it is right next to club so you can hear the beats until 4am. If you are night owl and like noisy place, this is the right one.

A good hotel with everything you need. Good room, things pretty clean.
Stayed on a Saturday night. Nightclub downstairs was clearly audible in my 4th floor room until 3AM. Tap water randomly fluctuated between freezing and scalding. Sofa was stained and worn to the point of being pointless to sit on. The valet moved my seat and mirrors and changed several controls when he moved it at some point in the night without so much as attempting to put them back, making it physically impossible to get behind the wheel when I went to leave in the morning. But, on the upside, the front desk staff were nice enough.
Wifi did not work and as its a shared bathroom and no soud proffing all night you can hear people going in and out of their rooms. PICTURES ARE NOT WHAT THIS LOCATION IS !!!
Clean room, convenient location. I was able to find the location even after drinking myself blind...
Staff were helpful and answered all my questions. Plenty of places to eat in the hood. Independent liquor store a few steps away.
4 stars for value and service. this isn't the ritz, but you will get a good nights sleep for not too much $$, and you are in the heart of the entertainment district. Granville St was once the night club strip for Vancouver and it has seen better days. You will see many "colorful" characters on the street - beggers, buskers, cross-dressers, etc. But it is still a safe place to walk and shop. Robson St (the fancy shopping street) and Nordstrom's are all nearby. The price of rooms vary from low season in the winter to double prices in the summer. Be aware that there is a nightclub underneath the north section of the hotel and the lower rooms on that end will be a little noisier. Also, many people come to town for concerts and hockey games, etc, and you might have some traffic in the hallways till 2 AM. Friendly staff. also parking in Vancouver is always tricky and this hotel has a side lot for $18 CAD per night, but it can be full if you arrive late
Okay Hotel but felt the price for room and parking seemed a bit high. I guess that's Vancouver for you.
Overpriced for the location. Granville strip is not a clean spot and doesn't justify high prices. There are other options if you're looking for a nice clean room and 25% cheaper.
Great place for poutine just around the corner from the hotel, no breakfast in the hotel but nice coffee shop in front of it right close to good restaurants and nightclubs,
Worst hotel ever been. The room is too expensive it s dated. Room is smelly, even found insect in the blanket. And air con is not cooling. Rooms are not what we expected Like at there website. They even put us at the very far end of the building. Never ever gonna check in at this place again.
The hotel and my room was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. My biggest complaint is that my upstairs neighbors were VERY noisy and I could hear everything through the ceiling (well after midnight). Made it difficult to get to sleep, but otherwise I have no complaints.
I was visiting a friend who was staying there. The staff seemed friendly and the place looked nice, and it was very well located. I've never stayed there before, but I might actually stay there now, or at the very least get other visiting friends to stay there.
Room has a very limited space. So if you brought in four of your 50lbs luggage and stayed longer than 3 days. Maybe, you should think of staying somewhere. Vanity room is too small for comfort. Price is competitive compared to the rooms that cannot compete with the rests.
It s the best if you want something affordable in downtown!
Too noise,G/F is a disco, impossible arrange the noise room for the guest, you cannot sleep,so that why you have to book here??The staff is not helpful, they never try to solve the problem, just said that no other room, unfortunately we stay here 3 nights,I take the ramada brand to my black list, and I must tell all the people I know,"ramada is a black brand, cannot take rest & sleep well, staff unhelpful!
There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived to check in. Have to wait for at least 10mins before the front desk agent showed up. There was a tiny cockroach on the bed. Good location though as there were lots of bus routes along the road.
Excellent place close to everything in Vancouver from the financial area to the best restaurants and Yeloutown
Great Location and best price! The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Hallways and carpet need updating however I don t mind as long as the rooms are clean with the amenities. Centrally located to bus routes and shopping! I have stayed at this location 5 times and staff are very accommodating! Would recommend unless you want something more glamorous and pricey.
The room was too small and the cleaning wasn't good... Everybody were really nice and is located in a really strategic place, it has a bus stop just in front.
The location is convenient. Acceptable prices. Breakfast very surprised.
Can be used if you need a single night ....
is centrally located Downtown in Vancouver but not very clean and a strange smell in the hallway
the walls clad in brown and orange, a bit like a teenage room in Denmark in the early 70's, need renovation
Kind of old and loud. But the pricing reflects this
Beautiful Hotel. We had a room big enough for all 6 of our family members. The staff was courteous and helpful.
