Absolute lack of planning around immigration staff for peak flight congestion, often rude staff (obvious lack of motivation there), screaming taxi drivers at the exit who then become rude and agressive if you don't acknowledge them, and then there is the disgusting smell....., what a great welcome to Chile. Complete lack of action, incompetent authority - they might be changing the facade but the problems remain. Pathetic.

Don't understand how to plan that within a 40min time frame, 4 long-haul flights will land at the airport. This creates big queues when you have to go through passport control, retrieve your luggage and then go through SAG where you probably have to open your bag again!

Satisfactory airport. Took 3 flights here in December 2019 with LATAM and Sky airlines. All flights were on time if not early. Note that the airport is large and some gates require more than average walking to arrive at the gate. Food options and food diversity was a bit lacking and could be improved. Bathrooms were clean.

, again we have had the need to make use of the AMB airport facilities and the space allocated for people with reduced mobility remains exactly the same as what I saw when I commented on it, as I mentioned there is a huge lack of attention to These people, who unfortunately need some help to move or access some places and the ads do not come true, I tell you this because my wife has had the need to have help to get around.
The inhospitable, it has not changed since the day of boarding for a national flight, and its would have taken a photograph regarding the previous opportunity, only people would change not the place.
Today, unfortunately, I must not make a comment but a claim for the attention and treatment received upon arrival in Santiago by flight from northern Chile, it gave us great joy to see that when I came down there was a chair waiting for my wife, it was the First to descend, after that they took us to the departure lounge and the chair was PARKED, because there was no one to transfer him to the exit, but still my wife needed to go to the bathroom and there was no one to take her, but they had even indicated that as a rule I could not take the chair, finally as you could not expect and the person who received us should also attend other passengers in a similar situation, I decided to take it myself despite the indications.
Everything does not end in this, we went to the bathroom, it was full and there is one for people with reduced mobility we went to it, I think it was no surprise the door is in poor condition and could not be opened, it not only happened to us but that also to another person, we went to the normal bathroom and thanks to the kindness of the passengers allowed my wife to enter, the person doing the toilet was consulted and she indicated that if it was closed it was because it was busy. When my wife leaves the bathroom, the toilet person in her routine went to the special bathroom and opened the door, she had to push her very hard, she was not busy just her door in bad shape.
This does not end yet, because to continue towards the exit the assistant tells us that I could take the chair with my wife, but only next to him, and we will go to the point of the third level for people with reduced mobility and there we should wait until he found another person who had the boarding pass of the lady who should take to the boarding point to Temuco, all that had already passed almost 50 minutes and we still had to remove our luggage, which I ignored The first indication, taking the chair and heading directly to pick up my luggage and then leave the airport, fortunately our luggage was the only one on the belt circling and had not been removed by the staff of Latam.
The service they provide is necessary for many people, but they must do so respecting their dignity and not abusing their condition, even when it is free, maybe if they charge, I assure you that many of us are willing to pay, because it is needed, remember that people in this condition are not a spoil and surely each and every one of them has been a contribution to our society and also to their families.
I would have loved that this message had been congratulatory, considering the previous experience, unfortunately it is a complaint and I hope it echoes and really contribute in some way to collaborate with these people and that you never see yourself in a similar situation.
