not available at weekend. There was no flexibility with ordering so we had to stick to bruch menu.
Food cooked to order, took a while to get food and there was mix up with orders, nice bright airy place friendly staff.
2 stars deducted as menu was not as advertised and service whilst friendly was too slow.

Best pub for watching the rugby matches! Arrive early tho, because it will be packed!

Very nice bar but table service is a bit organised. Food is great though and has a large selection of drinks. Would recommend for parties and work events as it can seat a good number of people. Best to book ahead though as it's very popular at peak times.

Really great food and nice staff. The food was slow to come but it s made by the order and not in advance. You can really tell it s fresh and the wait is really worth it.

Really noisy in there, same ppl are everywhere but I think is how the interior is built...

I'll forgive bar staff being rude and abrupt if it's particularly busy. However, there was no excuse for the lack of manners displayed on a recent visit where the staff outnumbered the patrons

Large venue with outside garden. Great for a few pints and especially good if you're looking to watch a match.

Dinner was great and the staff are very hospitable. An evening I won't forget.

Good sports bar food was not great had the steak roll, steak overcooked and the roll was stale!!

Proper Irish pub, decent size, have been to meet friends for drinks and for a full birthday party upstairs, both went great!

A warm, friendly environment and some really good food. The seafood chowder was our personal favorite.

Nice Pub. Admittedly I'm an American and don't have much experience with pubs bit this place serves great beer has nice food very large an excellent atmosphere. Llike every other public bit in there is horse racing on TV.

The menu is always amazing and the food is gorgeous.

Had a few beers, sitting outside....very nice indeed

Coffee had three pieces of paper in it, as if the barista had been using the cup as a bin for used sugar packets, but forgot to clean it before using it for coffee. Didn't have to pay for it, but it's a poor sign if a bar or restaurant can't get coffee right.

Frindley staff and amazing food. Huge whisky collection.

Wonderful jazz and food

We had an excellent meal here when visiting Dublin (roast chicken for me and risotto for my husband). But even better was the great jazz band, Highly recommend.

Great drinks and great food. Had the fish and chips and a Guinness. It was a fun atmosphere and all the food my table ordered was great when my friends let me have a taste. Noticed a bit of a younger crowd when I visited.

Had the half roast chicken with carrots, broccoli, mash potato and gravy. It was delicious, the chicken tasted amazing, very succulent and a great herby flavour. Highly recommended.