The location and price are really good and cheap. I have lived there for 3 wks. But don't check in on Fri. and Sat. night. Because there is a Twelve West pub beside hotel. And It will make super bass at night. Even I lived in 3F(313) and put my earplugs on. I couldn't sleep well.
Tanya greeted us each time with a friendly smile, great professionalism and excellent service
Good room, nicely sized with good service. The only real complaint is that the whole hotel is non smoking, but you can smell smoke faintly everywhere
Friendly staff, clean hotel & room. My biggest issues were how hot the lobby and hallways were. (Thank goodness there was an air conditioner in the room.) The room was also very small for what we had to pay. And the bathroom fan was SUPER loud.
We were attending a concert at Rogers arena and it was only a 20 minute walk, so that was good. (Don't walk back alone though, it's pretty rough after dark.)
Staff is extremely rude, they don't know how to actually talk to their guests who've paid to stay at their hotel and not living there for free. They have miscommunication amongst themselves and at the end they blame you.
A really poor experience as far as Ramada Standard is concerned.
There's a club next door and I could hear it all night.
The walls are also really thin so I could hear everything in other rooms.
the hotel stay was great, I had a clean room with great customer service. I'm giving three stars because of the rewards program and the lack of support I received. FYI in terms of Wyndham Rewards program, two consecutive stays does not mean staying two days in a row, Not sure why they offer a promotion of stay 2 days and get the 3rd day free... Please make sure you read the fine print... there is a lot of it! On a plus side, you can use interact to make deposits on room. This hotel is very close to the gay village.
Highly recommended for its proximity to the Granville Entertainment district.
Great location. Fair price.
Parking was a bit of a ripoff - $18/night. First off, the lot's only accessible from the alley; also, they claim to valet the cars each night to a separate garage; this NEVER happened. They never moved our car and we simply drove out of the same lot each day, which you MUST back out of, into the alley.
This wasn't a problem for us since our rental car had a backup camera, but I can imagine others having difficulty.
Also, the elevators are terribly out of date. Both are really small (max occupancy: 5 people), move really slowly, and one looks like it was made 40 years ago.
The greatest thing about the hotel is NOT the hotel: it's the location you're in, and the price you're paying.
It smells funny like a speck and fart and in the night they sound pinches asking them and there are clubs near and a dive under the third floor
The staff went far out of their way to provide advice and service - the best experience my family & I have ever had.
5th floor smelt like cat urine..dirty paper in the toilet which ran all night and was plugged by morning...could not get internet...cleaning people outside the door at 8;15 talking loud and laughing ,,pushing some metal cart around...followed by constant noise of creaky floors..you can hear every step from the upper floor....and a dinosaur elevator making major noise going up and down....all that topped off with hammering....yes there was construction going on as well....even better was the fact that they charged on the way out for parking and water that i didn't even order or get...the only good thing was location and the fact that i was given a street view verses the frosted window alley view....which u couldn't see through the frosting.....i got the street view..if i hadn't got the street side i would have been thoroughly disappointed and might have left this tiny room ... the street view was the only thing that saved this trip.... i left tired and needing to use the washroom...when booking a hotel make sure parking is included or you might want to use the 25.00 parking fee for upgrading to a different hotel that includes parking....i would NEVER PAY FULL PRICE FOR THIS HOTEL....
This place is a good location. It is fairly simple but was clean. The elevators are a bit frightening. One was out of service. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. It was mostly quiet but we could hear sirens.
They took our reservation ad charged us up front, then covid cancelled our cruise, flights, and yet they insist that they will not refund or cancel our reservation. We liked the area that the hotel was in, due to a resaurant and some clubs and proximity to Cruise ships. Never again!
Very convenient, nice clean room. Quite loud outside at night on the weekends but windows closed blocked most of it out. Was definitely a lack of convenient spots to charge a device.
Tiny rooms, and very outdated for the price. More of a $79/night room.
Do not expect to be able to cancel the reservation, they are non refundable. There is no way to contact the hotel directly, only through third party company that will scam you for the rate and the non refundable booking.
I stayed at this hotel for one night. The customer service was excellent. We had an issue with the safety concern in one of the managers was happy to rectify are concerned. The room was clean and the hotel that all our needs for the evening. The location was ideal.
To explore the city, the hotel has a good location with access to public transport (bus stop right in front of the entrance), Old Town within walking distance in about 20min. The room was small (but clean!) And the hallway a bit "musty", but bearable. Parking is chargeable, 18CAD plus taxes, but there is the valet service. Staff was friendly.
