I order a lot of marketing stuff online. Usely it takes up so much of my time to get my order the way I want it. As a designer for more then 50 years I can design most anything in a very short time. However, it take me hours on the phone to get my order right. iPROMO was right on the money the first time. Their account people actually know what they are doing. I ordered the custom printed USB flash drive cards...PERFECT!! Thank you iPROMO for a fast turn around and a beautiful product. My client LOVES what I delivered to them for their promotion. It's a WIN - WIN!!

I ordered a phone accessory with our message and band logo from IPromo. Courtney Lepcin knew we were on a timetable going back on tour with our music group. She got us the best price I could find and made sure to follow through the order letting me know each step in the process as it was completed providing communication and attention to detail. Very happy and look forward to continued business.

The delivery schedule described on the website was not accurate, so I was stressed. Moreover, I have reported 4 times they charged twice, but they are not processing refunds for over a month.

I just have to say, thank you so much for going above and beyond on every order I do with you. It is such a value add and makes my life so much easier. As someone who inherited ordering swag items, I am not great at it. You make my job so much easier. Screw this place. Been waiting on an order for 45 days and they can't prove where it is and won't refund me my money for the products I no longer need and already replaced. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Jackie while placing our order for branded power banks. Jackie went above and beyond to help me understand the functionality of the product, and was very patient with my questions (there were a lot!)

Got PPE products from iHeart section of iPromo. Received them in 4 days! Super fast just in time to donate to my cousin s hospital as they ran out. 5* service/price/speed of delivery.

This is my first order from this company. All my interactions with them have been great. I hope the product, when we get it, is as good as their customer service.

Julietta Haizel is amazing!! I honestly was irritated with ipromo at the beginning because my main contact had terrible communication skills, never called me back, had to send him multiple emails. But Julietta, who was supposed to only email me the proofs of my items, picked up that person's slack and helped me so much. She was always on it and answered me immediately. I would only go back to ipromo because of her to be honest.

Worst job I have ever had. Poor leadership. Leo should close up shop.

Just wanted to take a few seconds and provide feedback from my first experience working with iPromo. I had a last-minute request and Account Manager Alex Lovera provided excellent customer service and ensured that my order would be delivered in time for my company's event. There were a few panic attacks here and there, but he was patient and stayed positive. Please let him know that his service didn't go unnoticed and that my team and I are very happy we chose iPromo and we'll be ordering from there again.

Thanks iPromo and especially Michael Engle. You guys have always treated me so well. I have been ordering flash drives for many years from you folks as a way to share SMARTboard lessons with teachers. After retirement I stopped doing the conferences and trainings. I had been asked to present a a conference and I wanted to order some flash drives for the participants. Since I had not ordered drives in over two years I hit the internet to get the best deals. I was not at all surprised that iPromo not only gave me the best deal but the attention to detail that Michael Engle gave me was outstanding. He made great suggestions for the layout and gave me price options on various size of flash drives. After we decided on color, printing on front and back, and memory size he sent me an updated quote and a detailed proof of my flash drives. Thanks so much for your great customer service.

EDIT: After my initial review I was contacted by the Sales Manager to discuss the situation. They did in fact match and beat the price I submitted. Exceptional service and follow up earned our business.

I work at Helen Keller Services in Development and work with marketing oftentimes. I have nothing but words of praise for iPromo. Every order I have placed has been managed so professionally and the products have all been terrific. Jedediah Stewart is a star! Customer service is his top priority and I will continue to work with him.

5 Stars - We had an executives meeting that I wanted to e get a special gift together for last minute. Mark was able to get me what I needed in time for the right price and it was a seamless experience. Tracking info was sent and I was able to talk to a customer service agent quickly which is rare these days! We will certainly use iPromo again and again.

Horrible customer service. Promised product would be shipped in 1 to 2 days. Took 2 weeks to get out the door. They stopped responding to emails and refused to cancel the order. Still haven't responded and we still have not received the order. Beware of these guys!

Product looks really amazing and I'm impressed with the quality of the lighting/usb drive. My drive gigabyte was also updated to a much larger size free of charge without any complications. Communication between them was always prompt polite and to the point. Just know I will be working with them in the future.

Ordered hundreds of custom flash drives on a tight deadline. This was my first time working with iPromo and they came through perfectly. Our rep, Courtney, was awesome and helped us through the entire process. I am going to use iPromo for future drive orders and sincerely recommend them to others for cost and service.

Loved working with iPromo. We did have one issue with the manufacturing plant (not iPromo) but iPromo owned it and literally shipped the pop sockets across the country in less than 14 hours in time for our event! Would definitely do business with again and would encourage anyone to work with them!
