We ordered the wine from Green Week in Berlin at the end of January and were told that delivery will take place in mid-February at the latest. We only got the wine in April, the wrong amount. Instead of 6 bottles, 12 bottles were delivered ... The bill has become 100 EURO more expensive. Never again But I guess, from the reviews here, the wine dealer doesn't expect regular customers either

So unfortunately I can't understand the reviews here.
To my peace of mind, I note that the negative comments concern calls from salespeople, but not the product.
I have been a customer since around 2015 because as a visitor to the Travemuender Week I was able to enjoy food and advice. Since then I've got a call about every 6 months. My last order was in 2018 and yesterday I hit it again. So I got calls at least 4 times and didn't show any interest. That was never a problem and the phone call always ended nicely.

Great handling, now and then a nice offer and always a nice contact. Of course, you can certainly get something similar somewhere a little cheaper, but if everything fits, I see no reason.

Worst of all, however, are the "advisors" (better term: "extremely penetrating salespeople"): People keep calling, although they say that they will not need anything in the next few months. In addition, you have the feeling that they have the mental capacity of a goldfish: In the conversation I have stated several times and it was discussed that my name is Blum and that the data is incorrect for him. At the end of this three-minute conversation, the consultant says goodbye again with "Goodbye, Mr. [other surname]" - INCREDIBLE! Customer service is simply not valued as long as it does not generate sales.

With prices like this and a wine house that, according to its own philosophy, attaches so much importance to the advisors, you should also be able to expect to get a personal customer advisor who also deserves his name.

Since there are good offers every now and then and the wines taste good, it was awarded two stars despite the criticism. TIP: Never give consent to the use of personal data for advertising purposes when shopping there. You actually save yourself a lot of trouble and lost time through penetrating advertising calls.

We can not say anything bad about the quality and taste of the wine. However, Pallhuber should think seriously about their freight forwarders. It was nearly 2 months before the wine was finally with us. It took well over a month for the forwarder to register for the first time. Friday. With the desire to deliver the next day. Unfortunately we could not that day and they wanted to contact us again. After nothing came from the forwarding company, we called again, wrote SMS and after no less than 4 weeks after the first appointment, the wine was delivered.

As I said: the wine is great and recommended. But if you want to order more quickly (12 boxes) you can wait forever.

Unfortunately this was the third time (within one year).
In the sum we have certainly bought wine for at least 1500 EUR (we give the wine very happy and he is always good). Since you should expect something better service.

Therefore, we will consider in the future whether we order again or rather go to the local wine merchant.

I advise every person from any business dealings with this "company" called Pallhuber GmbH, etc. from!
Unless you want to be extremely harassed and brought to your sour and honestly earned money.

The very fact that some dubious figures are sitting in amusement parks to lure unsuspecting park visitors with wine tastings, and then in the best loan shark manner to compel them to sign a contract, speaks volumes.

But apart from the eerie, obtrusive "sales strategy" (which also includes urgent phone calls), the internal structures of this "company" are anything but professional to say the least.
Since already paid bills, again and again requested, because I quote: "the payment could not be assigned internally". Then you can still send so many original receipts. Even the punch of the internal bank transfer slip is not enough. After a certain period of time, then, these "company" drivers will be turned on without delay to force you to pay double and triple !! The strategy amounts to the fact that you are at some point with the nerves at the end and three times over value pay, because also the turning on of a lawyer, unfortunately would be more expensive than the wrongful settlement of the triple calculation.

Please stay away from this "methodology" and get your goods from reputable companies. This includes every supermarket around the corner.

By the way, consumer protection is also on.

After a one-hour phone call to the sales manager on 09/28/2020, I was told that the salespeople shouldn't "work" like that. And I was promised that I would not be called again.
I was called again on the same day. But I was told that it can take 2 days for the employee to receive the information.
I was called again on October 3rd, 2020 at 6:46 pm.
The seller wanted to know why he was getting the message from the sales department that he shouldn't call me anymore.

Then I had to do another 30 min. Telephoning with the responsible ladies and gentlemen.

You can't explain why the employee behaves like this.
I was promised again that it would not happen again.

I have absolutely no complaints about anything.
The quality of the wines is great. Everything is included in terms of taste and price.

Of course, I personally buy a bottle or two in the supermarket. This is simply due to the fact that Pallhuber's wines should remain something special for me, which I only treat myself to on weekends.

I cannot report on "telephone terror" as it is described by many here.
My wine advisor really only calls me very occasionally. This is also agreed with him. Once a quarter - when it comes up.
However, as it is with other sellers, I cannot judge.

Delivery is made by a forwarding agent. Here the whole thing takes about 1-2 weeks (depending on the order and time of year -> of course, many want to replenish their stocks around Christmas for the holidays and use the great Christmas offers). So fully within the framework.

All round good advice at a fair price based on the quality - recommendation on my part!

So ..... We can not confirm the bad review. We are very satisfied with the offer of wines. We had a talk with Mr. C.W. from Freiburg a wine tasting in our garden with 12 people. It was a great informative and fun evening. Mr. W. was very competent and friendly. He could answer all questions about the most different wines. Top all thumbs up! Furthermore, the selection of wines brought along was gigantic. Again, all thumbs up.
We will repeat that next year!

