Great atmosphere, the kitchen is classic is simple and functional and the setting is very warm.
It's nice in the evening, with a little beer we redo the world around small snacks to share with friends.

Delicious food! Pub food refined! The place also seemed to be a place where many business people & young professionals came together with friends after work. Most people sat on the pub side or the beer garden even though it was a drizzly day. Most ordered snack type foods like wings & beer. As for the dinner everything we ate was delicious! I had the house special Searson's Homemade Shepherds Pie. Yummy & comforting! Beautifully made! My friends had the Searsons Slow Braised Confit of Slanley Valley Lamb Shank & Searsons Irish Pork Plate. Both were delicious, flavorful & nicely presented! Service was attentive & prompt. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in Dublin.

Great spot for a Friday after work, or a weekend full-Irish breakfast.

Pros:
- Service is friendly and attentive
- Prices are average, but the atmosphere and craic are worth it
- Weekend breakfast / brunch is worth it

Cons:
- Hard to get service during peak times (wish they had 1 more bar staff on Friday nights)

Downgraded from 5 stars as the food quality deterates lately. Burger, chicken strips and chicken wings are just not good quality. Still has Laid back brunch, great beer/whiskey/scotch selection and two pokestops in the same place.

Went for Breakfast, 3 of us.food was ok. Expensive for what it is.
Personally I had the eggs Benedict, very bland. Spinach had no flavour, hollandaise also had very little flavor, poached eggs one of each, hard and and runny, chips crispy.
I won't try breakfast again.

This bar is just a wee bit out of the way. It's just on the edge of the city center. Much more a local crowd here. Still get quite busy, especially during the weekends. The decor of the bar is quite nice and rustic, and the atmosphere in the bar is always good.

The food is your usual pub grub with a gastropub twist. It's quite good and the serving portions are OK enough. The prices are reasonable, both for food as well as drinks. The staff is always nice and friendly and talkative, which is not all that common in Ireland. It's refreshing.

Closes a bit early for my taste, both on the weekdays and the weekends. But then again, so do most places in Dublin.

A favorite to go and catch the game or to go grab a few drinks after work. Would recommend.

Stopped in around 8pm on a Saturday night looking for dinner. Bar area up front was full with a boisterous and fun crowd enjoying a football match. We were a little concerned about whether the kitchen service would be up to speed on such a night, but we were thrilled with our dinner! Great staff was very helpful with the menu; our leg of lamb and Sheppard's pie came out hot and delicious within 10 minutes of ordering. Helpful manager suggested a very fine Irish Whiskey for us to sip after dinner. A delightful and memorable evening!

Excellent pub! The place is huge and they have a great atmosphere. There is the front half which is kind of quiet so you can sit at the bar and have a drink and chat, or in the back half they ply a bunch of loud music and it's so much fun to have a few pints and hang ouy

Everytime We come up for a football match in the Aviva stadium we go to sessions for food, it's great service but a few times we had bad service because we are waiting too long for our food, if you're thinking of going there on match day for food you have to be there early at least around 5pm (we go there 4/4:30) but no later than 6pm (might be difficult to get a seat) because it gets very busy. The one good thing the food is always good there, so I would recommend going there for food.

Very nice decor. Food was good without being great. Staff were incredibly rude, both manager and server. And not just once, multiple times across the length of the meal and everyone at the table agreed. it has completely put me off ever visiting again.

This place is beautiful and in a good neighborhood. Food and drinks were fine, though a bit expansive for the quantity and quality . Personnel behavior can change a lot depending on the waiter, som of them are really kind and others are not, one of them laughed at our accent in English, that was very disrespectful..

This is like the TARDIS, it's huge! Goes back a long long way. Had lunch there, not cheap but good quality restaurant style food. Cost 16 for trout. Must confess I was still hungry, though hadn't had breakfast...

The best pulled pork in Dublin.

The best pulled pork in Dublin.
The food and service were the best during our 4 day visit.
Excellent food, generous servings, great service and affordable.
Searsons is excellent but get there early on the weekends or you cannot find a seat.
