Great Customer service at this location - Manager ...

Great Customer service at this location - Manager Fred Alm was so helpful & made the time to answer my questions personally ( not pass me off on another sales person) about the best refrigerator for our needs. And he followed up after delivery !

My experience with this company was absolutely hor...

My experience with this company was absolutely horrible. It started with the delivery process which was terrible. I was told after purchasing a stove that we could not get the stove until Tuesday which we accepted. On the day of delivery we received no call or text to comfirm our delivery. I called the ppl and asked what time would they be there for delivery they replied between 4-6. I then told them that i was calling because i never received a call from them. The sales clerk decided to argue with me on the phone stating that he did call me the day before and he couldn't have me down for delivery if it wasnt confirmed. Fast forward to the actual delivery. The stove that was delivered to us was not at all what we received. We got a dented, banged up and scuffed up something of an appliance which is not what we picked out originally. We are definitely not i repeat not recommending this place. They have a bunch of inexperienced, unprofessional kids working for them. Not good

I recently purchased a French door refrigerator fr...

I recently purchased a French door refrigerator from the Sears Outlet in Bridgeview. When I purchased the refrigerator, it was missing 2 door bins which the store manager (Fred) said they would order at nor charge. I called the following week to inquire as to whether these door bins were ordered. Fred was not in and the salesperson looked up my order and told me that they had been ordered. Fast forward 3 months and I still didn't have the door bins. Called Fred (the store manager) AGAIN and he could not find my order - he asked me for a phone number he could call me back at instead of leaving me on hold to find my order. I waited 3 days for him to return my call and ended up calling back with the receipt number. With the receipt number Fred found the order and advised me that they had not been ordered and he would order them right away. Now it has been ANOTHER month, and I have heard nothing and am calling AGAIN only to find out that they cannot find my initial purchase nor the order for the door bins. Needless to say, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this store and the fact that when I call they cannot find the order. This is HORRIBLE customer service. It is safe to say that I would not recommend this store, nor will I ever return there to purchase anything!!!

Within 1 day of my posting, my issue was resolved!!! Don't understand why my order could not be pulled up by telephone number, but that is obviously a computer glitch that on the part of Sears system. THANK YOU!!!

I found that the equipment was in excellent workin...

I found that the equipment was in excellent working condition. I have purchased a treadmill and a refrigerator from the Sears Outlets and I still have them both in excellent working condition. I really got them both for about 60% off.

Best experience with the hard working team at Brid...

Best experience with the hard working team at Bridgeview. My shopping started with obtaining extreme product knowledge from Mathew Cygan and it was graciously concluded with the extended hand offered by Josh Vega as he searched for the missing mattress in heated temperature both reps were going above and beyond their call of duty.

Clean n peaceful friendly. Very helpful. I needed my Refrigerator. I'm mad that they wouldn't give me a credit card. I just spent $400 cash w them! They don't believe giving a person a second chance.

Just had bought a fridge from this store a month n...

Just had bought a fridge from this store a month now they were helpful at first but since the purchase they haven't been so helpful at all still waiting on my receipt for the purchase of the fridge and still waiting on them to refund me back my delivery fee that I had to pay extra for wich the manager there said I would get refunded when I got the fridge delivered and everytime I call I'm supposably talking with a manager and no one can seem to tell me why I haven't received my receipt or my refund and still waiting on them to call me back to find out what's going on and I already called that store a handful of times just the worst customer service

If I can give them no stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Managers lie about everything. I purchased some products and wish I never did. Had to replace my item twice and I made the purchase 2weeks ago.

I have rarely write a 1 star review about anyone, but had to in this case. Its just been a horrible experience as my washer dryer I purchased was missing parts and did not work properly when we went to use it. It's now a month later and trying to get it replaced. (they will not refund your money if it's broken, just replace it). Every time I call, I get someone else who is not aware of my problem, and have to start from scratch. The manager was very nice, but its very hard to get him on the phone as he's either busy or not there at that time. After a month, I finally got a call that they found another unit to replace my broken one. That's great except it's again almost impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule it to be delivered and replace the broken one. They are nice people....but my experience has left me with the conclusion that I will never again purchase something from a Sears Outlet Store, sadly. That's not the Sears I grew up with.

There is a lot of selection there. But I wouldn't say it's 100% guaranteed. I bought a dishwasher and didn't know until it was installed that the drain hose had a hole in it. It's not a visible part, and in order to see it you have to look under the sound barrier cushion. So that was an unpleasant surprise. And I forgot to make sure that the kick panel was included; edit 12/1/20 After getting this dishwasher installed a 2nd time, my friends installing it (1 union electrician, 1 union sprinkler fttr) found that there was a 2nd leak in the front door. If Amer. Freight actually tested it, this leak would've been seen.

Very professional sales people . Matthew C was assisting me with a purchase of a new Recliner among other small things . Very kind and knowledgeable and was very patient with me from a moment I walked in the store . Highly recommending this location .

I was at this store in November and yet again, service was excellent. The worker Gio,that has helped me on a few occasions was very polite, informative and patient with my decision process. I would highly recommend to work with him when shopping. The delivery guys were great as well. Keep up the good work.

Instock items on website not really in the store. ...

Instock items on website not really in the store. We came to buy a dryer listed as available at this location and when we arrived salesman says it has been gone for some time. Sitting here in the parking lot Sears website still says I can pay for it and pick up in store. Shady way to do business having low priced items listed as Instock on the website and not actually having those items in the store. Shame on Sears.

The problem I have is I don't know if this store actually has the parts I need. Not sure if I can order then through the store or not because when u call it directs u to hold for a representative and then it immediately hangs up on you.? Are we able to speak with a representative or not? Because so far no luck and I live 25 miles away. O would hate to get there after an hour drive and can't get any help

Staff on this night was extremely kind and helpful. Remember this is the outlet, so most of there item are scratched and dent. But it still great brands & they work. Love to get quality items from here.

They want you to come here thinking you are gettin...

They want you to come here thinking you are getting a great deal but you probably won't. If you need delivery, expect to pay a lot for it which ruins whatever discount you think you had. Most of items are priced at or above sale prices of brand new items at appliance stores which usually have free delivery. So shop around. Occasionally you may find a damaged slow moving appliance that is priced very well. But you probably won't want it. I've purchased hundreds of appliances and I stop by to take a look but usually leave disappointed.

Me and my wife went to American Freight looking for a refrigerator yesterday (Bridgeview location) and the only worker in the place was rude and ignorant. We asked him if they were getting anymore refrigerators in stock because they didn't have many and he told us with a straight face that if we want to know the future that he would charge us $500 for a tarot reading. This employee is the reason we took our business somewhere else.
