Recently bought my motorcycle here. Friendly help and motor runs like a charm. Even being able to borrow a scooter for a while and it also ran great. Beautiful thing to see. Everything is sold for your scooter, from lock to helmet. Very satisfied with it.

No Scootfix for me!

Today I contacted Scootfix. I wanted to bring my scooter for maintenance and repair. The employee asked about the maintenance history of the scooter and I told him that my scooter has been repaired twice at DAB scooters in Zwijndrecht. Because I have not been helped satisfactorily there in the past, I started looking for a company that does deliver quality.

However, after the employee heard that I had two repairs on DAB scooters, he said to my great surprise that he did not want to do business with me. He told me that DAB scooters have tinkerers and he had to solve the problems of DAB scooters for several people and that he will not do this anymore.

I think it is only positive for your company if people leave the competitor because of dissatisfaction. But unfortunately the door was shown. Because Scootfix does not want to repair and maintain my scooter I have awarded 1 star.

A company that has a lot of knowledge about scooters. I have been helped well and have received a lot of explanation. Recommended!

Visited today for a problem with the scooter lighting. The problem has been solved in a very pleasant way. The advice on the maintenance of the scooter was also genuine and was approached from the customer. Class! Highly recommended if you are looking for a scooter specialist!