By the way, to all who complain about advertising calls ... you have all signed a consent form at some point. Just retract in writing and it's already quiet :-)

I came into contact with Pallhuber for the first time in 2009.
The wines have since been the hit with my friends and family. Whether sweet sweet like the Da Capo or Phoenix or in the dry area of Primitvo or Pinot Grigio. We and our guests have always been enthusiastic. Exclusivity instead of mass-produced goods. Top quality instead of a headache. For that we also like to pay a bit more!
The advice I personally think great!

I am now 2 years (about a booth) at the Christmas Pallhuber.
My consultant has called me exactly 3 times personally (no customer call center) and we are both always happy to have come to a meeting! (5 stars) Of course, the sellers want to bring their goods to the man / woman as well as they can, after all, they also want to earn something from them. If that does not suit, go on!
For the price performance I say nothing now personally, I like the wine I buy there no matter what price range we speak here, and finished. Anyone who has ordered wine at the fair has also tried it before! Therefore, I do not understand how to rant in hindsight about the price / performance .... so.

Since then, however, constantly harassing calls with area code from Sennestadt!
Every time we say that we don't want to be called anymore!
Nevertheless, these calls come regularly and the person on the phone is very pushy, you feel ripped off!
So the wine has a bad aftermath!
Quality products also include handling, approaching and taking into account the wishes of the customer! All insufficient!
Clear recommendation not to buy there!

For two years, customers at the winery, always paid the bills. Somewhere on the boat when paying, a letter from a debt collection office is coming.
You will not receive a reminder, but every week cheeky calls from the sales department. Then it gets really expensive. An attempt with the employees to clear the matter is useless, totally rude and cheeky.

We will never order anything at this winery again.

It is a bottomless impertinence if you do not order something or say you may get in touch with the order and then just send it. And on request for return one is only stopped and gets no answer to it. Although that was done by e-mail or phone call! So to speak one is then forced to pay something that one can not really afford.
Since I've read quite a few negative reviews from other customers, I am at least not alone with this problem. If that is not clarified I will have to turn to the consumer protection.

The white red wine is really a great wine .... BUT .... we were at the horse & hunt fair and were pulled over the table. I didn't think anything like this would happen to me, but this "penetrative" seller did it. We wanted to buy 4 boxes and he said we would get 2x6 bottles as a gift .... well he wrote 48 bottles on the order and we signed .... because we were always talking about 4 boxes ... today the supplier came and meant 8 boxes ... and then we realized that there were only 6 bottles in one. Well ... I would recommend to think very clearly at trade fairs and not to be confused by the sellers ... they are really good at it ...

ADDENDUM: We keep the 8 boxes (it will surely be empty with us), the delivery was a bit "problematic", then I got a bottle from the really nice customer service (should be delivered in January) .

Company is a scam, they are on the Swiss registry of companies "Do not do business with." They will sell you undrinkable wines ("Emotion Rouge" for example) that you can only make Gluhwein with. And they will keep calling. Most of their wines are not terrible, only mediocre and overpriced.

If you miss 6 months without payment, it will go directly to an Inkassoinstitut who will give you 7 days to pay, then it will go directly to a lawyer. In the end you will have to pay double. It does not matter if the lawyer's letter arrives long after you have already paid the Inkassoinstitut, you will still have to pay more fees. After 5 years in Germany, this is by far the worst company I have done business with. Buyer beware!

Do not quite understand the "bad" ratings. Was always very satisfied with price and quality. I'm not a wine guru like many others here, but after his carton (6 bottles) the next morning to have no hangover, says at least schonmal that you drunk no porridge. To the "advertising calls" I can only say, came mostly during my working hours (the people of Pallhuber also work in the time), but were never annoying. So far, I have always been able to call a second appointment on the first call, which was then complied with. As a bonus for occasional purchases on my part there are always free tickets for local events. Sure, because you get a special bottle with the ulterior motive to sell something. Personally, but not bad, is a good way to test some wine and have a nice day. If I slowly but surely decimated my boxes, I will go shopping again at Pallhuber. In the sense, cheers.

Not even worth a star. The wines are ok, but the advice is probably the last. Something obtrusive and partly unfriendly I have never experienced!

I was told to imprint that if I was interested in a wine I would have to order at least 2-3 boxes. But that was a joke, apart from the fact that some absolutely wrong wine knowledge was explained to me.
You can not say that the wines taste bad, but the sales methods leave much to be desired. It would be really good if the "sellers" also know what exactly they have in their hands.
The worst I found but rather that the "seller" has a higher price per single bottle called, as if I would order directly on the Internet or he is advertised on their website! But main thing then still offer as a special discounted price. I find something just a bottomless impudence!

We are quite happy with the wine. It tastes good and the quality is not as bad as some here. I think that most know only cheap wine from the supermarket and then wonder how wine should taste ..... and then there's still one of taste buds.
Now we'll stay with the wine. Since we have three more suppliers, I can only say that the Pallhuber is a good mediocrity in terms of value for money. If I'm on the Mosel wine tasting, the wine is a bit more expensive or cheaper than Pallhuber.
What annoys us is always a bit annoying that we are never invited to the events, even though the vendor likes it every time we visit. And yes, customer service is unfortunately not their thing, which has brought us then already to competition .....

I cannot and would not like to judge the quality of the wines. I am not an expert. What I can judge, however, are calls from wine representatives in which a "No" from the customer does not count, in which one is put under pressure and ultimately a delivery is at the door of which one no longer even knows what one is ordering Has. My cancellation on the SAME day of delivery has been ignored until now. Nobody reachable by phone. I hope that Pallhuber or any other agent will NEVER call me again. This is definitely nothing other than an absolute push-off and rip-off mentality. Horrible!!!!