Loved this place! The staff was very nice. The place was very clean and the location of the hotel is right in the downtown. Everything is at walking distance
Very good and clean hotel for family. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
great location. the building is older and it shows inside...used a door I thought was an exit and it opened to a room that has been sealed up, no exit!~ that was pretty weird. but the bed was great and the bathroom was fine. wifi worked OH there is a nightclub right underneath this hotel...I was on the 3rd floor and could hear house beats pretty clearly
The staff are really friendly and go that extra mile. The location can t be beat and the price was reasonable for Vancouver. The rooms are pretty small, but it s manageable. I d stay here again.
Great location, great price, very clean. The ceiling light was very dim but the lamps were bright. Terrible elevators. Calling the elevator with the keycard almost never worked. They're slow and small. One of the maids was trying to go to the basement level with a bin of linens and the button wasn't working.
Interesting design, it as being painted and under construction when I went though.
Great hotel, friendly staff good location for downtown Van . Easy access to transit .
Worst hotel ever!
We were there just for one night, it was terrible! Don t recommend this hotel at all! It wasn t even clean and making breakfast just for 2 guests took them for ever! Staffs are so basic and unprofessional. No even close to the room picture. It was like old motels.
The hotel has a good structure, however during weekends there is a ballad on the side that can get in the way a little bit (which makes the entrance of the hotel to be invaded by drunken people). The room is comfortable and the hotel is close to a subway station.

Do not let your loved ones stay here. I would give it a zero star I could.
Absolutely horrible. I tried to book online, their system failed and I had to call up. There agent receiving the call locked me in for the wrong dates and price. I asked at check in what the price was, the guy said "whatever you agreed to on the phone" but didn't tell me. I checked into the room, which was small and stinky. My credit card company texted me and alerted me to the charge... TWICE what I had agreed to. They refused to correct it, saying "the system doesn't allow them to do anything about it". I cancelled and gladly took my business elsewhere.
Very happy with our stay here! They were helpful and flexible while booking the room and very friendly staff upon arrival! The room was clean and comfortable and we would 100% recommend to anyone. 5 stars without a doubt!
Friendly staff but concierge was overall very confused. His advice got me on the wrong bus for where I wanted to go. Nice hotel but this mistake is simply unforgivable.
Stayed here while family member was in the hospital. A bit noise but conveniently close to everything.
It was nice. Pretty much what we expected. We went to see an improv show and it was close to the hotel. Rooms were clean. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the pillows were not comfortable, all were very very tall overstuffed. They didn't have any medium or flat pillows.
Small but clean. Pretty standard. A bit pricey for what you get though.
Brandy spent time working on getting us in our room early arrival. Very friendly and helpful! Then she even upgraded us to a street view suite from a regular room. It made us feel very special and important. And added so much to our enjoyment of our whole Vancouver trip.
Nothing fancy but practical and close to Yale town station
Alright location. Good price. Good hotel if you're looking for a no frills stay.
The Ramada Vacouver Downtowm was a nice hotel. My stay was only one night, but I enjoyed the time that I was there. The location was perfect for exploring Downtown Vancouver, and the service was quick and cheerful. The room was a little small, but for the price it was fine.
I stayed here for 6 months and enjoyed my staff. The staff was very helpful. I'll be back.
This hotel is next door to a night club. Did not know this when booked. One would expect a night club to be loud, but you could literally feel the floors vibrating on the 4th floor from the base. The club does not close down until 3 am and there are a number of inebriated club age young adults to be found immediately outside the hotel.
Avoid this for weekend stays unless you plan on being in the club yourself.
Staff including the manager was very dismissive and combative when we told them our phone charger was missing from our room after room cleaning. We called down 3 times and each time we were told that they would call us right back. We waited 20 minutes each time we called and ended up missing our dinner reservations. When we walked up to the front desk after dinner - the manager was extremely combative and rude. Instead of yelling at your guests - please try to calmly find a resolution. Asking if "that was the only thing stolen?" is not the appropriate way of approaching this situation. The point is that something was missing from our room and none of the staff at this Ramada were helpful including management. Needless to say this left a sour taste.
Central location, clean, comfortable, decent rates.
Great location, unless you're relying on the Skytrain. Can be a bit loud on the weekends due to the club below but not too bad. Rooms are about average but very clean and the staff do a great job of making sure you enjoy your stay. They've provided me valet parking for my car and provided me with things that I've forgotten (bags, chargers, etc.).
