Firstly I d like to say that you love B&O s products. Previously I ve ordered online however early this morning I called the store to hear their hours, they were 10am to 6pm. Knowing it was Boxing Day I called again after 10 and the recording had been changed to say that no one was available to pick up my call. Given that I walked over to find that the store was closed and didn t upon until 12.

I find this to be pretty disappointing customer service to not even update the voicemail or website given a change of hours and won t be going to this location again.

Probably the most beautiful retail store for any type of electronics in town. The staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to be able to feel each and every offering Bang & Olufsen has in your hands. A must visit for audiophiles!

EDIT: Well that was quick to resolve after several months frustration and very generous. Thank you - I really do love this product. Will be over to exchange my earbuds for a new kit tomorrow. I appreciate your help with this.



Purchased headphones (E8 wireless buds) in December because they re comfy and sound great. When purchasing product I was told by employee of this specific store that replacement parts would be available should I lose part of the kit, as was reported in Gizmodo.

Of course I ve lost the case already (on a plane, like an idiot).

It has now been MONTHS and multiple emails, calls, in store visits - the company has not released the parts and this means the store was not truthful with me when they said replacement parts wouldn t be an issue.

It s an issue. Great product: atrocious customer service and a deceitful (at worst) or ill informed (at best) experience all around. I ve given them now 5+ opportunities to make this right: sell me a replacement case or simply replace the whole product (because they - this store - said this wouldn t be an issue when I purchased it and it is).

They have done absolutely nothing to square this. Now I am the proud owner of $400 worth of useless ear buds I can t charge. Thanks B&O! This experience has truly been garbage.

It seems my previous review was flagged and removed, so here it is again.

I came in after calling this location about replacing the cord for my H6 headphones that were purchased earlier in the year. On the phone I was assured that it was under warranty and would simply swap the damaged cord for a new one.

Coming in in my work clothes (I run a small renovations business) during lunch, it took about 5 minutes to notice me in an empty store. After talking to a younger assosciate, a more senior associate took over and stated that warranty doesnt cover "user damage".

The issue was explained over the phone the day before. The tip of the pin had broken off inside my phone. I have never had this happen with any other device, nor have I heard of it happening to anyone else. For weeks it had been giving me static both in the headphones and mic. Although the headphones themselves are good, the cord is cheap. Also, the snooty passive agressiveness from the senior associate was uncalled for, as I noted he looked me over before the comment about "user damage".

But what would I know, I'm just some hillbilly that buys fancy $400 headphones to beat them up and have them break in a place that's impossible to touch. Was a pain getting the pin tip out of my $800 Xperia Z1, surprised I didn't break that too.

WOW! What a store. Went there to get a pair of H5, the staffs were so friendly and helpful. And while waiting, the staff showed me the tv and tower speakers from BO, I dropped my jaw. Amazing! Definitely gonna visit again!

Bought the H9i headphones and I absolutely love them. Completely worth the money with the elegance, beauty and sound quality you get. Easily one of the best headphones I ever tried.
On the other hand, service was incredible. The person helping me was unbelievable. He showed me around the store and showed me almost every product they had. He really knew what he was talking about and was very nice and helpful. Honestly made me feel welcomed and didn t want to leave.
Simply a great experience!

Purchased a pair of H9i headphones last year. They have performed up to B&O's standard. They're beautiful, have a fantastic build quality of brushed metal and leather, and sound great. Though it may be pricey for some folks, B&O products never dissappoint and come highly recommended!

Bang & Olufsen BeoLab 5! What can I possibly say about these fabulous speakers that hasn't already been said. Well, perhaps this. I love them to death, but found myself wondering if they could be doing something during the day to make themselves a bit more useful around the penthouse. I spoke to the maid and she suggested we pair each speaker with a Roomba vacuum and program them to do the daily vacuuming. It was magical! Every day the music plays and the BeoLabs rumba. It is like something out of a Disney movie. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Bang and Olufsen, you have made my life a fairy tale.

Bought a pair of ceiling speak and grille more than a month ago, the sales told me the grille is out of stock and they will order right away. I can get in two weeks. Ok, I paid for everything. After three weeks, there is no any phone call or email from them. So I called. The sales said sorry, not arrived yet, don t know when. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Is this the way B&O treat their customers? Ask they pay the money first and then never let them know when can get the products? Another week later, I called again.The same sales said will receive in three days and will contact me as soon as arrived. Three days later, still no calls no anything. I have to call them again and they said no, not arrived. Totally feel being scammed. Not recommended this company to anyone. Totally disappointed......

Terrible customer service, I bought an A1 speaker ...

Terrible customer service, I bought an A1 speaker 6 months ago and it recently stopped pairing with devices. I sent it in under the 2yr warranty and was told there was nothing wrong with it and they shipped the speaker back but excluded the charging cable I had sent in with it. I wrote them about the missing cable and when they sent a replacement it cost me $25 in duties. Good speaker while it worked but absolutely terrible customer service behind the scenes.

Excellent !!! Even 5 stars is not enough. Tom who is the sale specialist is one of the best I have ever seen. He is number one. I enjoyed dealing with him. Space is nice too and you enjoy to be there.

Great Service! Just entering the store you can alr...

Great Service! Just entering the store you can already feel that sense of luxury B&O is known for. This is also probably the only store where you can test the units on site before making a purchase. I went to check out the headphones (H6, H7, H8) and I was able to test them using my phone to see how my music will sound in them. They were really helpful in answering any of my questions and were eager to assist me. One of the guys even let me experience the TV and surround system they have setup in the store, which was really cool! Would definitely recommend this store if you're interested in their brand.
